What is the Prepaid Card?

Our Promotional Partner Prepaid Card will enhance your travel experience. A prepaid credit card in denominations of either $50, $75 or $100 that you can spend with select promotional partners and adds more value to your vacation. Choose from stopover hotels, limos, airport parking, excursions, airport lounges and more!

How Does It Work?

When you book a tripcentral eligible promotion, a Promotional Partner Prepaid Card will be mailed to you approximately 30 days prior to departure. It will be loaded with a prepaid value that can be redeemed at our participating promotional partners.

The Prepaid Card offer is not combinable with any other promotional offer and discount. The Prepaid Card cannot be used towards tipping.

Your card will be mailed in a jacket with the value printed. Present the card when paying at one of our participating partners and the value will be deducted from the card. If there is a balance owing with the selected partner it can be paid for by cash or credit card. It's like a "split payment".

How Long Is It Valid For?

The card and its value will expire 60 days from the date of issue. The cards are not redeemable for cash or any other value than the promotional partners during the 60 day period. There is no refund or extension of unused cards. For full terms and conditions click here.

Can I Use The Prepaid Card at

The Prepaid Card cannot be used at It is not a gift card. It is intended for use for services with partner companies that our customers often use before, during, or after their trip.

What If I Lose My Card?

If your card is lost or stolen, contact us and we will verify any unused value on the card. You will sign a declaration that the card is lost or stolen, and, according to our replacement guidelines, we will lock the card and re-issue a new one with the remaining balance. Should this occur with insufficient time to send the new card by regular mail, you may pick up the card at one of our locations. If courier is the only method of timely delivery, this will be at the customer's expense.
