It’s an ok resort. Definitely not a 5 star.

The grounds are well maintained. The room where we stayed was fine but the washroom definitely needs renovation. Some part of the resort are outdated, needed new paint and renovation. Few furniture needs replacing and cleaning. Pool is great and beach is good. Food is tasty however we did see a cockroach right at the buffet area. Staff are very friendly, service is great but not much entertainment during the day or night.

March break trip!

The Hotel was a nice surprise! We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon after a seamless bus ride in an air conditioned bus. My daughter was so excited when she saw the grandeur of the place. We were greeted with warm and friendly staff and excellent service to get us to our beautiful suite. For our first trip to the Caribbean together, this was exactly what we needed. Grand Palladium

I do not think a resort is my style. There was a lot of walking, which at my age is not always a good idea. I had a private pool which I did not use, because the water was cold and there was no sun on my side of the building. I got tired of the buffets, not much for a fussy eater. I did not feel welcome at the resort, there is so many people that I am just another face in the crowd, and after spending the money I did, I wanted to feel special and that there would always be someone there to t [... read more]ake care of my needs. Many amenities and restaurants

Their are many restaurants to choose from provided you are a party of four or less people. The food was excellent except the buffet, it was just okay. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The housekeeping staff are top notch. Appreciated the coffee bar, excellent coffee and pastries. The wait staff in the Al a carte restaurants were great. The spa is amazing. Front desk staff were very helpful. Guest services was difficult to reach at times and not enough staff. The bell man were prompt and courteous.

Good Not Great

Staff were awesome. Room was really nice but our air conditioning wasn't working properly (26-27 degrees), they said it was resolved, it wasn't. Food was alright, beach was okay, pool was great. I think the reviews are skewed, they had people come around to scan a qr code to leave a review. I wouldn't return but all in all it was a nice resort.

Could do better

Thus resort in my opinion only should be graded at 2.5 stars. The customer service was ok but definitely not good! The service on the beach was fine but not good enough for a resort graded at 5 stars. The food was good but should've been better considering it's given 5 stars. There's no nightlife. The casino is 1cent machines only with a run down look & feel. The golf carts to drive guests around are never to be found. Room service is useless. Very Disappointed

The setting is beautiful but needs lots of work.the first floor of villa 12 13 smelled like septic tanks.our ceiling in room leaked with no apology or offer to move to different room our clothes were dam and smelled musty.most staff were nice but expect tips for services we paid for already.we tipped alot .just couldn't continue but noticed the level of service went down hill when tips became less.The restaurants were hard to book fir the group even tho empty while we were there separately.The b [... read more]uffet food was same daily boring and the children were picking up and putting stuff back with dirty hands total turnnoff.The alcohol was watered down cheap stuff don't even want to drink.Mixed drinks were nice but I can't do sugar drinks.I enjoyed because I was with my family friends but I would never go back to that resort.akso checkouts to early had to sit around in heat waiting for transportation for 4 hours then they were late.also night life sucks after 10 pm its boring need a night club

Amazing Resort

The hotel was stunning our room was beautiful view breathtaking sunsets unbelievable food was delicious everyone at the hotel very helpful 100percent recommend this resort . My husband and i would definitely return

Amazing resort

This resort is a 10 star in my book From the service to the food and the location was perfect.. If you want to be treated like royalty this is the place, our room was beautiful and cleaned daily… My fiancé and l just had the best vacation of our lives, the couples massage was awesome and every single place including the buffet had amazing food and service we are planning to go again soon. Miss Lou’s coffee is a must overall this place is great

Great Holiday

Resort was very clean , attention to detail was amazing . Food selection was good a great selection at buffet and the al a crates where good. El Dorado was the best ( striplion steak )was amazing . We change rooms to get ocean view , an upgrade , and it was sure worth it. Had our own pool with huge patio could have stay in the room for the week and would have had amazing holiday . Found the beach bar to be the best bar . And you have to try the jerk bbq . Very entertaining and beautiful!

i loved all the entertainment they provided. the live music and the party on the beach with the fire show was my favourite. my room was amazing with a great view. the service was exemplary. thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing Resort

My family (wife and 2 daughters - ages 19 and 16) and I absolutely loved this resort. From the cleanliness and size of the rooms to the food at the buffet and a-la carte restaurants to the pools and beaches, this resort is top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Welcoming Resort

The hotel was overall a nice stay. The service made me feel comfortable and welcoming. The hotel food was not the best. I know they water down the food for Caucasians. The liquor is really cheap so I would recommend buying a bottle for your stay perhaps, but it is bar-able Either than that 8/10.

Great ressort

The ressort is very clean but it could use some renovations in the rooms as well as the outside cobblestones. The staff starting from the reception, restaurants, entertainment and room service was extremely friendly and pleasant. The food was very good with a variety of cuisines to choose from the buffet to the a la carte restaurans. The beaches could be a little cleaner with all the leaves falling from the trees.

Wonderful stay with great servive

We stayed for a week with our family at the end of February. It was very busy time but we still enjoyed all they had to offer. It is a spacious resort with many spaces and beaches so you still feel not crowded. Yes you had to wait a little bit for certain items at meals but that's normal. We were so thankful to Kerri at trip central for all her help booking and getting us a holiday that was stress-free. It was clean and we had an updated room from recent Reno's. Beautiful resort and beaches

The beaches were great at the palladium especially Sunset Cove. We particularly enjoyed not having to reserve restaurants except for the hibachi so we ate at a different restaurant every night. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Huge resort with amazing staff!

The resort was huge, lots to explore! There's about 3 beaches, the pool area is huge and thetre area. Even though it was busy, it didn't feel crowded. Staff are always driving around in golf carts to assist and take you from one end to another. Food was great and always replenished while staff happily served and explained what they put in their dishes. Staff around the resort is always smiling, willing to assist, converse and are grateful for tourists. Two in particular went above and bey [... read more]ond with their services, Greggory Shaw and Sherri Gaye White. They always put a smile on our faces! I would definitely consider coming back here.

Great Resort and Vacation

Great location, staff and all around amazing for family vacations. The swim up bar had amazing bartenders and they should be recognized. Great resort!!! We will be back for sure next year to enjoy some more fun in the sun! :)

Great facilities

The facilities are excellent the service is a little lacking compared to other resorts. The food quality is very good and the variety of food is good as well. The resort charges extra for even room service which was a surprise. We stayed in the Jamaica part of the resort which is newly renovated and the rooms are very nice.
