Castle Inn: Great Resort

Great resort, wonderful staff and so close to everything. Disney is a few minutes walk, as well as the places to eat and shop. Was very surprised at the location as it was so much closer to everything than I originally thought it was.

Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel: Nice place

The Renaissance had good views, a grand lobby. When I told the manager it was my birthday he gave us an upgrade and a credit. That was so very nice of him. The pool is large and best of all wet. Lots of loungers for people to enjoy. Breakfast was great and a good deal as well. There is a continental breakfast [$10] and a full buffet breakfast for [$18] with coffee included. Beds were softer than my wife liked but still somewhat comfortable. Location is close to town but not too close. All in All [... read more] a great place. I would stay here again.

Bahia Resort Hotel: Best place to holiday

The resort exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed our stay. My wife did not want to go home to Canada and the winter weather. The facilities were convenient and the grounds immaculate.. We would recommend the resort highly.

La Quinta Resort & Club: Beautiful Resort

Amazing setting, beautifully maintained grounds, all around terrific resort. Tennis, pool facilities were impeccable. Restaurants, shops and marketplace store were great. Rooms were clean and spacious, but could have used some upgrades (carpet and tile). All around wonderful experience.

Sonesta Anaheim Resort: It was a nice place to stay.

Everything was just fine. The hotel was a modest place; the small room, we occupied, was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and always tried to be helpful. There was complimentary parking for us and room service per request. The central location of the hotel was a bonus. I have no chance to see their pool or their burger place restaurant so I cannot comment.

Palm Mountain Resort & Spa: Do not stay here

My sister and I recently stayed at Palm Mountain Resort. We had been looking forward to this vacation for months. We really wanted to like this hotel it’s in an amazing location and has a decent size pool with lots of lounge chairs. However we felt unsafe, on edge and it was not relaxing. There were a couple of occasions where homeless people were roaming around inside the gated property, one incident where a man was yelling at us from the courtyard trying to get into the pool area. There was extremely loud construction the entire stay, we were not informed when we booked and we looked at their website and we didn’t see it written (if it is, it is not clear). We would not have stayed here if we knew before hand. There were tons of bugs called midges, that bite covering the pool walls and floor. On top of all this, our key cards constantly had issues, the air conditioning was so loud it woke us up throughout the night, there was a dog toy, food, and dog hair all around my bed,wifi didn’t work in the room and only at the pool, which was very inconvenient as I brought my laptop for work and could not use it at all.

Residence Inn Marriott Palm Desert: Sunny Getaway

My husband and I were looking for an escape from the cold + rainy Vancouver and Palm Springs did not disappoint. We chose the Residence Inn due to both price and the fact that breakfast was included! It was also very handy to have access to a full kitchen in our room which gave us the option to eat in or go out. The service was great and staff very friendly and helpful (shout-out to Judith). We enjoyed using the gym daily (which is quite large and very quiet), and took advantage of the social ev [... read more]ents held at the dining area in the evenings. The only downside was the location, however we were aware of this when we booked. It's a good distance from any of the Palm Springs/Desert 'action'. That being said, we rented a car which allowed us to explore the area with no difficulty. We would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and families alike and will certainly be back in the future.

Residence Inn Marriott Palm Desert: Great place to stay

We liked free buffet style breakfast, cozy room with a kitchen and hot tub in the sister hotel next door. El Paseo and Living desert are 15 min away. Parking and wifi is free. The reception people were nice and friendly.

Sonesta Anaheim Resort: Holiday Inn Anaheim Review

The holiday inn Anaheim was in close distance to Disneyland. The hotel rooms were modern, clean and spacious. We had no issues staying at there and would definitely stay again. The value for money was excellent!

Doubletree Suites by Hilton Anaheim: Fantastic Resort

This hotel has an amazing location. We travelled with two young kids and stayed in the one bedroom room which was perfect. Since they had a microwave and coffee pot and fridge we could bring snacks. If you are doing any tours, most of them pick up right around this area so no need to traipse a few blocks with kiddos. There is a Dennys across the street and the pool is great and not crowded at all. The hotel was clean, friendly and check-in was easy.

