Wow - Dreams Macou

The resort exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful. The kids explorer club was great. The entertainment crew rocked it. The variety and access to food was fantatic. All our meals were delicious.

Family fun in the sun!

We had an amazing family vacation! The resort includes so many amenities and luxuries to make vacationing easy and enjoyable. Great rooms, delicious food, gorgeous beach! Staff are incredible and attentive.

Fantastic Resort

The hotel and grounds is very well kept and there are folks always cleaning. The beach is beautiful, great for walking the water is clear with a sand bottom, and no seaweed. The waves are fun to jump and you can even try surfing if your up to it! The entertainment stuff are great they make you feel very welcome. Victor& Kenny so much fun! An Unforgettable Christmas Stay at Dreams Macao

Our stay at Dreams Macao was absolutely incredible from start to finish. This resort truly exceeded all of our expectations and created memories our family will cherish forever. Our 11-year-old daughter took surfing lessons for four days, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We especially loved the Preferred Club, which made our stay feel extra luxurious. The service was exceptional, and our swim-out room was an absolute dream—peaceful, private, and perfect for unwinding any time of day. Dreams Macao perfectly balances luxury, family-friendly fun, and relaxation. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway.

Beautiful resort!

This resort was a wonderful all-inclusive. The staff were outstanding especially our butler Manuel. Food was excellent and considerably better than other resorts. The 'Preferred Package' was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this resort.

The Best Family Resort!

The staff are so helpful and kind. You never get hungry or thirsty during your stay. There is plenty of cold bottled water and drinks to have at the pools. They clean your room whenever you need them to. I can’t say enough about the staff. If there is a special need, they accommodate you. Great Resort!

Absolutely 100% recommend. This hotel surpassed all of our expectations. Pool side service was amazing, rooms were very clean, restaurants and buffet all had great food. We stayed at the Preferred Club and also highly recommend this upgrade - very much worth it! FANTASTIC RESORT

WE HAD A SWIM OUT SUITE, PREFFERED CLUB, THIS RESORT WAS AMAZING, FOOD WAS GREAT , STAFF WERE ALL VERY NICE, WE HAD OUR MINI FRIDGE STOCKED DAILY WITH CANNED BEER AND SNACKS IN OUR ROOM , ON THE BEACH WE HAD BOTTLED CORONA, HEINEKEN AND EL PRESIDENTE, GREAT PINA COLADAS, I WOULD DEFINETELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESORT, WATER PARK WAS FUN AND LAZY RIVER, OUR PERSONAL BUTLER ERIBELTO WAS THE BEST HE MADE SURE DAILY THAT WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF FANTASTIC JOB, THE BEACH WAS CLEAN AND THE WATER CAN GE [... read more]T A BIT ROUGH BUT IT WAS FUN JUMPING WAVES. Amazing time!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Dreams Macao Beach resort. Everything was very well kept and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful! The food at the restaurants were good and we had no problem getting seats at the restaurants either (thought this would be harder since we went during March break). My only wish would be that a few restaurants opened earlier as we were travelling with young kids who have early bedtimes. The entertainment for the kids after dinner was a lot of fun! Amazing Resort!!

We cannot say enough good things about this resort. Our room was clean. The food was amazing. The grounds were maintained. Staff was very pleasant. Definitely family friendly. My grandchildren were ages 8-17. There was activities for all ages. This resort is not a 5 star it's a 10 star!! Wonderful memories were mad here!

Perfect

This resort delivered on everything. Dining, service, amenities. Teen club was awesome. Waterslides and lazy river was fun. Beach was fun too. Tipping was appreciated but service was stellar regardless. Preferred had so many perks I wouldn’t go without it.

Excellent Resort

Took our family of 6 (including grandsons 16 and 12) on a family vacation. Resort is very clean, friendly staff, great food and lots to do. Did not take "Preferred Guest" package and had a great time. Tipped staff a little and received great service even without tipping. The only negative was New Year's Eve. Resort was decorated beautifully but Entertainment was not good. Also, not impressed with entertainment on other nights and would only rate a 3 out if 5.

