Grand Palladium Colonial: Beautiful ❤️

Everything was great. Staff were amazing very friendly and pleasant. Concierge and receptionist were great. We did a lot of walking and the staff would always greet us with a smile. They keep the Lobby area and the buffet always clean. Our room always cleaned. Fresh water and snacks. Will definitely be going back soon hopefully in November 2023

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: best deal for your buck

that hotel is simply amazing....no other words describeit....everything you need is there...the food is ok,so much to choose from,nobody goes hungry....the stretch of beach is one of the nicest in the caribbean,my brother and i have been up and down that coast for 20 years...i would highly recommend this hotel to anybody...

Grand Palladium Colonial: Good Resort

So lots of positive for kids at this resort. Lots of things to do. Pools and rooms are wonderful. Spa is nice and reasonable. Food was just okay as well was surprised no premium alcohol. Was hard to get a reservation for the a la cartes. everything was booked up for our stay and was the first thing I did when checked in. Beach was not great at all. Lots of seaweed and rocks Service was just okay as the staff didn't speak english well

TRS Turquesa: Great resort!

We enjoyed our stay at the TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana. From the check in to the check out, we were well taken care off at all time. Very friendly staff, they were attentive to our well being and happiness.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Amazing Resort

This was our first time in Jamaica and absolutely loved this resort! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The pools and beaches are beautiful and clean. Food was great, something for everyone. We had no problems getting into any of the restaurants for our meals. The many bars were all well stocked and staff were generous with their pours! Our Concierge Jermaine was fabulous - so helpful in every way, he was always available when we needed him. We highly recommend the Grand Palladium!

TRS Coral: Probably the nicest resort we've visited. Ever.

TRS Coral, part of the Grand Palladium group in Costa Mujeres, was fantastic. Great pool, nice rooms, wonderful staff. excellent food. Fun atmosphere with a ton of choices of entertainment, dining, dancing, lounging, etc. We met friends from Indiana at this resort and they too said it was the nicest place they'd visited, and we have all travelled a fair bit! The show at CHIC Cabaret was well worth the small additional ticket price. Staff were, without exception, excellent. Five Stars across the board from us!!

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Just OK

Overall, the resort is just ok. We did a Saturday to Saturday trip and it was too long. We were getting pretty bored by day 4. We chose this resort after staying at the Palladium in Riveria Maya, which is much bigger and better situated. Our room (panoramic ocean view) was clean, but the bathroom shower made a huge puddle on the floor with each use and the jets in the tub were full of mildew. No way I'd take a bath in that tub. As for the view, the tiny balcony has a solid wall so if you sit [... read more] down, you'd be looking at concrete. The ocean could be seen if you sit up on the edge of the right hand side of the bed. We were overlooking the infinity pool, it's supposed to close at 10:30 but 3 nights there was a lot of partying going on much later. The beach is really nice and there are boogie boards, surfing lessons and boards, mini catamarans and paddle boards to use. The waves are high though, but if you can swim its fine. If you want a shaded chair at the pool or the beach, best to get out there and tag one with a towel before 9 am. The pool is super warm and you can see whales pretty much all day from the pool edge or the beach. Buffet restaurant is not bad, the food is pretty average buffet fare. We were not impressed with the a la carte restaurants at all. The Mexican one was the worst of the 3 we tried, food was bland and salty. Italian was the best, fish was nice and the carbonara was good until I came across a bunch of uncooked egg whites in it which killed my appetite immediately. There is a small store at the resort, my advice is bring some snacks, sunscreen and any OTC meds like Tylenol from the airport or home. They are charging $8 USD for a bag of chips. Sunscreen is $25 USD. Activities were expensive, everything is in USD rather than pesos which is inconvenient unless you are American I guess. I was hoping to get out and explore Sayulita but was told the bus and colectivo are not recommended. Taxi there and back was about 100$ CAD. We did go on a nice sail boat for snorkeling and whale watching which was $300 CAD for 2 people, and it was worth it. Taxi to the marina and back was charged by the amount of people even though it was the same van. 440 pesos for 4 people and 1100 pesos for 8 people on the way back. The staff were all super, cheerful, very nice and helpful throughout the resort.

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Great Resort, Amazing facility.

