Comfort Hotel Downtown: Great location!

We stayed for one-night prior to our cruise embarkation. Check-in was seamless and staff was friendly. Room was great! Location was awesome for my husband and I. Breakfast was sufficient and well prep. Loved their pork sausages! I would recommend this hotel.

Sheraton Gateway: Great hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. I chose this hotel because of its direct connection to the airport terminal. Staff were exceptionally kind. I had a lovely room overlooking the runway. Bed and pillows lovely. Dinner in the dining room excellent.

Fairfield Inn Airport: comfortable place

we got to the hotel early the girl at the counter let us in our room early it was ready .She answered all my question and I had plenty very polite .Went swimming the hot tub was not working that was disappointing but pool was nice.The fruit in the lobby was great we were hungry when we arrived great snack .The room was very clean .Had to take a cab every where to eat nothing in walking distance ate at the hotel service was a bit slow for what we ordered but was good overall everything was nice  [... read more].

Chelsea Hotel Toronto: Great Location!

Did not enjoy the room size but liked the fact it was centrally located. Loved the roof top pool! Staff were not overly accommodating regarding the mix up with the room size. Said they would charge us a surcharge to get the two double beds we had booked. The food prices were outrageous and there was no local cable television. The temperature in the hotel was hot and stuffy and the ac in the room did not work. For a premier hotel these amenities were lacking. Hyatt Regency Toronto: Great Hotel

Hotel was very clean and offered a lot for all location was great for any down town events. staff at this hotel was very helpful and you are never stuck. this hotel is a great spot for Couples, singles and small or large families, as they cater to all. the front desk had all the answers the only thing I would like to have seen are more items to choose from for the bar on food items.

Chelsea Hotel Toronto: Good stay

Good location. Walking distance from major sporting venues Staff was friendly and helpful Room was comfortable but were in need of an update. Noise from near by rooms were not a problem. I would stay there again.

Park Hyatt Toronto: Amazing time at your hotel

The hotel was awesome. We felt like royalty. It is a shame that you are closing for a while for renos, but we are looking forward to seeing your hotel when it is done. Your staff was very helpful and the housekeeping staff on the 3rd floor were very friendly. We WILL be back THANK YOU for our excellent experience.

Hilton Toronto: FiRST CLASS

Everything was very professional and elegant. The check in, your rooms, the bar on the main floor. All were very relaxed. I had a great evening and good sleep. Despite the renovations- looking great by the way it seemed like business as usual

Chelsea Hotel Toronto: Great hotel

The chelsea hotel has great staff, they are always kind when we had questions. They seamed willing to go out of their way to make us happy. We will definitely be returning next year, this time with our son.

Courtyard Marriott Downtown Toronto: Perfect spot

My son and I stayed here on Saturday July 22 and I can honesty say we loved this hotel, even my 10 year old said "this was the best hotel we've ever stayed at" and I agree with him 100% .....service was top notch......food at the bistro was delicious and bed was SUPER comfortable! The pool was perfect and the entire hotel was spotless!

Strathcona: Great Night in Toronto!

The Strathcona hotel was great as always. Clean, comfortable and very affordable for a 4 star right in the core of the city! Steps away from Union Station, and all the attractions. Staff were very friendly and courteous. I will be staying here again that's for sure! Cheers, Craig A.

The Westin Harbour Castle: Toronto weekend vacation

Booked online (first time), but needed help from a live agent. That was fine. E tickets worked really well. When I asked agent by telephone for medical insurance, form was sent, but I later found out from agent In Ottawa Trip Central store that I didn't need it since I was living and travelling in Ontario. Hotel was fine, but I would be interested in trying somewhere else next time. = great service, great mini vacation. No problem using trip central again!

The Westin Harbour Castle: Great hotel

Nice hotel with very nice rooms with view of the lake. Walking distance to everything. Room service pizza was good. I would definitely stay there again. Great location if you're going to any sports games or concerts.

Fairmont Royal York: Elegant, Warm and Welcoming

Although we chose not to upgrade to a newly renovated room, our "unrenovated"room was lovely. Wonderfully comfy linens and we really appreciated our maid dropping off bottles of water in the evening. We found every employee we met- concierge, bell captain, waiters, front desk and maids to be helpful, courteous.

A very nice hotel. Staff at the front desk little rude when we checked in but other then that had no issues at all. Love the fact there is a balcony in each room. Woukd definitely return to this hotel.

Comfort Airport North: very comfortable and relaxing.

We only stayed two nights but everything was fine. We were en route to Ethiopia so needed a room for three which you accommodated for us nicely. The room was clean and the service was good. It was close to the airport so very convenient.

Toronto Marriott City Centre Hotel: Awesome Hotel

Room was amazing, king bed in a separate room with big flat screen, living room with fridge and another tv, clean as a whistle, large bathroom all tiled, everything clean as could be...wonderful stay.
