Expensive

Resort is clean and nice but some activities are not included and should pay in high price. And less activity to compare to other high level resorts in Punta Cana. Personally never back to it Not worth with 2 kids to spend a lot

Overprice for what it is

The resort was okay. We selected Nick Punta Cana because of their autism double check program. We brought our 2 autistic kids. There was no program and they offered no help. Our concierge was there only to make sure we attended a 2h time share presentation. The activities for the kids with characters were not autism friendly and cost hundred of dollars extra. The water park was for toddlers. If you kids are over 5 I would not recommend going. If you kids are autistic, I would not recommend going [... read more]. That said. The staff (house keeping, bartending, waiters) were all wonderful and friendly. The food was okay. It was a little hard to get food into our autistic kids. The options for them were slim. The pool was great. The bartenders fantastic. I know I said that already but its worth mentioning. I would get an alcoholic drink for me and the kids would order virgin drinks. The bartenders were very nice and helpful for the kids. I think we would have been better suited to save money and skip the themed Nick resort for a non-themed regular resort in Punta Cana.

I dont think I will be back at this resort

The service was a hit and miss. We had to call almost daily to get our room refreshed. We also had to call every day to have the mini bar refilled with water. When we first arrived, the door did not unlock and it took about 45 minutes for them to fix it. Once we got into our room, someone had left the patio door open, and it was super hot. They also had not filled the mini bar before we entered our room. We landed late and this was all at 11 PM. We were absolutely exhausted. It also took us two  [... read more]days to get a hairdryer in our room. The reservation system on their app stopped working the day we got there. We weren’t aware of it so we asked a concierge for help. It’s as if we were inconveniencing them. Then they changed everything and it was on a first come first serve. It was a complete disaster. I will say that there are some staff that try really hard and then there’s other staff that make you feel like you aren’t inconveniencing them and they hate their job. My eight-year-old daughter had a blast and didn’t notice anything which is what was important.

Great Resort!

This was our second visit to Nickelodeon. Travelling with 2 children under 5 the resort is so beautiful and tons to do to keep our kids occupied. The food was great, beach is also amazing (big waves but sandy and huge!) We love that there are tons of families with small children some who are not always happy at the dinner table (like ours) so you don’t feel like you’re upsetting or disrupting because the majority are either experiencing the occasional meltdown too or have been there before!  [... read more]The resort is a good size but not too big everything’s within walking distance (even for little feet) We will definitely return for a 3rd visit

Great vacation!

The kids loved this place! The food was good! Resort wasn’t too busy. One downside is that if you want to have breakfast with the characters there was a charge and also if you wanted to get slimed. Kids shows were pretty lame to be honest. Some days we didn’t have a show they just played Dora in the theatre. Adult show was at 8:45pm. Overall the kids had an amazing time here.

Disappointed - Not a Five-Star Experience

I recently stayed at Nicoleadian Resort with my family, and I regret to say that the experience was incredibly disappointing. The food was poor and repetitive; it was the same thing day after day with no variation. My daughter ended up getting food poisoning, which was absolutely alarming and ruined our stay. When we checked in, the room was not clean. The floors were wet, and it was clear the room hadn’t been properly prepared for guests. The overall service was lacking—staff were unresponsive, and we had to follow up multiple times for basic needs. To make matters worse, I have a video of a snake in the pool area, which is beyond concerning, especially at a so-called "luxury" resort.

Amazing Experience for all ages, Had an Amazing time from start to finish

Bad Experience

We were very excited to take my 4 year old here, but unfortunately that excitement was short lived. The daytime activities for swimming and water park were about the only great things. The food was so horrible and repetitive that we couldn't wait to get home. Don't get excited about the speciality restaraunts each night because they are not open every night and there is nothing posted to tell you so. We spoke to many people who all were sick as well and some so bad they were stuck in their rooms. The only great part about this entire trip was the excursion we did to Monkeyland. Rooms were very outdated. Our bathroom toilet door didn't even shut. Mold was growing behind the bath tub. The only restaraunt we found to be good was Fresco at the pool bar at building 3. We will never ever return to this resort. Very unorganized, the beach was so rough and don't plan to enjoy yourself on it because over 20 different vendors are constantly bugging you. Our son was approached by a man with a parrot and he just propped him in his hands and tried to get our phones to take photos and wanted to charge $60 US. Thankfully we were close by and told him to leave us alone. That is not okay!!!! For the price you pay for this resort, read the hundreds of bad reviews and go elsewhere. It may have been good at one time but it has gone downhill and you will regret it. We are very positive people and tried to overlook the negative comments and went with a clear mind, but unfortunately all those negative comments are 100% true. STEAR CLEAR!

Top shelf resort

If you have kids, this is the resort for your family. The food was amazing, best in the Dominican that I have been to. The grounds immaculate. The staff, other than the check in staff, were great and just about everyone spoke some English. The swim up rooms were great for your private time.

Will not be back

We absolutely will not be back and are so disappointed with the experience we had. Many places in the resort smell like sewage. Buffet food is often old, cold, and left sitting. We spent extra to do the character breakfast ($150USD) and were served limited options and cold food, worse than the buffet. The staff is rude and do not care for the guests. The "entertainment" is just guests of the hotel playing "Just Dance" on stage. We had to call daily to have our room cleaned and mini fridge  [... read more]stocked. Unless you are a member of this hotel chain you will not be treated well. We will absolutely be making sure none of our friends and family ever attend this resort.