We visited Grand Palladium Bavaro in the last week of February 2023, The Staff was super friendly. Grand palladium had a lot of things inside the resort that you can do for fun like Live shows, night parties, and All the great Pools. We had an amazing time there, the food was good quality, not so many options for vegetarians though. Only one day they missed coming and cleaning the room/Making the bed, the rest of the days they were pretty good. Grand Palladium Jamaica: Wonderful stay with great servive

We stayed for a week with our family at the end of February. It was very busy time but we still enjoyed all they had to offer. It is a spacious resort with many spaces and beaches so you still feel not crowded. Yes you had to wait a little bit for certain items at meals but that's normal. We were so thankful to Kerri at trip central for all her help booking and getting us a holiday that was stress-free. It was clean and we had an updated room from recent Reno's. TRS Turquesa: an excellent resort

I was very impressed with the resort, except for two negatives. The facility is spacious, well maintained and clean. As part of the Grand Palladium chain, all facilities in 3 adjacent properties were available for our use with endless choices for meals, a la carte restaurants and buffets. Each building has it own butlers who were most attentive to helping guests. Making reservations for a la carte restaurants was very easy, on line or with the butler. Entertainment in the main theatre was professional with ample other local party type and other activities. There were ample chaises available in busier as well as very in quiet areas. Staffing was abundant and obviously very well trained, polite, and attentive. Shuttle service was excellent. Negatives include lack of vegetarian options in several a la carte restaurants. As a mixed family group, carnivores and vegetarians, this was a problem. Secondly wait staff at Adelitas was horrible. I had to literally stand up and approach wait staff to get service. Because of these two negatives I would rate resort as 3 1/2 stars instead of 5.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: It used to be an amazing resort...not this time

I have recently returned from Grand Palladium Kantenah resort, in Riviera Maya. This was my 6th time at this specific resort and my 8th time at Palladium/TRS. I had great memories of this resort from previous experiences and that's the reason I have returned. This time, unfortunately, my expectations were not fully met, I was a bit disappointed with my vacation. 1. Because I was a frequent return customer I got a VIP bracelet. Unfortunately the bracelet meant nothing, it came with NO addition [... read more]al perks. I got the same treatment and same access to facilities like a guest who was there for the first time. Pre-covid, I was there on the 5th visit and the VIP bracelet I got allowed me access to all restaurants and all bars. Not this time :-( 2. Overall the quality of the service, in my opinion, has gone down from my previous visits. The food at the buffet was not as varied as before, was quite repetitive and more limited in choices. In the past they had themed nights at the buffet which provided great choices for dinner. Not this time. The a-la carte restaurants did not hit the bar either. Food was served cold, or wait time for the food to be served was long. 3. Covid protocol was non existent. Pre-covid, when entering any restaurant you were asked to hand sanitize, the host had the sanitizer available and everybody had to sanitize - again this was pre-covid. Now, the hand sanitizer was just sitting in a corner and nobody was asked to use it. 4. I have asked for a room that was not on the ground floor. I don't think this was a huge request. I did get one and it was facing the highway and it was very noisy. I've asked to be moved because I could not sleep, they moved me after I insisted and waited several hours. I got a room on the ground floor. Well, at least it was quiet. So, overall, my vacation was not as pleasant as I was expecting it to be. There are many choices for resorts and next time I will likely chose a different resort. VIP bracelet was useless so I have no incentive to go back.

