I just wanted to send you a quick note.
I booked a trip through tripcentral.ca for next month. This is the first time I have used tripcentral.ca, and it won’t be the last.
Every step of the way, your service has been amazing!
I made some initial inquiries at the kiosk in Union Station. The staff there were very helpful and knowledgeable.
When I made my decision, I booked the trip on-line. I have had several follow-up calls from your staff, including a reminder that I now need a passport to travel to the Dominican Republic.
Last week, I received my e-travel documents. I noticed an error in the information I had entered (I had entered the passenger names different than the passport). I sent an initial e-mail inquiry about making the correction, and decided to call the 1-800 number as well. I talked to Meliissa Saturday about my error. She immediately fixed the problem, and I received the corrected documents this morning.
Too often, letters to customer service are complaints. I wanted to send you one to congratulate all of you on a job VERY well done (and I haven’t even left yet!).
