Grand Bavaro Princess: Amazing, grounds are kept immaculate

The rooms are huge. Food was good, always able to find something to eat - picky eater. The grounds were beautiful and well kept.trams ran every 20 minutes so there was not a long wait to get to other side of resort, it is walking distance.

Vik Hotel Cayena Beach: Amazing Resort!

Our resort was amazing the VIP is the only way to go. Highly recommend. The only downside is the nightly entertainment was not good, however we did not book trip for the night life but rather to enjoy the beach!

Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Resort Adults: Great Resort!!!

If you are looking for a very relaxing vacation I would definitely recommend the Melia Punta Cana Beach. I would also recommend upgrading to the Level section in the adults only. The proximity to the beach, the additional amenities as well as the breakfast, lunch and dinner A La Carte is definitely worth it.

We came here 2x in the past when it was luxury we will not return here it was dirty including the pool we were refused dessert at the a la Cartes we actually took tips off the table one of my outfits was taken and later returned after I left a letter the grounds were littered with garbage and the lobby waitresses were HORRIBLE the lobby bar and tenders were great!!! Serenade All Suites Adults Only Resort: Great resort!

We stayed at Serenade All Suites from Feb 15-22. Overall, a very nice resort. The grounds are beautiful and as it’s new some of the plants and greenery are not fully mature yet but will be beautiful once they are. Rooms were great and kept clean. Restaurants were great and had a variety of food to choose from. I could see some some little tweaks that could be made but as this resort just opened I’m sure this will come in time . Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Wonderful resort

Everything was great, service was good, food was above average, property was very well maintained, although the resort was a bit busy, it was sometimes difficult to find a good spot at the pool. The beach was well kept, drinks were unlimited,

Riu Republica: Amazing Resort

The hotel was great! The resort is huge. It has so many pool areas, a beautiful beach area with plenty of chairs and shaded area. This resort has so many things to do. The food was good and what I liked the most is the friendly and super nice staff. I would recommend this resort!

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Wonderful vacay!

The Melia Caribe Beach Resort exceeded my expectations on all levels. The beach, pool, and other amenities were all exceptional. The rooms were most acceptable as was the food - of course the bed wasn't my own, and buffets can get monotonous - but both were of excellent quality. The only thing I could suggest is perhaps they could have a small buffet section for kids - with much smaller hamburgers, fish sticks, chicken fingers/nuggets, veggie sticks, and orange mac and cheese (with maccaroni  [... read more]shaped pasta). To their credit, there was always a great selection of pizza which was popular with the kids. We travelled with young ones and a lot of food was wasted because the kids were a bit picky. As far as the adult food was concerned - the variety, selection, and quality was more than adequate, but in many cases wonderful. There was always a very wide and varied selection of very high quality food. And so many activities. I would highly recommend this resort and have already done so. I would rate the food and the rooms at 4.5 stars. The friendliness, efficiency, and helpfulness of the staff - all staff - would be rated in my books at 5 stars ++

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Jewel Palm Beach is an awesome resort!

We were originally booked at Jewel Punta Cana, however, the resort was sold and under construction. Our vacation was transferred to Jewel Palm Beach. We have been to many resorts in Punta Cana. This resort has been by far the best we have vacationed at so far. The food, rooms, staff can not be beat. We would definitely vacation at Jewel Palm Beach again.

Beautiful resort with amazing staff. Absolute perfection is ruined by the most disgusting food ever. Improve the food and it would be 7 out of 5 stars; but it's soooo bad we can't go higher than 3.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Aquamarine 02/24

Great food, rooms were wonderful, housekeeping staff were great. Pools were very nice and clean (other than swim up bar pool - gross) lots of activities to do and activity staff were great. Only complaint would be the lounge staff - very unattentive. Lounge bartenders were fantastic

This place checked all the boxes for us. Perfect size, good food, great staff, clean facilities. The room has umbrella and toiletries. The wifi is very good on the entire resort and beach area. Despite it being a very quiet resort and that the beach had seaweed we would return

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Is there more than one Jewel Punta Cana

We would like to give a review of the Jewel Punta Cana however we never got to see this resort. As we booked our all inclusive trip with your company, we are not only frustrated with the whole situation but annoyed that we would receive a review request for a resort that was SOLD & CLOSED just weeks prior to our departure.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Great water park

