Amazing time as always

We loved this hotel, no complaints. Rooms extremely spacious and clean, cleanest hotel room and most comfortable bed. Food at the bistro was amazing as well. The pool was warm and heated and the hottub was amazing. The shuttles to disney were reliable and friendly. Check in and out was fast and efficient. Absolutely no noise from other guests during our sleep either. Overall amazing time.

Great Location

The hotel has just finished undergoing a renovation and the place looks great. They have a beautiful pool area that has friendly pool side service with comfortable furniture all around it. The continental breakfast was decent enough to not force you off the resort to find better breakfast. the rooms were clean and roomy . The takeout pizzeria in the lobby was a bonus and italian restaurant was decent as well. Unfortunately we were woken up 1 of the 5 mornings we stayed there from construction no [... read more]ise but other than that rather enjoyed our stay. This hotel is minutes from all Disney attractions , and minutes from dozens of other restaurants we were able to enjoy . ( Top Golf, Mario Andretti indoor carting, Machine Gun America to name a few ) . weather was beautiful and would consider returning .

Fair

Rooms was not so clean and housekeeping was disapointing. Service was good. Cleanliness of loby, pool was grat. Front desk staff was frendly. Only if rooms are un good condition would make it 5 star. Housekeeping was doing very bad job.

Would stay here again

Hotel is clean, the rooms could use a little updating, but the rooms including the washroom are clean. Friendly and informative staff, ask the young man at the front desk for his Mickey Mouse impersonation, you'll be impressed. Breakfast buffet has quite a variety and amble amount to fill you up. The evening restaurant is more expensive then eating at Disneyworld and not that great. On a good note a small take out pizza parlour has just opened up inside the hotel which has great pizza. Shuttle [... read more] bus to and from Disney World is free, and only serves this hotel and the Royal Carbide next door. If your lucky the bus sometimes has live entertainment via the singing driver.
