If you had any doubt about just how cool G Adventures is, let me catch you up on their new offerings.
Here today. Gone tomorrow: G Adventures’ Limited Edition departures
G Adventures just launched their collection of new, once-in-a-lifetime experience as part of their Limited Edition program. These trips are limited edition because they revolve around specific events like cultural festivals or natural wonders. There are 32 trips in more than 20 countries.
Ever dreamed of experiencing Iceland’s Northern Lights? The Winter Festivals of Japan? How about Mexico’s Monarch Butterfly trail?
There are itineraries that take you to the carnivals in Rio de Janiero and Venice, Mardi Gras in New Orleans, and La Tomatina festival in Spain. For those who love to feel the beat, the Reggae Sumfest in Montego Bay Jamaica is a 4-day trip in the sun, while the Haitain Carnival in Jacmel involves dancing, masks, body paint, and parades.
If you prefer spooky masks over colourful ones, the Halloween in Transylvania trip involves a halloween party at Bran Castle in Romania. You’ll get a haunted tour of the castle by Dracula himself and then enjoy a party with 100 other G Adventure travellers.
For nature and wildlife lovers, embark on a half marathon in the Serengeti. Visit a local village, take a wildlife safari to spot the Big 5 and partake in a 21 km (or opt for the 5 km) race.
For foodies, Pizzafest in Italy will have you indulging in pies, limoncello, and pizza-making demos. View the full list of Limited Edition trips here.
