Barcelo Hotels<\/a> introduced the evolution of their brand at a travel industry event last month. Over 80 years since the Barcelo brand\u2019s inception, the hotelier is re-branding their properties following extensive renovations with the promise of doing its four brands, really well<\/em>.<\/p>\n

With over 100 hotels in over 19 countries, Barcelo offers a mix of city and beachside properties. Its brands include Royal Hideaway Luxury Hotels & Resorts, Barcelo Hotels & Resorts, Occidental Hotels & Resorts, and Allegro Hotels.<\/p>\n

Barcelo started their business transporting goods and people around Spain. Barcelo\u2019s original hotel, Barcelo Bavaro Beach<\/a> in Punta Cana, opened in 1985. Now, it’s grown into the Barcelo Bavaro Grand Resort complex comprised of Barcelo Bavaro Beach and Barcelo Bavaro Palace with adults-only, family, and premium level properties.<\/p>\n
