Are you a nudist, frisky traveller, or simply like to bare it all on the beach? Shed your inhibitions and your clothes – we bring you six nude Caribbean resorts to consider visiting this winter. Remember, a “lifestyle” resort has sexual undertones, whereas a nudist resort means guests are content with simply sunning sans clothes. Which of these nude Caribbean resorts is for you? Find out below.
If you like getting down and dirty:
1. Hedonism ll
Negril, Jamaica, 3 star
Any preconceptions you had about Hedonism ll…are probably right. Anything goes at this lifestyle resort catered to swingers and singles. Two sides – a nude and clothing-optional side – break up those who want to be nude all the time, and those who want to be nude, well, occasionally. Rooms are equipped with a king-size mirror above the bed and a jacuzzi for relaxing afterwards. When you get hot from all the swimming, take a dip in the nude pool or nude hot tub and enjoy pizza and burgers until 4 am. Now that’s indulgence.
2. Temptation Resort
Cancun, Mexico, 4 star
This lifestyle property is a topless-optional resort, not clothing optional resort– but that doesn’t mean you can’t shed it all at the designated clothing-optional beach or pool, unisex saunas, or steam room. A day at Temptation Resort can include activities like wild tequila volleyball followed by a fitness class like pole dancing or lap dancing. After dark, theme nights like BDSM night or Lingerie Carnival take place at the disco, followed by a retreat in the 24/7 swimming pool.
3. Desire Resort
Riviera Maya, Mexico 4 star
The risqué Desire Resort boasts a rooftop lounge and bar featuring a 30 person hot tub (open until 3 am) and a Couples Sin Room…we’ll let you imagine what goes down in there. This all-inclusive lifestyle resort is a clothing-optional resort and invites only couples to enjoy its premises, which includes a gym, spa, sauna, steam room, and four restaurants.
If you enjoy a nudist lifestyle:
4. Hidden Beach Au Naturel Club
Riviera Maya, Mexico, 4 star
This all-inclusive nudist resort 1.5 hours from the airport allows total nudity (duh) from the pools to the restaurant to the disco. From morning yoga stretches to candlelit dinners, there is no need to think about what to wear, or what to pack. Hidden Beach Au Naturel Club caters to couples and singles and has 42 beachfront suites, each with a jacuzzi for two. Spend your days at the rooftop sunning deck (sunscreen is now extra important) and your nights dressed in togas, lingerie, or cowboy attire for the theme nights. Better yet, take part in the naked painting party and you won’t need to pick out a costume.
If you like baring it all on the beach in privacy:
5. Hawksbill Beach Resort
Antigua, 3 star
If you enjoy basking in the sun and not needing to worry about tan lines, or want to travel with kids, this family-friendly property may be for you. Hawksbill Beach Resort has four beaches, including a secluded clothing-optional beach, the only one in Antigua. In addition to five restaurants and bars, a pool, evening entertainment, and comfortable bungalows, there is a Great House you can book for larger parties.
6. Couples Tower Isle
Ocho Rios, Jamaica, 4 star
This resort is fully clothed except for Tower Isle Private Island, a short boat ride where nudity isn’t optional – it’s required. When you decide to cover up, you can enjoy the six restaurants, four bars, four swimming pools, three Jacuzzis, spa, tennis courts, and water sports on the main resort. Couples Tower Isle provides a relaxing retreat for couples and an introduction to the nudist lifestyle.
