Couples Tower Isle: Absolutely perfect

We loved that it was a small resort, just steps to everything you need. The staff here were outstanding! It was an Anniversary, 50th Birthday vacation and it couldn't have been better! The food at all of the restaurants was wonderful, but the private dinner on the island was the best! (Bayside was nice location but the food could have been hotter, very tasty otherwise)

Couples Sans Souci: 8 out of 10

We have been to about 20 resorts in the past 10 years and I would say this one rates an 8/10. It is a smaller resort - which was nice. They only have (3) restaurants but ever single meal was great! And nicely presented as well. We were a little disappointed when we first arrived and were taken to our room. We had specifically paid a higher amount to have a 1 bedroom beachfront. It was not a 1 bedroom. It was just a regular hotel room with the bed in the middle with the couch, TV etc. i.e.  [... read more]no separate bedroom. Also, it wasn't right on the beach - there were buildings between us and the actual beach. So we did complain and they did help us the next day by moving us to a 1 bedroom ocean view room, which was just fine. apparently this was a "downgrade" so they did credit our credit card back the difference. We do feel that the entertainment was lacking though. We have been to several places that have dance performances, bands, acrobats etc. This one just had a couple of singing entertainers. I would suggest you take ear plugs though, as once the sun goes down the frogs come out to play and man are they loud! All the staff were very attentive as well. As it was my husband's 50th birthday I did splurge and spend about $2000 over and above what we normally pay for an all inclusive for 2 people for 2 weeks and I can't really say it was worth that.

Couples Tower Isle: Couples Tower Isle, Jamaica

This resort was 5 star service was above and beyond very friendly and always asking if everything is ok. The food was excellent with a wide variety with something different everyday. Free room service was fast and efficient. Beach party was free of charge with buffet dinner on the beach with fabulous entertainment every night. Would diffently recommend this resort.

Couples Swept Away: Couples Swept Away Nov. 2016

As this was our 12th time to Jamaica, but our first time to Couples Swept Away, we did enjoy most of what the Hotel offered. We were under the impression that there was 24 hour room service, but found out on our late arrival, that room service was only for breakfast. That was disappointing, but no big deal. Our coffee maker didn't work, found that out on morning #1, and considering we get up at 5:30 am every day, it could have been an issue. The weather was great, we were hoping for an upgraded room, because we are Couples repeat guests (been to Couples Negril), but that didn't happen, and that was fine also. We paid a ton of money for our 5 day trip, and as I said, we've been to Jamaica many times. We would not return to this particular property, unless it was on sale, because we have been to many RIU's and Sandals, and other Couples properties, and we didn't feel that this one was worth what we paid. The staff was great, the room was okay, but just not worth what we paid.

Couples Negril: Best Vacation Ever!

Couples Negril was so amazing and we will definitely be returning. On October 28th my new husband and I left to celebrate our Honeymoon at Couples Negril. When we arrived at the resort we were greeted by lovely staff and a glass of champagne. We were checked into our room in no time and sitting by the swim up pool bar. Immediately we noticed how clean the resort was and how attentive the staff were. The food was also incredible, from breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner there was always something wonderful to choose from. We were lucky enough to enjoy a private candlelight dinner on the beach. That was by far the best meal that we had and a very romantic touch, I enjoyed lobster while my husband had beef tenderloin. Again we never had to wait for a top up on champagne or wine. We took advantage of the snorkeling and catamaran cruise to swim in the caves and again that was fantastic. Overall we give this resort a hands down 10 out of 10. We met a couple that had been to this specific resort 85 times, they are there 4 times a year and we certainty know why. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can!

Couples Swept Away: Awesome resort!

No complaints about Couples Swept Away! Beautiful beach, wonderful staff, and the property itself was outstanding. I have never been to an all inclusive before where the staff were so gracious and kind. Would love to return one day to paradise.

Couples Swept Away: Beautiful place!

Overall the hotel was great, and we enjoyed a fantastic vacation. It was very clean, nice rooms, great amenities and had very pleasant staff. The beach was simply gorgeous and the resort did not seem to be crowded at all. Lots of chairs available at the beach at any time of day. Food was standard, nothing stood out, except for the unfortunate snails pace of service at Seagrape café and Cabana Grill (not to mention, at Cabana Grill once the food got to us it was cold , that will teach us for [... read more] ordering fries and onion rings!) The only other issue was our phone kept ringing at all times of the night, well, actually it was only twice, however, when we asked for a wakeup call on the day of departure, we neglected to receive a call. I think I know how the unintended recipient felt! Thank goodness for cell phone alarms.
