Wonderful Family Vacation

The property was large, a lot of pool chairs. It never felt crowded. Could leave your belongings on your chair go to the beach and everything was untouched. Clean rooms, comfortable beds,great balcony looking towards ocean. Great entertainment every evening. There is so much to do on the property, you never feel bored. Restaurants were all very good. Fun for kids of all ages. Staff are great and very friendly.

Best vacation ever

The hotel was well run clean and the service was amazing. It was by far the best food I've experienced going to all inclusive resorts. The excursion staff made the 4 excursions we did for 12 people easy and comfortable. The consierge floor was amazing.

Amazing Resort

Coconut Bay Resort was everything a holiday should be. The staff was exceptional Star our room attendant was so friendly and went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable. The grounds, pools and food were exceptional. Unfortunately I enjoyed myself so much I burnt the tops of my feet and had to go and see the nurse. Nurse Monrose was so concerned with the burn she called the doctor to come and have a look. After a prescription and excellent care I am well on my way to recovery. Amazing resort

Hotel was super clean, staff is amazing - best anywhere! Delicious food, great drink variety. We'll definitely return. It's the staff that really makes this place special. The spa is also amazing well worth it

Lovely Resort

Good food. Amazing staff. Our room was great. Everything was located conveniently. The recreation staff was amazing. Really good at their job worked very hard. I did not have kids with me personally but saw how well they worked with the kids and the kids loved them. Nice to see. Gillie was alot of fun we did paintball with her.

Fantastic Resort

Have travelled frequently and am so pleased with this resort. Had everything I wanted. Amazing food, pleasant staff and a well laid out resort. Our room was very suitable for 3 women, lots of space for us to put all our clothes away. I would definitely go back there, I’ve never said that about previous trips!!

Amazing resort

The resort was well maintained, the facilities were great the food was excellent at all times. The staff were friendly and fun and very nice to talk to. The transfer from and to the airport was the fastest we ever experienced.

St Lucia-Coconut Bay Resort

Great hotel within 5 minutesof the airport but very little noise as flights were late in the day and few in number. The resort is aging but the faciliites and rooms were in very good condition. Access to pools and grounds was great.Not crowded at all even though they said they were fully booked. The staff were very friendly and helpul.Queenie our housekeeper left very inspirational notes each morning and the staff at the bars and restaurants were great. We went on a land and sea excurion by ka [... read more]tamaran.Very enjoyable but a little pricy at $153 US each. The only downside of theis resort was the lack of nightly entertainment.

Great Holiday!

Coconut Bay is a family friendly resort with excellent food choices, incredibly friendly and attentive staff, a wide variety of entertainment options, well maintained grounds and gardens and a Waterpark right on site. The rooms may be a little dated but are clean and in good repair and with so much to do, we didn't spend a lot of time sitting in our room. Terrific vacation!!

Wonderful

If you’re looking for a small, quiet resort Coconut Bay is for you and only 5 minutes from the airport! The adult side is well appointed with two pools, a bar & plenty of lounge chairs with shade. The views are amazing

Trip of a Lifetime

Coconut Bay Resort and Spa. I don't know what to say other than "Wow". Gorgeous coconut and mango trees and beautiful flowers span this expansive oceanfront property. Our room was cleaned daily and we were left with a personalized note each day on our freshly-made beds. The view of the ocean from the fourth floor of the Harmony (adults only) side was stunning. My husband and I took advantage of the water slides, lazy river and pools on the Splash side (families) and then enjoyed the sun on the Harmony side. With access to the entire resort, we had a great selection of pools, none of which were crowded. The hot tub was also relaxing. Entertainment was provided nightly and I was a huge fan of the "Silent Disco". It is quite windy, but not being a fan of sweating profusely, I found it to be absolutely perfect. The beach, like most Atlantic-facing shores, is suffering from the influx of sargassum. However, the resort makes efforts to remove it throughout the day. Once you wade past the shore a bit, you can snorkel or swim. I could go on and on about this place, so I will close with the fact that we are already talking about going back.

Fantastic Resort & Exceptional Service!

First time to St. Lucia and the Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa was AMAZING! We stayed on the Harmony side (Adults only) but took a ride in the Lazy River. Shenika at Flip Flops is fun, friendly and always making you smile…great service. The Jerk Tree house was a great place to eat if you wanted authentic Caribbean food. Food was amazing, Silk and Calabash were my favorite. The Veranda was beautiful for morning breakfast. A big shout out to the entertainment staff we loved every show and the Moon Beach Party, Pool Foam Party and Techno headphone dance party were a blast. Thanks to Nick, Jedi, Holder and Edward for always looking after us at the bar. You guys are amazing and so much fun! Had the a massage on the ocean and a reflexology session…the spa is fantastic! Lots of R&R, dancing and fun at this resort. Lots to do and I highly recommend Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa! So much so that my daughter and soon to be son in law are thinking of a destination wedding. We will be back Mya! Enjoy the time with your lovely family. It was so nice to meet YOU!! Best part is your so close to the hotel but wouldn’t know it. We had a blast on our girls getaway.

