Amazing Resort

Fantastic Resort - amazing staff, great room, great grounds, pool, food all of this was 5 stars - service was even better, my wife chose this resort for our 25th Anniversary, it wasn't cheap but well worth the extra $$ we wanted to spend. Looking forward to returning sometime in Jan / Feb 2027.

Dream vacation

The hotel is beautiful right from the entrance and modern. It is easy to negotiate with most restaurants and facilities in the middle of the resort. Service was outstanding after an initial miss at check in (no champagne like other guests, just a sales pitch). Room was beautiful with a great view of the water and the resort from building 9. Italian and s [... read more]eafood restaurants were outstanding and service was exceptional. Great that you didn’t need a reservation for any except the hibachi. Loved the social pool with aquafit and the instructors ( entertainment team) were excellent. Fun and a great workout. Tried the jungle pool but very limited seating if you didnt rent a cabana. Shows at the rendezvous bar were very good and time at 8:30 was very convenient after a long day in the sun. Definitely will return. The staff is amazing. Red flags at the beach every day but the hotel can’t control the weather. Shout out to Antonio at the buffet, Seina and Taylor from the entertainment team.

Best all inclusive in almost 50 years!

This resort is beautiful. The property layout is interesting and well done with lush greenery, subtle night time lighting and curving paths interspersed with fire pits surrounded by comfortable seating for sipping a high quality drink and gazing at the stars. The à la carte restaurants were mostly very good while the buffet at breakfast had choices for every palate. We chose the Preferred Club and enjoyed our building’s location near the beach and the stunning room plus the fabulous service from [... read more] our butlers, Gloria & Alfredo. They made us feel very special. The only downside was difficulty getting a poolside lounge over the Easter weekend due to the influx of travelers from Texas. After they left, it was much easier. A real highlight was our interactions with the incredible well trained staff. Their friendliness and enthusiasm are second to none. I would return in a heartbeat!

Luxury Hotel

This is our second time at Secrets Plays Blanca. June 2025 and January 2026 This hotel is a true 5 star luxury hotel. Staff is in abundance to cater to your every needs. We are foodies so we found the food choices somewhat limited. Thank you Robyn

We needed this vacation

Great vacation at Secrets Playa Blanca. It’s a veritable jungle with all of the palm trees and foliage giving the resort a true sense of privacy and remoteness. The Seaside and Oceana restaurants and wonderful. Coco Cafe delivers for the win with phenomenal service of hot and cold beverages and pastries, sandwiches, small nibbles and ice cream - lovely ambiance. Large beach with ample walking opportunities to the south and north.

Secrets Playa Blanca, Costa Mujeres

This hotel is top notch, a true 5 star plus. Management is on top of everything. You are frequently asked how is your stay going so far. Could we do something special for you. The food in the a la carte restaurants is above average including Market Cafe. Two Fiesta evenings was a welcome change. Entertainment was provided while we ate. Rendez-Vous outdoor lounge provides early entertainment for those who wish to retreat to their rooms by 9 pm. This was our evening highlight. The resort EXCEEDED our EXPECTATIONS

This resort was elegant,beautiful welcoming and simply stunning. The have amazing sitting areas with firepits and fountains throughout the resort.The hospitality and service at all restaurants was exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and spacious.Staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, they went above and beyond. The beach was pristine just Beautiful.This is now one of our top resort destinations. Truly Relaxing

Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres

Lovely resort offering a relaxing getaway. The staff go out of their way to make your stay here an enjoyable experience, starting from the moment you arrive you will be treated wonderfully. Rooms and resort are modern and clean. Food is very good with many choices and options available - staff are very concerned of any food allergies you may have and very polite and welcoming. Coco Cafe was a favorite of ours, offering specialty coffees, snacks, desserts, ice cream, and the service was amaz [... read more]ing. Our butlers were so helpful (Rafa & Stelian) always checking in with us and giving us the details of activities that were available for that day. If you wanted a quiet day or a day filled with activity the choice was yours. I would recommend this resort and will look forward to going there again for our next vacation.

A-1 Resort

This was a beautiful resort with great staff, great food, clean and modern all in the middle of tropical trees and a beautiful ocean. The quality of the food was amazing entertainment was great as well. Was always something to do see or eat and lots of places to relax.

Great hotel

This hotel did a wonderful job of making our holiday special. It is not fully open and I wonder if when it is fullly open if the service would be as good The only concern would be the food options not all the restaurants were open perhaps if all were open it would be different they have limited options in each of the restaurants I believe they need to expand their menu

Very nice resort. Great meals and amazing employees

Service was great. We had to change rooms on Monday due to a water leak. Our new room was on the upscale side but we actually liked our old room better. Resort was a little further away from the airport than we thought, 1 1/2 hour ride to get to the resort . 3 stops and we unfortunately were the final stop. The high pressure sales people didn't take no for a answer very well. As soon as we checked in they were relentless in trying to get us to buy things. Incredible place!

Beautiful resort! Super chill. 4 night stay was perfect amount of time to reset, relax and eat great food. Brand new, gorgeous rooms, great restaurants, great atmosphere. The staff were all great people! A++. Food was amazing. Great beach and great bar service. I wish the tequila selection was a little better, considering it’s Mexico. We don’t ever return to the same place twice, but will definitely come back here.
