Sandals Royal Plantation: Wedding Anniversary

Royal Plantation is a beautiful Spot in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The staff made us feel welcome all the time. Food and drinks are amazing. Our butlers Oreyn and Ricardo were excellent. They treat you like royalty. The shows and entertainment was different every night. All I can say is that my husband and I , we could' te peak a better place than Sandals Royal Plantation. We highly recommend this resort.

Sandals Royal Bahamian: Beautiful Resort with room for improvement

My husband and I did a one bedroom villa with butler service for 7 days. We got picked up at the airport with a Rolls Royce which was fun. The property and beach are absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t ask for more. 10 stars for Butlers-Sean, Denver and Carol. There are 3 major areas that can be improved. 1) Check in time - Waiting 2-3 hours to check in is unacceptable. This needs to be fixed . 2) Housekeeping- Leaving room service plates in the hallway overnight? Really? 3) The food at this reso [... read more]rt just wasn’t great. Not even the restaurants you needed a reservation for. That being said, we got to relax on our Babymoon which was most essential :)

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: Wonderful holiday

We loved our vacation at sandals La Toc. Staff was very friendly and the resort was beautiful. There are a lot of activities to keep you busy. My husband played golfed twice and loved the experience. The resort also provides transportation to the other sandals resorts in the area so we spend an afternoon at Sandals Grande.

Sandals Negril: Getaway to paradise

My wife and I just returned from Sandels Niegril in Jamaica, we can not say enough good things about this resort. The office staff is great, the bar staff is amazing at all locations throughout the resort, the waitresses/waiters in the restaurants and the breakfast area’s are very accomidating. Entertainment was excellent every night. The personnel that takes care of the beach is amazing, beach is beautiful. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Beautiful grounds in an excellent location.

Resort is very large, spread out, does not have an intimate atmosphere. A shuttle ride operates between the two different sections. Staff are extremely pleasant and efficient, very attentive. Entertainment was terrific, awesome dance troupe! Rooms at the Riviera Seaside Village were clean & well maintained by the friendly staff, but a bit dated. Swim [... read more]ming area cordoned off made it safe and accessible. The food was somewhat disappointing for the level of the hotel, especially the Terrace steak house. It is also difficult to get booked for the specialty restaurants due to the large number of guests staying at both sides of this resort.

Sandals Barbados: Holiday to Remember

Sandals Barbados, was the best holiday we have ever had! Though it was quite expensive, it was well worth the $. The grounds, the food, the pools THE BEACH! Totally amazing! Room 1512 was the best room in the place, and loved the tranquility tub! Recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing beautiful fun-filled vacation! Thx Jarius from Trip Central

Sandals Grenada: Amazing resort!

It was a bonus that the resort was only 5 min from the airport! The grounds were very beautiful, and the ocean views outstanding. Our room was in a very quiet area, perfect for us. We wished we had 2 chairs (we had1) and a small desk or table. The restaurants provided lots of variety and excellent food and service. Sandals Caribbean Cay: Great time at SRC

Resort was clean, all staff friendly. Pools are small compared to other resorts, beaches are beautiful, well maintained, small as well but we always found a nice spot. Great vacation. Crowd was honeymooners or 70's.

Sandals Grenada: Fantastic

My wife and I,decided on La Source Grenada,for our 25th wedding anniversary. We have one regret about our trip,we should of booked for 10 days not seven. I can’t say enough good things about the resort. The room was spacious,the staff and management,extremely professional and made us feel speacil. The food was fantastic,can’t wait to go back. All around a wonderful place to stay,you feel like your in a different world on this resort. Sandals Halcyon Beach: Great Holiday

This was a lovely hotel - beautiful grounds, nice restaurants, comfortable rooms. The food was better than we had previously experienced in the islands. It was a quiet resort, which is what we were looking for and if one wanted more activities, one could visit the other two Sandals on the island. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. On the down side - the beach is really small, and with the usual resort game of saving lounges with towels, it was hard to get a shaded spot unless y [... read more]ou were on the beach early in the morning. This is a common problem with all resorts and cruise ships too. The resort advertises included premium liquors, the online photo showing several brands including Crown Royal, and claims they are available in the in room bar. However, when we requested Crown Royal, it came with a $43USD charge. Our major complaint was the housekeeping standard in our room. The first morning the room was cleaned as we expected in a resort of this calibre. After that day however, it was not properly cleaned. Bathroom garbage was not emptied, floors not swept, counters, taps and mirrors not wiped and towels not restocked and bedsheets were never changed, empty Kleenex was not replaced and the soak tub on the balcony was not cleaned. When we complained a second time about deficiencies, we were told the regular housekeeper was sick and a part time person had been doing it. This is no excuse. Granted, complaints about towels missing were responded to almost immediately but it was unpleasant having to complain in the first place. We didn't complain to the desk about the deficiencies - we probably should have but didn't want to be the bitchy tourists, and kept hoping that the next day would be better so we didn't give the resort a chance to remedy the problem

