Excursions are a must!

The hotel was great, rooms were spacious and the pool area was super nice! The beach can leave something to be desired if you have been to Cuba and the water was a little rough but still great! The guys selling weed are a bit much, got stopped about 15-20 times a day. But we had a great time Did the catamaran and Dunn's River falls and it was one of the best days, would recommend

Outstanding!

Great place for a fantastic getaway with your spouse or your whole family. Us adults went this time as our children are now adults but we very much noticed such an amazing and a large area for kids. If we were to travel with kids this would definitely be where we would go. Very well laid out, well kept, so much to do for all ages. Great food, friendly and helpful staff. We found that on out of country vacations, ketchup has been hard to come by as is peanut butter. May sound Petty but as a Canadian these are Staples, not to mention kids favourites. Best vacation ever!!

This hotel was a gem! Beautiful to say the very least. Well maintained, very accommodating, fantastic variety and quality of food and so much to keep you busy around the resort itself. The people that work there just make the whole experience superb! We had a tiny mishap and it was corrected immediately, nothing serious. Very impressed and will absolutely be back again. Highly recommend these folks and their fabulous establishment!

Very nice resort for families!

We had a splendid time with our 2 and 3 year olds with lots of activities to do in the resort. Clean rooms, very good food with lots of choices, nice and age-appropriate aquapark, clean and private beaches with plenty of room and available seats. Nice resort

Hotel was very nice, but some restaurants were under renovation and were not able to eat there. Staff very friendly. Everything purchased was on the expensive side. It was clean, and the service from staff was very good.

Great Time

Good time at a great resort. Staff were wonderful. Entertainment was good! Resort could use some updating and there are some frustrating things that could have made it better. No ice! If you needed ice you had to order it from room service which took an hour! Keys had to be programmed every other day! No blanket in the room...took 2 requests to get. There for 9 days and only allowed 4 ala carts. Buffet food was too repetitive...more variety needed.

Excellent Resort

Very friendly & professional staff at Luxury front desk . 99 % of the time our requests were answered . Beautifully designed property , everyone greeted us and make us feel like home. Amazing resort!!

Recommended!

The food was fantastic; spacious, clean room with huge and comfortable bed; great live reggae music. Amazing ocean front view! The elevators and hallways really need more airflow. The service was very good, friendly and positive with the exception of two people of the many we dealt with- it’s unfortunate that two grumpy/attitudinal people can impact the day/stay so much. Great water park area for kids.

Perfect

We had a great time and such a great resort. The staff were all very happy, attentive and kind. Very much enjoyed ourselves and would go back to this resort for sure. It was our first time at this brand of resorts but everything was so smooth and easy.

Awesome resort!!!

Everything about this hotel was awesome. The grounds, rooms, washrooms, dining rooms, pool and beach were all so clean. The entertainment could have been a little better but wasn't bad. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely come back again! But stay longer!!!

Nice resort but......

The grounds were well kept and attractive. The beach area left a little to be desired. Some areas of the beach appeared rocky and overrun with seaweed. The pools appeared well maintained. Unfortunately it rained for three of the four days we were there however staff were very good about drying up the water so as to prevent slip and falls.

Great trip to Jamaica

Loved the hotel facility and the daily activities they had going on. We took a family trip for our daughter’s first vacation. We would definitely recommend this hotel to another family. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to use the kids club as it was under renovation during our stay.

Amazing time

We had an amazing family vacation here. The staff was outstanding the food was good, although repetitive. The rooms were comfortable, however being on the main floor you could here late night noise. Great access to pools. Beautiful beaches and plenty to do with children. A great family experience

Pretty nice resort..!!!

Generally all area’s are good layout and conveniently situated, Staff were all very helpful, We had big downpour, It was handled professionally and fast, We went on two excursions 1- Dunn’s river Falls —worth the price And 2- Blue mountain with Bike ride, originally we thought the price was high - It was Amazing for the price

Always awesome place to stay, this was our second time there, we also brought the kids on the trip , kid friendly with a kids water park with slides etc,great food very clean and awesome service!most likely be the place we go next time again..

Awesome resort

Plenty to do .. daily activities to great night shows. The gym was outdated compared to the rest of the resort. Would have like additional choices of Le cartes. For a large resort I would like to have had more than 3 Lecarte the week choices. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to....thank you for taking care of us.

Five star+ resort

Grand Bahia Principe is one of a kind. It is the staff, the customer service who makes a difference in the hotel. From the room, the activities, the spectacle/events are well organized and funny, with high intensity music that makes your body move. I choose Grand Bahai whenever we go on all inclusive vacations, this is our third one so far and couldn't say anything negative about it. We are so pleased and so grateful for our vacations.
