JW Marriott Costa Elena Resort and Spa: Fantastic Costa Rica vacation

Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds - we enjoyed the constant bird noise of many different species and having monkeys on our balcony. While the hotel is 1.5hr from airport and many excursions you truly are immersed in Costa Rica views, mountains and biodiversity at this resort. Our room was beautiful and well kept daily and we loved every meal at every restaurant.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Amazing Resort after check-in

We had a very unfortunate interaction with staff during checkin that got the vacation off to a bad start. After that, all I can say is that the Dreams Royal Beach Resort in Punta Cana is A-1! The rooms were beautiful and clean. The beach was lovely with tons of seating. The restaurants were some of the best we’ve ever been to and we cannot say enough about the incredible staff. So pleasant and always making sure we were looked after! Thank you Dreams (except during checkin)!

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Great ressort

Food was fresh and very good. Staff was very friendly. Ocean was so clear and calm. We found the beach a little small for the amount of people we were staying at ressort. Difficult time to book reservations for Jananese restaurant on the ressort's app which was very frustrating. Other restaurants didn''t need reservations which was good.

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Nice stay, but needs some enhancements

Nice and clean rooms, amazing staff and very close access to the beach. Though the sand was full of rocks and seaweed. The coffee is terrible and I wish there were better food options for vegetarians. The Mexican food and juices were great though. The excursions and taxis through the hotel have a huge markup, so it’s better to book with a third party or go into Puerto Morales and book locally.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Great Resort

Dreams Onyx was a great resort , clean and people will always very friendly . My room was fantastic and very well maintained every day . The buffets were ok always something to eat . We only went there for breakfast and lunch only , the morning buffet was the best our of the two . Lunch buffet was good but more choices would be nice , but you never would go hungry . The ala carte restaurant's I enjoyed especially The French one , it was amazing . The beach has great breeze especially needed because it was sunny and hot , plus not a lot of seaweed . They maintained the beach great and always chairs available . The Entertainment team was great and got everyone going . The night show I truly enjoyed was the Queen tribute and the Rock tribute , they were very well done . I seen a lot of shows at different resort's but these two were fantastic .Having a lazy river was a nice change and the pool were great as well . You could be at the party pool or at a much quieter pool depending on what you wanted . The only thing that was annoying at times were all the students on there senior class trip . At times they took over and at night up all hours of the nights running or just screaming in the halls of the buildings . But overall I had a great time and really enjoyed my trip . Especially my cappuccino's every morning

Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa: Clean, quiet and great service.

The rooms were clean and our concierge (Laura) was amazing. The restaurants were good and the preferred beach staff were excellent!! The preferred lounge staff were friendly and always catered to the guests.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Wonderful resort that is very kid- friendly

The staff were all friendly and helpful and every a la carte restaurant that we tried was beyond expectations. All food was great. The pools and lazy river was great and all the drinks we had were excellent. Highly recommend this lovely resort

Dreams Flora Resort and Spa: Great Resort, average food

Resort is very nice, clean and well laid out. Definitely caters to kids , would not stay there if no kids. Food is very average, unless you like junk food and buffets (slightly above average). Staff was excellent and rooms were a nice size with a balcony

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Family Friendly Resort!!

The vacation was absolutely amazing!!! The resort is so perfectly laid out and it took us half a day to figure it all out! It took us 7 min to walk from one end to the next…As non-preferred guests I was starting to worry if I made a wrong call, but we were treated like royalty!!! Constant calls from concierge making sure we have everything, how is the room (small issue with the A/C and was fixed within 10 min of calling!!) the swim out room was perfect and so worth it. All the restaurants has  [... read more]excellent food but the steakhouse and the Asian Teppanyaki table were the BEST!! The buffets were good basically the same for breakfast and lunch but there was a change up almost every night for dinner that we attended. All the extra little food bars (burger bar, taco trucks, ice cream parlour, cafe) were amazing for late night snacks or early mornings. All the bars had exceptional service and they went out of their way to get to know us and the kids!! The shows at night were all great and most were interactive. Even with our flight delay, the staff made sure that we were comfortable, well fed, and enjoyed another full day till we caught our shuttle at 10:30 Friday night!

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Great trip

Great service throughout! Great food it plenty of variety. Good entertainment and fun games at the main pool daily. Would recommend to anyone who likes laid back, relax time in the sun. More for couples less for families.

Dreams Bahia Mita Surf and Spa: A Surprise Vacation

We decided to book our vacation at Dreams Bahia Mita . We had previously booked on three different occasions at Dreams Huatulco and the number of rooms/guests was comfortable for us making the atmosphere pleasant . When we arrived we were very surprised to find that the resort was combined with Secrets and of course had a much larger number of guests and different atmosphere. We decided to change up to Secrets hoping to enjoy a calmer atmosphere. Unfortunately, the hotel did not seem to correc [... read more]tly monitor guests who were Secrets v Dreams guests which was a problem in some cases. The cleanliness of this hotel is outstanding, staff are wonderful as always and the Secrets restaurants were amazing. We knew that the beach area was not great and this is so true. It would be wonderful if more work was done on this area. We enjoyed ourselves except Hyatt needs to do a better job of identifying Dreams and Secret guests in their designated areas. Future guests need to be aware of size of property and the fact that Dreams and Secret guests are joined on same property.