Sandals Grande St Lucian: Resort staff are incredible

Just spent an amazing week at Sandals Grande St. Lucian. What a beautiful location. The resort is situated on a strip of land connecting Pigeon Island to the main island of St. Lucia, with the Atlantic Ocean on one side of the resort and the Caribbean Sea on the other. I must say that I have never been to a resort with such attentive, caring staff. Everyone we encountered were more than willing to make sure our stay was the best. They loved to stop and chat with us and never seemed  [... read more]to busy to spend the time to see how we were doing. They would find us on the beach and bring us drinks. When we asked for a drink and they didn't have the ingredients they would make sure the next time they saw us they would have the ingredient. We stayed in a Lovers Lagoon room (basically the lowest price room). The room had everything we needed, was always kept spotless and had a great view. The fridge was stocked daily with beer, water, juices, pop and both a red and white bottle of wine. We didn't like the Chardonnay so left a note asking for Pinot Grigio and when we came back to the room to find the wine had been changed with a nice note. You won't need to bring a hair dryer or iron as both are provided. One very odd thing was there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom at all. Also, the website says there are North American style outlets in the room, but note there are only 2. The rest are European style. Food was fantastic. We found out when we got to the resort that only the Italian restaurant requires you to dress up for dinner. All other restaurants is casual attire. Favourite restaurant? Kimonos. If possible ask to be seated at Marvins table. We took the speed boat tour, but booked it from a guy on the beach named Lyle. Much cheaper than booking through Sandals and completely worth it. The tour went down the coast to Soufriere for shopping, the volcanic mud baths, some waterfall (not as great as it is advertised), snorkeling and to Marigot Bay to see how the extremely wealthy live. Run punch, beer and "moonshine" are served. If you can afford it I highly recommend taking the helicopter from the airport rather than the shuttle. There's no better way to see the island. And, despite some reviews, the shuttle ride isn't horrible at all. We took it on our way back to the airport for departure. Enjoy your trip!!

Sandals South Coast: great stay

Enjoyed the food and water sports. The line ups at the restaurants were sometimes annoying. Resort felt very safe. The water sports were great fun but often had line ups. The view was amazing. Enjoyed the room service food.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Great time

we just returned from 7 days at this resort and had a wonderful time. The staff were phenomenal. These workers put in very long hours day in and day out with a smile on their face and always trying to please their guests. We ate at all the restaurants and while one doesn’t specifically stand out as a favourite each one offered variety and the food was consistently excellent. We stayed in a riviera bamboo grove premium room which was located in the lily building. We found our room not ver [... read more]y luxurious compared to other 5star resorts we have stayed out. The room was very dated and the reason why I did not give a 5 star rating. The nightly themed entertainment was average but the entertainment at the rabbit hole was a favourite for us. We went there 3 nights to enjoy phylia “mama” perform. There are two private beaches. The riviera beach which a little more quite than the beach club. We loved both beaches. All in all I would recommend this resort as a great destination

Sandals Royal Bahamian: More Than Expected Loved It !!

Just spent 10 days at the Royal Bahamian it was amazing. We had a beachfront walkout with Butler service and I must say it would be hard to travel now without that service. Our butlers Daren, Christopher and Sheldon were great and made a huge impact on our overall experience. These rooms were perfect close to the beach with gorgeous views. Restaurants were very good. Had the lobster at Spices three times. Hoping to go back to this wonderful resort. Sandals Barbados: Best of both resorts

My wife and I and another couple we traveled with stayed here for seven days. We chose to stay at this one and not the Royal because it was significantly cheaper. To our surprise the Royal is right next door so we could use all the amenities of the Royal too. Best of both resorts at our disposal. Nice. Big shout out to double d (darling Derika) at the front lobby. She’s awesome!!! Treated us like gold. The room was fine. Really how much time do you spend in there anyways? However, it w [... read more]as on the border of the two properties. Building 3. Very convenient to access both. The food was terrific at all the restaurants and buffets for that matter. If you go for any meal at the La Parisienne on the Royal side, be prepared to wait. They don’t have their act together yet. If you are a diver or snorkeler, then be prepared for the 30 minute bus ride to the harbour. Go on the orientation tour as there is a lot to cover over the two properties. Beach is nice. It was quite windy during our stay. We got to sail only once. Unfortunate. Had to speak to a manager about a server at La Paris coffee shop. Some more training in customer service was required. Another surprise was a 4 lane 10 pin bowling alley on the Royal. We tried it. It was fun. The butlers monopolized the better pools. We came at 6am to reserve chairs and most were already taken. There should be a limit on what they can take. There was some form of entertainment every night.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Luxury and relaxing vacation

We spent 1 week in January, the resort is organized, clean and staff is very friendly( they not expecting any tip its a resort`s law), the meal selection is huge, the jerk chicken is delicious and the French restaurant as well. A lot of entertainment options inside the hotel, if you go outside choose the organized tour, its expensive but be safety. Over all, I have no complain.

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: The Resort is not bad but not my favorite

The Hotel is great, people are very friendly , clean and great views. I don't think the level of Butler service is as good as it is at other Sandals resorts that we have visited and the Food was not as good as other Sandals. There are a lot of stairs at this resort so walking is difficult if any disabilities. The beach is Red Flagged most days for swimming.

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: Very nice resort!!

This resort has a variety of rooms, suites and restaurants. The beach area is not huge, but suited our requirements. There are multiple pool options if you are looking for a quiet spot vs. The main pool action. Service was excellent- with lots of friendly staff insuring everything is good.

Sandals Royal Bahamian: Can't wait to go back again for a 3rd time!!!

Always an amazing resort. Food is to die for!! Private island is so beautiful!!! Pools were a bit chilly in January when we went and the Windsor suites could use some updating!! Other than that everything else was perfect!

The hotel was beautiful the service was excellent and the food was great. Our room was very nice and always clean One thing we were very disappointed was that my wife forgot her winter coat in the room and we called after 45 minutes from checking out and they said not there and was nothing left in the room which is not true cause we even left a pair of my sandals there.
