Birthday get away
We had a great time at this Hotel - the food was great and of course all the people as well. My only complaint is that we didn't have water to shower a lot of the time - unless we complained. I was very disappointed that after speaking with the Manager and expressing my concern that the morning of our flight - NO WATER !!!!

Faro luna
Soon as I arrived at faro luna hotel on friday there was no electricity or WATER..was then taken over to Rancho luna hotel where they had no electricity but had water..i did not choose to stay at Rancho luna and decided to get a room in the city..have not been compensated at all..stayed at faro luna before with no problems.

Not a resort really, but lovely hotel. I enjoyed it. My first time having breakfast only, and I acutally liked it. My time wasn't consumed with food or alcohol. Have to realy on Racho Luno for Hola Sun rep., etc to find out about attractions in the area. Snorkeling in front of Rancho Luna to the right of the rigt post was very good. Walk up the beach to Rancho Luna about 15-20 minutes. I liked the scenery at Faro Luna and would likely go back to Faro Luna it I was going to go back to that area. [... read more]

Very bad hotel
Our experience when staying in this hotel was simply bad. Room furniture in urgent need of repair/replacement. Very limited menu for breakfast and dinner Long waits for dinner. Staff with very little English. Staff let locals use the swimming pool. There was a lot of screaming and loud music. After that the water was green (algae?) and we would not risk swimming there