Disney Pixar Place Hotel: Great place

It was very clean and tidy and everyone was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The only down fall we had, was on our last day it was down pouring with rain and very cold outside. We asked if they had any indoor activities to do for our 2 year old son and they said no, because their pool ( outdoor pool ) was still open they do not hold games or anything. So the last day was a bit boring but when it was sunny it was so much fun and lots to do around outside

Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel: Lovely lobby, comfortable pool space, great service

The grounds were well cared for and the staff were attentive, friendly and service oriented. We lost air conditioning in our room and it was fixed within the hour and we had a knock at our door to confirm everything was good. Didn't know there was a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel - that would have been helpful. Overall, a lovely hotel, in need of some small fixes (patio door didn't quite shut, toilet ran constantly). We were happy with our stay.

Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel: Pleasant hotel, close to town.

This hotel is nice with many amenities, restaurant, games room, fitness centre, large pool and pleasant staff. While my room was nice, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, a living area, fridge, 2 TVs, a desk and black out blinds, I did not like the location. I was placed on the main level at the very end of a long hallway. I could not open the blinds as I was on the driveway and the room was visible to anyone walking by. Also I do not feel a single woman should be placed on the main floor u [... read more]nless they require an 'accessible' room to accommodate wheelchairs or mobility aides or they make a personal request. I would have loved to have had a smaller room, on a higher level perhaps over looking the pool with the sunshine coming in as sunshine is the reason went to Palm Springs! Parking is expensive $16/night if you are a Marriott member. Water $7 a bottle. I would still recommend this hotel as a nice place to stay in Palm Springs.

Delta Hotels Anaheim Garden Grove: Amazing experience

The hotel was clean, staffs were very nice and helpful. Over all experience were great. The pool was very clean, and enjoyed the hot tub. Very close to Disney land, surrounded by target and CVS. Great value.

Fairfield Inn Anaheim Resort: Great place to stay

Very well kept hotel, pool was clean and kept clean as well. For sure would suggest this place if staying and playing at disney. The valet service was amazing quick when needing vechicle and friendly staff.

Residence Inn Marriott Palm Desert: Good comfortable villa

Very clean and cozy - loved the hot breakfasts and a glass of wine at the end of the day. The living room couch was very hard to sit on and the chair quite dirty. They could look at getting new Living Room furniture. Would come again.

The Saguaro Palm Springs: Palm Springs Pulse

Staying at Saguaro Palm Springs is like swimming in a bowl of fruit loops! With the fun colours and the post-modern designer vibe, the Saguaro does a great job of sloughing away travel fatigue. Guests can choose to swim, soak up some rays, ping some pong, pedal cruise the neighbourhood, or simply chill with margherita in hand. While the rooms and corridors could use more than the cursory clean that we observed, the place is still a great stop for a night or two. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to high-maintenance folks, but for casual people looking for a fun break, this is the place.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim: Adequate Resort

We stayed 7 nights at the Holiday Inn; renting 3 rooms. What disappointed us the most was the lack of security. Our doors did not lock to our room (2 out of 3 rooms). There were no room safes and only a limited number at the front desk. We requested the doors be fixed and they were, and promptly. We waited 2 days for access to a safe at the front desk leaving iPads and cell phones in rooms until then (no issues there). Room keys went blank frequently and when getting them re-keyed, the fro [... read more]nt desk staff blamed us for putting the cards near cell phones, which we had not. On the last day, husband's shoes went missing while we at Disney. We were told that none made it to their lost and found. Not sure how it would be possible for them to leave hotel room on their own... Restaurant staff were very courteous and attentive. Good access to bus and in waking distance to downtown Disney. Kids eat free when ordering off the menu - not buffet.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim: Fantastic hotel!

The grounds around this hotel are very well kept! The rooms were clean and well stocked with supplies. The beds were comfortable! The staff were all very friendly! In the dining area the staff was very accommodating ! We were a group of ten and there was never a problem! They were all very friendly and really made us feel welcome! It made our stay very pleasant! Thank you all!

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim: Couples Disney Vacation

Loved this place! Our room was always clean and had everything we needed in it, even when we didn't leave the room til later in the day we'd come back to a freshly made bed. It's perfect walking distance from Disney, maybe 15-20 minutes. There's a Shell station right beside the hotel which is great for buying muffins and affordable drinks. Don't pay $4 for water in Disney, go to the gas station! Haha hotel staff was very nice and helpful as well. My only complaint, and it isn't really the hotel' [... read more]s fault, is the shuttle service they use for transportation to the airport. The driver was excellent but the dispatch overbooked her shuttle with 10 adult passengers when it is only seated for 7(plus driver)!!!! A couple that was supposed to be in our shuttle had to get out and find alternate transportation because we couldn't all fit. For $19 a person I'd expect more professionalism from the Karmel shuttle company.
