If the unexpected happens while travelling on your sun vacation package, it’s good to know that is here to assist - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While we don’t control the weather, fly the planes, or assign the hotel rooms, if you experience any problems we will offer you our best advice and influence to help resolve as quickly as possible.

tripassist Terms and Conditions
“tripassist” is not a travel insurance policy and definitely does not replace travel insurance coverage. strongly urges you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking your vacation. Special contacts for telephone, text, and email will be published to travellers 2 days prior to departure, and only must be used for the tripassist facilities to function. Any other attempt at contacting us via other general numbers will be invalid and no services can be provided. It is offered by for sun package vacations, and only with selected Canadian tour operators. Those operators are: Air Canada Vacations, Hola Sun Holidays, Signature Vacations, Sunwing Holidays, Transat Holidays, and WestJet Vacations. The package vacations of each of these tour operators are published and described in their current fall, winter and spring sun holiday brochures. All other product types including air only are excluded, without exception. reserves the right to withdraw offering the service on future new bookings, anytime at its sole discretion. We will of course honour ‘tripassist” facilities to those who were offered it at the time of their sun vacation package booking.  The travellers must first attempt to resolve the problem(s) themselves locally along with the holiday providers. Typical holiday providers are airlines, hotels, transfer companies, tour companies, and so on. And should traveler attempts be unsuccessful, they should contact us immediately even outside normal business hours so problem solving commences immediately.  Traveller expectation of “tripassist” should be on a reasonable time basis…sometimes middle of the night issues cannot get fixed until the supplier is daytime staffed. will endeavour to work with and to coordinate communications with the suppliers involved to get the problems solved. cannot guarantee success in solving the problem(s), but we will make every effort on the traveler(s) behalf. Should the problems not have been resolved in whole or in part then the company’s Customer Service department will work with the traveler upon their return, after travel.
