Great resort

Hotel, grounds, pool, food were all excellent. The only complaint would be that many children were out of control, running around the buffet, grabbing and touching food while parents seemed to be unaware. Not the resorts fault of course, but annoying. Was almost tripped by kids running around. There should be more supervision by hotel staff. Also, the rooms were in need of upgrading, flooring was buckled in places. Perhaps there should be an adults only section.

Very Nice!

Generally a clean hotel. Food was excellent at the main buffet restaurant, Japanese restaurant and also at the French restaurant. Did not go the other restaurants. Daily and evening entertainment were all excellent. Never attended any nightly shows. Beach: Lots of sea weed the first two days. Hotel did an excellent job in putting up water barriers to guide them to a designated area. Last few days the beach was very clean. Sea weed smell was still present. Amazing Resort

Everything was great,Staff were exceptional,respectful,Food was very nice,rooms are spotless cleaned everyday,the grounds are all manicured and clean pools! We enjoyed all the restaurants,the buffet had something different to eat each day Cutlery was very clean,glasses ,cups and saucers ,dishes were all very clean Floors were always spotless tables and chairs always wiped down. The best experience for a first time resort visit

I usually don’t leave any feedback for any of my vacation , but I must say this resort was one of the best experience I’ve ever had . I travelled with my sister who is visually impaired and the accessible access of the resort was impeccable . The staff , the service and the cleanliness of the resort . 10 out 10 for me and yes I will go back .

Amazing resort

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The food was great lots if variety and they accommodate my allergy towards dairy and nuts. The entertainment was for all ages. Pool side bar was amazing

Resort was good

i give it a 8 out of 10 the only bad thing was we could not enjoy the beach. The water was dirty and full of see weed. We like the beach and go swim in the water but could not do it any f the days nobody was in the water that part was disappointing. The resort and the food was excellent and the staff was great.

In first review I wrote my opinion about my vacation at dreams flora. Just want to add special thank you to Juan Pena- incredible nice bartender of prefered club adults only pool. He is so nice, friendly, with good English guy making our vacation pleasant

Amazing Resort

The grounds and staff were all excellent. Atanario our butler was superb. Danyyer was excellent and took excellent care of Our grandson Ian as he had Celiac dietary needs,Jandra,Jonathon,Mileiades,and Bienvido were all great at the Seaside Grill

Recently renovated, not too big not too small,friendly staff,variety of food,nice grounds ,room cleanliness,minibar Cons: Entertainment Room soundproof Limitations of seats at World cafe during peak times,but staff working very hard to make it available asap

Another great family trip to Dreams Flora

We could not wait to return to Dreams Flora after our first trip there two years prior. Some faces have changed but our experience was just as enjoyable. This was a resort where we dined in the buffet in the morning, the beach bar at lunch and the à la carte’s each evening. The staff, from chef to cleaning staff, were excellent and are the real lifeblood of this resort. We’ll be back

Beautiful resort

This resort was beautiful. The grounds were like a tropical garden. Pools were clean, fun, and although sometimes difficult to get loungers, there was always the beach. It is an easy resort to walk with everything in close proximity to our room. The room was nice, however, we had to ask at times to have the room cleaned and leave notes for items that needed to be replenished such as towels, toilet paper, body wash and shampoo. Awesome Family Experience

This hotel offered everything we could have asked for - a beautiful beach and pool amidst meticulously landscaped property. Dining offered many options. Customer service was exemplary. Our travel representative Robyn Murray provided excellent guidance as we explored our destination options. Thank you!!!

Well run resort

Upon arrival, we were treated courteously and efficiently. The hotel was everything we expected it to be and more. The food in all restaurants was fabulous. The waiters on the beach at your service with a smile. When they say "Welcome Family" you are treated like family. Clean rooms, the grounds immaculate and the drinks served were top shelf. The beach was great and well kept. There was live bands and great music. This hotel caters to their clients and do not disappoint.

Beautiful Resort with all Amentities

Very clean, spacious rooms . Al acartes and buffet served a wide variety of good food. Coffee bar open 24 hours serving any kind of coffee imaginable hot or cold along with sandwiches ,baked goods ,fruit and,frosty treats. Enjoyed the live music daily especially the live band at the beach. Pools were clean and bar service great, buffet service was a little slow if waiting on chef to cook especially in the mornings.

Great hotel

Can't fault this resort in any way. It is not too big or too small. Pools are clean and well maintained. Entertainment staff do a great job and the entertainment schedule is welle organized. Ala carte restaurants are really good, and are a nice alternative to the buffet.

Fantastic Resort

The grounds are beautiful and clean. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the food is good with lots of variety. This was our second time in two years coming to this resort and we loved it the second time as much as the first. Would highly recommend the Dreams Flora.

Beautiful resort without the weekend passes

We were a family of 6, and loved the atmosphere of the resort during the weekdays (Monday - Thursday). It got extremely chaotic and wild once the local weekend passes arrived on Friday. The resort and staff were overwhelmed and the atmosphere changed drastically, which is ashamed because overall the resort experience was very good is so many ways (excellent service, good food, amazing pools, nice updated rooms..) Our travel agent stated he didn’t believe Dreams resorts sold these passes. He couldn’t have been more wrong!!! Highly recommend the resort but not the chaos of the weekend passes

Great resort

We as a family of 6 lived the resort. The staff was amazing and so friendly. The food was as good too always something to eat even my daughter who is gluten free had no problem finding something to eat. Rooms were very spacious and clean. My only complaint and the reason I won’t return is the resort allowing the locals to visit the resort . They take over the whole resort to the point of the bars only serving beer to everyone to control the chaos they caused. I tried to speak with a manager but they were nowhere to be found

Great Resort, average food

Resort is very nice, clean and well laid out. Definitely caters to kids , would not stay there if no kids. Food is very average, unless you like junk food and buffets (slightly above average). Staff was excellent and rooms were a nice size with a balcony

Wonderful week at Dreams Flora

Honestly this was a dream first family vacation with two kids (5 and 1years old). We opted for the preferred swim up room as our littlest still naps and it was awesome. Allowed us to not miss out on any fun while still being right there if she woke or needed us. I loved the shallow raised sections in the swim up areas so the littles could splash and play. Loved the small size of the resort and being able to get to know the friendly staff. Restaurants and buffet were great and no reservations needed was a pleasant surprise. The kids club and resort activities were a hit for all ages. Not sure who had more fun at the water park or the foam party (kids or adults) haha. My only feedback would be that a lot of the paths weren’t stroller friendly and that it would be helpful to put benches in the hospitality rooms. I would give this resort a 9/10 for those travelling as a family and we will likely return.
