  1. Stayed in Paradis de Oro Holguin twice.
Resort has two parts, renovated and no-renovated, which is absolutely outdated and looks like in great need of renovations.
Last time ( 2 years ago) we were blamed of STEALING some towels and staff asked us to open our luggage in order to be searched. Everything was happening just in front of other tourists sitting in a bus. Not a very good experience…… and nobody apologised for such humiliation.
Other than that, it is a good resort -quiet, secluded and well-maintained.