Not worth the price

The resort is okay but was expecting more for the price. The food is fine and the water park is great for the kids. For the price that we paid I was expecting a higher standard of customer service. First, we only had one king size bed and a weird pull out bed that was on the floor. We were not able to use the pull out bed as it had a wooden bar going across that dug into my back. I called room service six times requesting for a roll out bed and they simply did not care. They never sent the [... read more] roll out bed. I ended up sleeping on the balcony for two nights. Needles to say, I spent my entire vacation sleep deprived. For a vacation that costed over $7000 dollars this was simply unacceptable!!!! Forget about swimming in the Ocean. It was riddled with seaweed. We ended up paying over $200 to go to a public beach which did not have seaweed. The nightly entertainment shows were okay. Some staff looked beyond miserable. I would not go back to this resort and would Most definitely not recommend to anyone!

Simply wow!!!

This place is nust amazing for family fun. It's well organized, service is fast and impeccable, the staff is kind and hard working and the food was great, with a good variety and fresh. The Nickelodeon park was so much fun.. even for the 40 year olds in us. Finally got to experience the 'slime' I watched on TV as a kid. Will definetly be back!

Luxury resort for Kids!

Hotel, amenities and landscape was clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent, especially at the coffee shop and Fresco (shout out to Stephanie, she is the best!) restaurant (our two favorite spots). The restaurant food was just ok. If you dont show up at the cafeteria right when they open, a lot of the food starts tasting past due. The Spa is a hidden secret. You can get 2 free 25 mins massages by attending the Prestige meeting where they try to convince to purchase into their timesh [... read more]are. Survive that and you can get a free Character breakfast for the whole family, a free slime and the 2x massages. Once you have gotten your massage at the spa, you can use the spa hot and cold facilities for free for the rest of your stay. Every afternoon when our toddler was sleeping, we took turns to relax at the spa! It was wonderful!

hotel facilities were clean at all times, the staff was great and friendly, the entertainment was good the variety was excellent, service was good for the most part but they need a little more organization

Amazing Resort For Kids!

The best facility we have been to, very CLEAN, the infiniti pool overlooking the sea is very unique. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, modern and well designed. Your wristband is actually your room key. Water park is great but be aware that parents can't come down on the slides with their children: the rides are for children only. Amazing Food and Resort

Travel dates July 24-31 2019- 2 Adults and 3 children aged 2, 8, 10. Beach was nice did have seaweed but kids don't care, they loved playing in the sand. We really enjoyed ourselves at this resort. Lots of food to choose from and delicious and my picky boys were able to find something to eat. We were able to book in at Spacewalk, food was very good here, kids had a blast. Aqua Bite in the waterpark was good really enjoyed my flatbread, hubby loved the wings. Waterpark was great for the kids, loved it. They did get bored of the slides but loved the pool and went around in the lazy river. It is a 10 min walk from hotel to waterpark but there is a shuttle that runs every 15 mins. Staff at the waterpark are great with the kids. We did miss out on the "ORANGE CARPET" it looked fun, lots of food - buffet style, would totally recommend going to it. Go early to get a sit for this event. Hotel was nice and clean found the staff to be friendly.We fit fine in the "standard" room it was large enough with large balcony. One down fall was the time share they were trying to sell us. If we told the first person we weren't interested what makes you think the 5th person you bring to us that we will change our minds?? Doppio the coffee bar, only spot I didn't like, went one morning and no one was there, so left empty handed. Items on the resort are pricy especially the Sponge Bob gear/items. Do recommend kids have swim shirts, its hot and saved us from dealing with sunburned kids. Did enjoy our stay with the kids looking forward to the new one opening in Mexico.

Great time

We loved this hotel, grounds are beautiful and clean. Anything we asked for was attended to within 10 minutes. The food was above average and my son had a great time, we would go back. The Wok Wok restaurant was our fave!

Outstanding! Nickelodeon Resort Punta Cana

I am still amazed at how incredible our week at the Niceklodeon resort was. I took my wife and two boys (ages 3 and 6) down for one week and everything was top notch. The people were extremely friendly, the food was incredible, our swim-up flat suite was amazing, and the resort was new, clean, and immaculately kept. This resort was right on par with most of the 5* adults-only resorts my wife and I travel to. Kids had a great time at Aqua Nick, which has a bunch of lifeguards working at all times, so we were fine leaving our 6 year old experienced swimmer play in the water park while we were at nearby chairs. The ONLY criticism I have for the entire week was our dinner experience at Spacewalker. I loved the concept and we were excited for this dinner, but unfortunately our server didn't speak a word of English and some of our appetizers were already sitting on the table before we sat down. We noticed the same at other tables that had yet to have guests seated at them. They tried to get creative with the food for the theme of the restaurant, which I get is fun, but it didn't work. Otherwise the food was incredible and I'm still working on taking off the lbs from our week there! For a family with kids from ages 2-8, I couldn't recommend this place more. Amazing!

Beautiful resort

This is the second time I've been to this resort. It was wonderful! The food is great, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to help and the grounds are immaculate. We all had a great time. Especially the grandkids.

Wonderful family vacation

My husband and our two children (aged 6 months and 2 years) stayed at the Nickelodeon resort from Feb 22/19 - Mar 1/19. I had emailed ahead to request a crib for our room. The crib was not in our room upon arrival but came within 10 minutes. We had a flat swim-up suite, which was amazing due to how often the children napped. We never got to try many of the restaurants because the kids go to bed early. The main buffet was good for breakfast and supper. The food there was okay. We tried room service a couple of times out of convenience but we were not impressed with the food. The coffee shop Doppio was fantastic! The always had fresh cookies, donuts, fruit, yogurt and delicious cakes!! This is the first resort I’ve been to that had really good deserts. The staff were all very friendly and really tried to make the children happy. The beach has big waves but is stunning! The characters make frequent appearances at Aqua Nick so we didn’t bother with the character breakfast. All in all a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend!!
