3. Enjoy the midnight munchies (or later!)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Hyatt Zilara offers 24\/7 room service \u2013 and not just your simple juice, fruit, and croissants that you expect to start your day with. As the Red Stripe starts to wear off around 2 a.m., and you\u2019re craving nachos, grilled cheese, or pizza \u2013 a possible comfort food from nights out at home \u2013 there\u2019s room service for that on your all-inclusive Jamaica vacation<\/a>. The Hyatt also has a taste of Jamaica right on-site: visit the jerk hut right on the beach (Barefoot Jerkz<\/a>) for spicy jerk chicken, pork, the traditional festival cornmeal dish, and a cold one to accompany it all between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. Merging the traditional buffet-style restaurants with something uniquely Jamaican truly merges the Hyatt with Jamaica for a special snack experience.<\/p>\n

Looking for something different or on-the-go between the beach and the pool? The Zilara and Ziva are regular hosts to food trucks and carts: I indulged in a delicious Nutella crepe pool-side and it hit the spot!<\/p>\n

5. Party all day, relax all night at the Hyatt Zilara<\/strong><\/h2>\n

One of my favourite things about the Hyatt Zilara was how peaceful it was: the pool had the music going during the day, the beach always seemed to be quiet. Though the beach here is small \u2013 not made for long walks with that someone special \u2013 it was peaceful. Rock walls jut out into the ocean to protect the area from larger waves making swimming here peaceful and calm and the waters warm and clear. Spotted around the Zilara and Ziva properties are cube-style seating around small fireplaces that are lit up at dusk: there\u2019s nothing cozier than a fire, a drink, and the sound of waves in the background to end the day, is there?<\/p>\n

6. Jamaican hospitality like no other<\/strong><\/h2>\n

From the moment you step off the airport transfer bus, you\u2019re greeted with a smile and service that is truly a Jamaican welcome. Refreshing cold towels and rum punch glasses circle their way around the lobby to meet you and introduce you to the \u201chome of all right<\/a>.\u201d The service throughout the resort is exceptional, from the room service, to bar staff, and everyone in between: hands are placed over the heart as you\u2019re greeted showing respect and love.