Good resort for children

Perfect destination wedding resort

We were here for a wedding in December 2024. The resort is clean. There is a lot to do on the resort - waterpark, lazy river, smaller kids pool, beach volleyball, bocce ball, arcade etc. This is probably the best resort we have been to for great service in every area (bar service, maids, pool service, and servers) The staff is very attentive and you do not have to tip to get good service, however I am sure they are appreciative of any tips. Food is good and a lot of selection. The taco truc [... read more]k at the water park was fabulous. The only draw back is there are a lot of weddings at this resort. A lot of large parties due to weddings, so there were restaurants not available every night for dinner as they were booked for receptions . If you also go in a large group and want to eat together, they have a limited menu to choose from (to make it easier and quicker for the cooks and service). They did allow different options for anyone that did not want the limited menu, but we found it was better to eat in smaller groups to get the food we wanted. The beach is nice and well maintained but the water has a very strong undertow. I think there was a red flag 5 out of 7 days. Security on the resort is very good - especially near the beach area. It was a very nice resort and I would go here for a wedding anytime.

Pros: - Resort is well-kept and clean. Lots of pools to enjoy, water park was GREAT! Beach was beautiful and is perfect for surfing (my kids loved it)! - Lots of activities to keep everyone of all ages - busy! - Food was SO GOOD with lots of choices! One of the bedroom floor was flooded with water due to heavy rain the night before 2. There was a gecko in the master bedroom and keeps calling in the middle of the night -> hard to get good sleep (butler said he will personally handle the issue but never did) 3. Smell coming out from master bedroom ensuite can't seem to find the source 4. The sliding door which separates the toilet/shower from the bedroom, cannot be closed completely leaving little privacy - Butler was NOT helpful at all, could have handle everything we requested myself and get a faster response time.

WOW!

Of all the places I’ve been to this is no question the best from the check Lin to check out. The food was way out of this world. I recommend that you go Preferred if you want to be children free. Their pool is busy.

Amazing resort

This hotel was clean, house keeping provided the necessities twice/day, although restock of mini fridge was inconsistent. Ground were beautiful and well kept. All staff were friendly, always helpful. Food was excellent in buffet and a la carte options for everyone and accomadating for large groups and allergies. Entertainment was top notch. Kids loved the water park, pools and beach.

An excellent resort for a family!!!

This place is a spectacular resort and it is the perfect place to go with a family. We had 3, two 8 year olds and four adults and everyone had a great time! ALL the staff were just so kind, genuine and lovely. (and I mean literally ALL staff!!) A huge extra shout out to Moises who works at the water slide pool. He is absolutely THE BEST person you will ever meet and both my family and our friends family are thankful to meet him. Another extra shout out is Ricardo who works at the pickleball/basketball court area. He is another young gentleman who is so kind and nice. The taco truck was an extra treat for us and I still miss my fish tacos!!! Restaurants were pretty nice and the food was good. My family are huge foodies and we love our food. Some of the foods weren't prestige- top notch, Michelin star quality/taste but they were good enough to enjoy and have a good time. Everyone at this resort works very hard. They treat every guest as if they are their own family members. We weren't a preferred guests, but we didn't notice anything different or didn't feel like we were lacking something- so to be honest, don't go spending extra money for "preferred" package. One negative experience would be doing the dune buggy excursion, and it was really a waste of money. The dune buggy was not safe (the break didn't work lol) and the "cave" is just a little area where it's all man-made. That was the only thing we didn't really enjoy to be honest. Every night, there was an event which was quite entertaining and it's just fun walking around enjoying the scene. The kids enjoyed it too and bonus part is every night before the main show, they always had show for kids which was perfect! The resort does not have any life jackets, swimming toys/equipment so make sure to bring floaties, balls, goggles etc for your kids. Also bring laundry clips to clip your towels to the chairs! Overall, this resort was an excellent place for our family to stay! I give them 9/10 overall and I would definitely stay here again!!!
