Solid 3 star hotel

Hotel is a solid 3 star hotel for those who are on a budget. It is a clean, friendly, well run hotel. There is a nice coffee shop across the street and a good grocery store within a 10 minute walk. The Oceanview rooms are a good size and offer lovely balconies with spectacular views. There are no sun loungers offered on the beach so you have to drag them yourself down from the pool. Great week at Butterfly

just spent lovely week at the Butterfly. A small, 93 room, family owned hotel right on the water with a small beach. If you are travelling on a budget this is the place. You will know all the staff within two days. We had a small kitchenette with everything we needed to prepare a light meal. Rooms were basic and clean. They do have a small dining room on the water, great food. Also Chinese across the street, roti place next door, and lots in St Lawrence which is a nice 20 minute walk. A pool a [... read more]nd 3 whirlpool tubs in another area and never a problem getting a lounge chair. Occasional live music in the dining area. They are planning to close this May till the fall for upgrades which will be great. Great location between Oistins fish market, St Lawrence Gap and 15 minutes from airport. And 15 walk from grocery store. Also on a local bus route which we used several times for 2 Bajan dollars to tour other areas, although there is lots to see within walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. we felt quite safe. Would definitely recommend.

Average Hotel

Butterfly Beach Hotel is average, but like they say you get what you pay. It's an older hotel and some rooms need re-furbishing..Grounds exceptionally clean..staff exceptional..I myself would not return, but a lot do...

not all inclusive but on a beautiful island like this you can't stay in one place to long . this hotel is great the people are fantastic we have been there many times every time great they have great food beach is beautiful staff helps you with anything you want to do we have nothing but respect for butterfly if you don't enjoy it there must be something wrong with you