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Resort was disappointing

This was our 3rd time visiting this resort. Since the last time in 2016 the resort has greatly changed. I will start with the positives, the location is beautiful, the beach and the grounds are always well maintained. The drinks are better than the time before as well. Overall the food is ok. I had booked us in the small villas with a garden view which we had stayed before. We were told we were moved to another area as they were full. They called it an up grade, it was not. We were in the  [... read more]long villas with 3 levels, lots of rooms and incredibly loud, kids screaming, people arguing and because it’s open the whole Villa 30+ rooms hear it all, all Night. I had also booked to have side by side rooms with my senior parents they put us in Separate villas. The rooms are clean but I’m massive need of new mattresses and new pullouts. We switched rooms after the first night as the bed was so hard we didn’t sleep. The second room was not any better and there was no where for them to move us. The beds are as hard as sleeping on the ground. We didn’t sleep more than a couple hours a night. So we left the trip exhausted. Our air conditioner also broke down one night at 2 am with a large banging sound, we had to turn it off until morning when I went to the desk they said it would be until after 2 that someone would come until I said that was unacceptable they then sent someone immediately. The service was incredibly slow and they were completely understaffed. I would be asked if I wanted coffee after I was done my breakfast u less I got up and found someone to help our table. The same goes for the pool you have to get up to get your own drinks, Even with tipping the staff just doesn’t come around. I don’t recommend eating outside at the restaurants. We ate one night at the Asian restaurant, i believe they forgot about our table, our food came out 2 hours after we ordered. Even with me asking the staff 5 times we we’re about to walk out when it finally came out, it was all cold and while we waited I was bitten, and must have been swarmed all at once and ended up with 40 bites on my legs. We were really excited to go back to this resort and left completely exhausted and disappointed.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Beautiful resort and beaches

The beaches were great at the palladium especially Sunset Cove. We particularly enjoyed not having to reserve restaurants except for the hibachi so we ate at a different restaurant every night. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Huge resort with amazing staff!

The resort was huge, lots to explore! There's about 3 beaches, the pool area is huge and thetre area. Even though it was busy, it didn't feel crowded. Staff are always driving around in golf carts to assist and take you from one end to another. Food was great and always replenished while staff happily served and explained what they put in their dishes. Staff around the resort is always smiling, willing to assist, converse and are grateful for tourists. Two in particular went above and bey [... read more]ond with their services, Greggory Shaw and Sherri Gaye White. They always put a smile on our faces! I would definitely consider coming back here.

TRS Yucatan: Had a wonderful time!

We stayed at TRS Yucatan Feb 6-13. This was our 3rd time staying there but the first time since Covid. It is a great experience if you want service excellence, great food and peace and quiet. We did notice a few changes in service level since pre Covid. You have to pay for the dinner theatre and the food was awful. The show was fantastic. There also was nothing happening at night. They used to have artists performing after dark but this seems to have been cut out. The a la carte restaurants are [... read more] good and the concierge service is superb. We give the experience a 9 out of 10.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great Time!

Employees are terrific. Groundsand rooms are very clean. We had a couple problems with AC and sliding door and they were addressed in a couple hours. Food is very good, lots to chose from.Good snorkling out front. Who designed the pool? Its 6.5' deep in 90%. You cant hang out anywhere other than perimeter or play water games with the kids. Remember folks, take some tip money. These wonderful peopl work very hard for almost nothing. A few dollars goes a long way to help them and their families.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Love the resort! Came for a third time.

Loved all amenities, grounds, restaurants, pool and beach areas are stunning. Fabulous staff and great evening entertainment! Staff super friendly and helpful and always smiling. Big enough resort for all tastes and preferences to find something they could enjoy.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great Resort

We booked this resort for two weeks Jan 21/23 to Feb.4th and after the first three days of having to call each day because they didn’t leave us any water coffee or beer and then the fourth day of not being offered any water or coffee at breakfast we figured we had made a big mistake in booking this resort however after going to guest services and explaining our concerns everything was taken care of. This resort does actually care and goes above and beyond to make you stay enjoyable.  [... read more] The food is excellent my favourite is the Asian (the Bamboo) and the Sake Steak. The staff are super friendly and accommodating our favourites were the waitresses at the main pool and the sports bar. Oh speaking of the sports bar the chicken taco salad is both delicious and filling only problem could get hockey games (didn’t upset my wife). A very special Thank You to Salvador Moran it is because of you our memories of the Grand Palladium Vallarta will forever be one of our favourite vacations and the reason we will be returning next year again thank you. Grand Palladium Vallarta: Amazing resort

If you like fantastic views, great service, friendly people this resort is for you. Dancing at the pool, whale watching great weather you couldn't ask for more. The specialty restaurants were the best. Shout out to Salvadore. You have to try the Bamboo. Would highly recommend.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: outstanding staff and service

Could not have asked for better. Daniel our waiter for a few different dinners was beyond amazing and our server at the pool bar whose name escapes me, made our time at the pool fun and entertaining. A special shout out to Salvador, Restaurant Manager for going above and beyond. You are an amazing man. Thank you We will be back
