Quebec residents are not eligible.<\/p>\n<p>Employees of tripcentral.ca and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes spouses, parents and children or any persons with whom such employees reside are not eligible to enter the contest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission Rules<\/strong>\nNo purchase or payment necessary to enter. You may enter only once. Multiple entries for the same person will be disqualified, even using different email addresses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inappropriate Content<\/strong>\nObscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. We retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rights<\/strong>\nBy entering the contest, entrants agree to have their submitted name displayed on our website and used by us for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation. The pictures once submitted, will become the shared property of tripcentral.ca and its creators, for re-use, editing, etc. without royalty or compensation to the other parties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prize<\/strong>\nWinner will receive a 7 night all-inclusive trip for two to Breezes Bahamas. Contestant must travel. The prize is non-transferrable. No name changes are permitted. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners must accept their prize within 14 days and will be contacted after the contest. Legal names and contact information will be required within 14 days of acknowledgement by the prizewinner or the prize will be forfeited with no compensation.<\/p>\n<p>Travel must be booked by October 31, 2014. Travel must be completed between October 01, 2014 and September 30, 2015. Black-out dates include Dec 21, 2014 \u2013 January 01, 2015 and Feb 14, 2015 \u2013 Feb 21, 2015.<\/p>\n<p>By entering this Contest, you acknowledge having read these rules and agree to be bound by them and the decisions of Sponsor and the independent Contest organization, which shall be final and binding on all entrants.