Rooms

The Grounds were beautiful but was disappointed with the room especially the bathroom. The shower was very small if I had been a bigger person don't think I would've been able to take a shower. No bathtub. You would think for a trip that was expensive the rooms iwould have been updated. Food was ok but service was very slow. Don't think I will be going back there. Very disappointed.

Nice Resort but Dated

The good things: We had a really good time. Staff were terriffic. The drinks were mixed properly and not watered down. The pool(s) are good. The Italian and buffet resturants were good. The food was better than expected. Row was our waitress and she was exceptional. The barbeque nights on the pool deck were wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The AC was good. Maintenace staff worked diligently making repairs. We had a really good time and felt safe and secure while on site. At night 3 donkeys roamed around for photo opportunities. There were 2 very well trained and friendly dogs. They loved to be pet. The beaches are public property and because the high tide was in a local took a short cut through the end of the resort. The dog barked to alert security that someone who didn't belong was on-site. The local didn't mean nor cause any issue but we were impressed that the dog was so well trained. The lobby washroom were kept very clean. Transfers to the airport were good and on-time. The fair things: The rooms in the Splash Section were dated, but clean. The bathroom was dated with old rusty tap handles in the shower. The front door doesn't seal and can let in bugs (maybe a small bird.) The best part of the beach was very far from the main building. There were lots of TV channels but no high-definition. We were disappointed in the Silk resturant. We were unable to book the other resturants as some days they were closed and if you didn't get up and book by 8 a.m. you didn't get in. The bad things: The pavers were heaved and at different elevations. In one area near the hot tub the pavers are sloped unexpectedly. We saw several people trip there after we tripped. Lighting poles had brand new LED lamps but the fixtures were rusted out and ready to fall down. The Front desk was disorganized. I believe that they had credited a different room for our payment and then demanded that we pay again. They didn't give any receipts but I was able to show a bank transfer receipt to prove that we had indeed paid. They spent a long time in the office and came out stating that we had paid but they would not provide a receipt. I left unsure wether my credit card had been charged with the payment that I had already made or not. The facia on the main building was rusty. The pool was really cold and very few were brave enough to swim. Outside of room 101 in the Splash section a septic tile bed appeared to be failed with the tank being pumped into an adjacent tank. The open tank lids stunk badly and this condition lasted for more than a week. The maintenance crews can't keep up and its time to spend some money to renew the Splash section and main building. It is a nice resort but it may be starting to run down.

10 Beautiful days at Coconut Bay Resort

This hotel is situated only 5 minutes from the airport - that's a bonus. Grounds are very well kept and clean. We did have a problem with our room but were quickly moved to another. The ocean was rough on most days, so swimming in it was difficult. Thankfully the pools were warm and relaxing. The people were all very friendly and went out of their way to provide excellent service. They arranged a special tour of the grounds and Serenity for us. Dinners at the ala carte restaurants were excellent [... read more]. All welcome you with a special house drink. Buffets are good with many choices - beef and chicken dishes great. Get Jedi at the lobby bar - great guy and server. Don't forget the lazy river - it's a blast.

Fun vacation

Such a beautiful resort. Super clean. Friendly people. A very short ride from the airport. Sweet! We stayed in the Harmony section but totally enjoyed everything about the Splash section. Good food and lots of it. Lots of chairs available around the pools. All the A la carte restaurants were not open every night so booking was a little tricky. If you're looking to play cards or games anywhere in the evening, there aren't any user friendly tables or good lighting to play.

Coconut Bay Resort - St. Lucie

The resort grounds were beautiful and well tended. The pools were great. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful. The food was consistently very good. Our room attendant Katreh was completely wonderful. The rooms were okay but the bathrooms need a lot of attention. Very dated.

Wonderful people, great vacation

What a better way than to be greeted with a rum punch! Hadid welcomed us and made sure we got up to our room without any problems. He made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and our maid Caniscia would create towel creatures everyday along with a note to welcome us when we came back to our room. I celebrated my birthday and she made a cake out of towels! Jason always made sure our fridge was well stocked. He help to arrange a special dinner for my birthday and also a late check out for our departure. He explained that when you have a job with Coconut Bay resort you multitask everyone pitches in to help out and make your stay a memorable one. Shantel and Lisa were so much fun in the ala carte restaurants. Their recommendations for trying different dishes were bang on, everything was so tasty. Hats off to all of the chefs although I didn't get to meet them the food always tasted amazing.

Great memories

Hotel has an amazing property. Option to go higher end if you want. Food was delicious. Great Kiteboarding location. Instructor and area was amazing. Staff was very friendly. St Lucia is a gorgeous island with many options for different trips.

Not for Teens

The resort itself was okay. Clean, good food. Absolutely NO activities for teens. Travelled with two 14 year olds. Nothing for them to do. This resort is for 2-8 year olds or over 65. Geared to younger kids and older adults. Not the in between unless you go off the resort for an Expensive price.
