Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Paradise!!

We loved our time at St James ......room location was perfect for our older parents to get around and still be part of the fun. Food and restaurants were very accommodating for special meal request and times of dinner arrangements. The activities staff kept us very active and smiling!

The hotel has very clean rooms with nice decor. The food was delicious. Ate at all restaurants. I really liked the Bamboo Restaurant especially the early morning breakfast. Enjoyed the beautiful beach and sunsets. I would recommend this resort and visit again.

Tucked away gem of a resort with excellent staff, great food. Great beach party on Wednesday. Met lots of people also visiting from Ontario whom which we shared lots of laughs and great conversation. Grounds , beach and pool are well kept and clean

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Good Resort

I must say that the staff were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and mostly comfortable. I however do notice that the furniture has been well used and is now showing it's age and should be replaced. Regarding the A La Carte restaurants, The Italian restaurant was good food, the Steak restaurant was exceptional food, and the Teppanyaki restaurant had a great show and food was good. The worst was the Buffet. Breakfast, was extremely disappointing as many days there was shortage of most items including bacon, hash browns, yogurt, and some fruits. Lunch and Dinner at buffet restaurants had the exact same menu. Despite this, the food at this restaurant was exactly the same every day, with no change of any kind. The resort itself, was beautiful and very serene, however it felt empty. The pools were beautiful and mostly well kept, but upon testing the water with my foot, the water seemed very cold and the tiles felt slimy. The only major item with the resort is something that they can not fix. The location is between 1.5-2.5 hour bus rid from airport. Overall, I feel this is a descent resort, however overpriced.

I give it a 10 plus. Great hotel staff and everything about it. A little older crowd,not a lot at night. Hotel has everything. Wonderful Spa and children’s own pool and area for parents. Not many kids when we were there.

This hotel deserves a 10 +. I sold it years ago and everyone loved it. This year when I saw 4 star I thought it might be tired and run down. No no, all upgraded. I’ve stayed at sanders. This is better without the price tag. All water sports included, even water skiing.

St. James Club Morgan Bay was fairly typical as far as island resorts go. Where they did stand out was the service. Staff couldn't have done more for us. Genuine, pleasant and attentive from check-in to check-out. Food was very good and plentiful with a wide variety to satisfy our tastes and restrictions. Rooms were cleaned and supplied daily. St. James Club is a short local bus ride south to the capital for shopping and north for adventure. Plenty of land and water tours showcasing the island's beauty and welcoming locals. Overall, St. Lucia is definitely a destination and St. James Club Morgan Bay is a decent host.

St James Club Morgan Bay is a beautiful resort with excellent food, wonderful staff and its a nice small sized resort that takes only 5 minutes to get from one end to the other. The beach is a bit small - hard to take a long walk - but the sand and water are beautiful, clean and clear. The grounds and rooms were clean and the pools and activities were excellent. Food was very good, not a huge selection but delicious. Mixed drinks were always good, make sure you get one of Vanessa's specials at the swim up bar. The entertainment and entertainment staff were the best we have experienced, it was always singers but they did a variety of music from Bruno Mars to Bob Marley. There is this beautiful spot of the hill that overlooks the sea, it has a pool and a bar and one of the best places to enjoy the sunset. I would definitely go back to this resort.

Just returned from a great vacation at St James Club Morgan Bay. A great resort that I would recommend to anyone. Food was great! We ate at the specialty restaurants most nights and only ate at the buffet one evening. Service was great. A special shout out to Sharma! Your friendly smile and your love of life was a pleasure to see. Keep up the great work. You made us smile everyday

Great resort, friendly people working at the resort (not the front desk supervisors spoke to 3 and they all seemed a bit arrogant)good food lots of activities Only bad thing we can say that our room didn't get serviced once. Starfish Saint Lucia: Small, Intimate Resort

We've always wanted to go to St. Lucia and when we found the Starfish and it was within our budget; we jumped at it! This is a 3 star resort. No room service, drink service on the beach, menu choices and entertainment is limited. With that said, this is a small, intimate resort. Staff is amazing, resort is clean, food is great and beach fantastic. If you're looking for a low-key vacation in the centre of everything, the Starfish is the place for you!

Coconut Bay Resort & Spa: Enjoyable resort for all

10 minute drive from the airport. Excellent food selection for all variety of diets. A lot to do-beach, pools, lazy river, water slides, exercise, yoga, ride horses, paint class...Rooms clean but small for 4 adults. Wifi available in room or lobby, tends to cut in and out. Staff polite and helpful.

St James Club presents itself as a 4 star resort which is very accurate. The rooms are clean with all the space that you need, but not over the top. The food is good at all restaurants, and great at some. Our favourites were Bamboo for breakfast & dinner, the Beach BBQ & Plum tree grill for lunch and Le Jardin for dinner. Some of the standouts were Jayden, Vince, Shane, Dexter and all of the staff at Le Jardin. Several reviews complain about no bottled water and Wifi in the rooms, however we found this to be a nice change. There are ample spots to fill up water bottles and the tap water is safe to drink. In addition, less screen time on vacation at a beautiful spot was a positive. The islands itself is beautiful and we enjoyed our day trip to Pigeon Island and hike to the top of Gros Piton. All the tour guides, taxi drives and locals we met off the resort were extremely nice as well. We cannot wait to go back!!!

Staff were friendly and quite helpful. Beautiful grounds, nice pools and beach is close to resort. All inclusive is not quite true as wifi is extra in rooms and didn’t work well. Bar fridges are not included as part of the all inclusive. They will stock the fridges with what you ask for them if you use it you have to pay. Room service food is also not included, it’s extra. Overall a pleasant experience with great food and programs.

The resort was beautiful. Lush and green. Most of the service staff were happy to help you. The room was well laid out. There was adequate space to store your things. The buffets had many choices you could always find something good to eat. The owl carts were kind of hit and miss. Beast was not of good quality. But the chicken and the seafood were fantastic. If you have someone with mobility issues this may not be the resort for them.

This resort was lovely. There were many options on the buffet. The alicart restaurants were very good as well. Really enjoyed the cafe it was a wonderful addition. The pools and the beach were clean. The staff was helpful.

Serenity at Coconut Bay: Super experience

The rooms and facilities were nice and clean. The staff was very attentive. Meals were very good. Scheduled trips off the resort were done very well. We have traveled to other Caribbean islands and resorts and this was one of the best experiences we have had.

The things we liked about the resort were the smaller size, private beach and constant breeze. The bed was the most comfortable one we have ever had at a resort. The things we didn’t like were the long drive from airport to resort (1.5-2hrs) We found the food to be disappointing with selection and quality. The main thing that was an issue for us was that this resort is NOT accessible. Lobby and all restaurants had steps and NO ramps. Sandals Grande St Lucian: Amazing Resort!

We give this resort a 5 star. Amazing service, food, WEATHER, drinks, entertainment. We would definitely return. Only downfall is the long drive from the airport to the resort. But the scenery is beautiful. If we were to do it again we would take the helicopter transfer to save us time.