Dreams Bahia Mita Surf and Spa: Thoughts on Secrets Punta Mita

The grounds of the property were lovely. Great dining options and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that Dreams and Secrets were physically attached, so we were disappointed to discover that a lot of the pools and restaurants had many families with children using them even though we thought we were in an adults only resort. The beach was also a big disappointment. I would not recommend this as an adult only resort.

Enjoyed the resort great food, grounds and pools were amazing especially lazy river with swim up bar, all staff were great and very friendly and helpful. Had ground level room and even received bar service while sitting outside our room

Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana: FANTASTIC RESORT

WE HAD A SWIM OUT SUITE, PREFFERED CLUB, THIS RESORT WAS AMAZING, FOOD WAS GREAT , STAFF WERE ALL VERY NICE, WE HAD OUR MINI FRIDGE STOCKED DAILY WITH CANNED BEER AND SNACKS IN OUR ROOM , ON THE BEACH WE HAD BOTTLED CORONA, HEINEKEN AND EL PRESIDENTE, GREAT PINA COLADAS, I WOULD DEFINETELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESORT, WATER PARK WAS FUN AND LAZY RIVER, OUR PERSONAL BUTLER ERIBELTO WAS THE BEST HE MADE SURE DAILY THAT WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF FANTASTIC JOB, THE BEACH WAS CLEAN AND THE WATER CAN GE [... read more]T A BIT ROUGH BUT IT WAS FUN JUMPING WAVES. Dreams Cap Cana Resort and Spa: Excellent Resort

We decided to go on a 4 day three night adventure sponutanuously and ended up choosing the Dreams Cap Cana. Beautiful resort top to bottom . We stayed in one of there swim up pools from our room. Absolutely loved dipping in the morning to start the day. Hotel is gorgeous, rooms beyond expectation. Front desk service was superb. Very professional and polite. The only downside is i found the bar service waitress/waiters did not come around enough not sure if they did not have enough staf [... read more]f and were very slow. They do need to improve that part of their service. Food was excellent. Their beach is not the best as it is a little rocky but I think they are working on that. Beyond the Dreams resort the beach and sand was great, white soft sand and beach was beautiful. I would give this resort definitely give this place a 4 plus and would recommend it.

Dreams Flora Resort and Spa: Wonderful week at Dreams Flora

Honestly this was a dream first family vacation with two kids (5 and 1years old). We opted for the preferred swim up room as our littlest still naps and it was awesome. Allowed us to not miss out on any fun while still being right there if she woke or needed us. I loved the shallow raised sections in the swim up areas so the littles could splash and play. The rooms were modern and very clean. Pools and beach were amazing and pristine. There was never not a chair to be had at either beach or pool [... read more] which was a nice change. Loved the small size of the resort and being able to get to know the friendly staff. Restaurants and buffet were great and no reservations needed was a pleasant surprise. The kids club and resort activities were a hit for all ages. Not sure who had more fun at the water park or the foam party (kids or adults) haha. My only feedback would be that a lot of the paths weren’t stroller friendly and that it would be helpful to put benches in the hospitality rooms. I would give this resort a 9/10 for those travelling as a family and we will likely return.

Dreams Dominicus La Romana: An excellent resort!

Our group of 2 families (4 adults and 3 youth) had a wonderful stay here for 9 days in mid-March. I have a lot of positive things to say about this resort, beginning with the Entertainment Staff. A big reason why we enjoyed this resort was Jerry. Jerry is an absolute delight and one of the highlights of our stay. He involved my 12- and 15-year-old boys in the games and activities throughout our entire stay. Always friendly and welcoming, smiling, dancing and entertaining! He even got my 15-yea [... read more]r-old son to dance! In addition to Jerry, other entertainers - Champion, Chicken Boy, El Baby added to the fun. Champion’s auction at the beach was another highlight! The staff all around was great – from housekeeping to pool/lobby bar, dining and towel staff. A shoutout to Marcelo at the pool bar for his positive and fun energy! Room was one of the nicest we have had at a resort, spacious and clean. Towel service was also excellent. No need for towel cards and the towels were always fresh and clean. A La Carte restaurants were excellent – no reservations was a huge bonus, and we never waited more than a few minutes for a table. Coco Café was great to have on resort – my husband and I went here for our morning coffees every day. Barefoot Grille at the beach was also great – pizzas were excellent for a midday snack. The shows were entertaining – especially the Water and Circus shows. Beach is beautiful – turquoise water and white sand. While not a challenge to get chairs at the beach, lack of shade was a bit of an issue. One of my only complaints is that those who pay for Preferred Club get better access to shade. My only other complaint was the lack of activity post-11pm. And that’s saying something for someone who normally goes to sleep at 10pm! Some musical entertainment until midnight would be a nice addition. And while there is a sports bar and disco across from the a la carte restaurants, these were not well-publicized and therefore nobody seemed to go to them. The same holds true for the teen club (which my kids used but they were the only ones there). All in all, an excellent stay at an excellent resort, thanks to Jerry and the rest of the entertainment staff.

Dreams Cap Cana Resort and Spa: Great resort

Everything was great except for the beach. It was under construction, but we could go to an adjacent beach and enjoy the turquoise waters there. The food was great as well. The rooms were very good as well.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Nice Resort!

Rooms are clean, easy access to restaurants, pools and beach. The water is calm for Cancun even when it’s wavy, it doesn’t knock you over. Food was good. Hibachi was excellent. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