The grounds were clean and well maintained with lush vegetation. The rooms were clean though the floor in the bathroom had quite a few chipped tiles. The shower was large but slippery. While we always had bath towels, shower mats and hand towels were hit or miss. The buffet did not seem to be air conditioned, and was very warm even first thing in the morning. Service was inconsistent and lines were long to get in. The food was always hot and fresh, though there was never enough bacon at breakfa [... read more]st. The Mexican and Italian restaurants had long lines to get in but the food was quite tasty. Service in the Mexican restaurant was very slow on the evening we went. We chose to spend our time at the quieter pool by the Bubbles swim up bar. The pool was very clean and the perfect temperature. Chairs needed to be reserved early in the morning in order to have one of the very few umbrellas. The water park was great fun for kids and adults alike, with a variety of slides for a variety of ages as well as a whole area for toddlers. The biggest concern was the incredibly slippery floor surface that you have to walk on to get from slide to slide. We saw so many people fall, including our 7 year old grandson. Staff at the water park were very attentive and helpful. The dedicated beach area for guests of the Royalton Splash was very small, and chairs were hard to find . However, there were staff on hand to find and move chairs. The beach was clean, with very little seaweed. We expected to be able to access the amenities at the sister property The Royalton Punta Cana but discovered that we would have to pay to use their buffet, the steak house and the Japanese restaurant. We could only access the Italian, Asian and sports bar restaurants. The arcade games in the sports bar were a rip off. Tokens inserted didn’t start the games, and we were told to go to guest services at the Splash to get compensation. That was not helpful in the moment, with a disappointed 7 year old.

Punta Cana Princess: Punta Cana Princess is showing her age

Sorry Punta Cana Princess (PCP), but you have dropped the ball. The renovations done over the Covid shut down no where near justifies the significant increase in what you are charging now. If you don't upgrade to their VIP, you will be disappointed. And even if you do upgrade, it is NOT worth the extra $$$. I am currently in the market for another adults only resort.

Princess Family Club Bavaro: Good vacation

We enjoyed this resort with our two young girls (8 and 10). Resort is large but we used the trolley and the walk to beach from Family club area was only about 10 minutes. Food was good, buffet is as usual - after a few days it all looks the same. Beach was beautiful. Staff were hit and miss, some were very helpful and engaging, others not so much. Beware of the long lineups at the airport on way home, we waited in several different lines for a total of almost 2.5hrs, not fun with tired and  [... read more]hot kids. Overall good vacation.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Perfect Vacation!

Husband and I go every year for vacation to the same resort because we love it here! Beautifullly maintained landscaping, excellent food and drinks with many options for everyone, clean and spacious rooms! Only issue this year was that it was an extremely busy week and people were leaving towels on chairs at the pool and the beach for many hours and not using them while some couldn’t find a chair.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Ok, Resort

Unfortunately, because our flight got delayed we ended up arriving at the Resort at around 1:00 in the morning so we couldn't really see how good the Resort was until morning. We just wanted to take a quick shower and go to bed. As one of my son's were taking a shower I noticed that the bed sheets were not clean and then my son said that water in the shower was boiling hot and there was no cold water. At this point I called someone at the reception tell them about the sheets and the problem with [... read more] hot water. They sent someone to change the bedsheets and to see about the hot water in the shower. They weren't able to fix the water problem in the room so they said to go back to the reception in the morning to see if they can change our room.The next morning we went to change our room ,but we had to wait until 5:00pm to switch rooms. Finally, we went to our new room, we made sure that the shower was working properly and that everything was ok including the pull out couch since my other son was going to use it. As my son pulled out the pull out couch there was a dead big insect on the mattress. I couldn't believe it and even my son. We took a picture of the insect and went back to the reception and showed them the picture of the insect. We no apologies they gave us another room and told us to make sure the room was ok before moving our luggage there. At this point I was upset and tried. Lucky, the room was nice and clean with the swim up pool. My son's and I wasted one whole day just changing rooms which was frustrating because it felt like we lost one vacation day to relax and have fun. The Resort itself is beautiful ,but the housekeeping needs improvement. So many times we didn't have enough towels and there wasn't enough shampoo ,etc The beach area was nice and the entertainment was good, but hardly any of the waiters would ask us if we wanted a drink in the stage/theater area. The buffet was ok, but half the time the table was not set properly and sometimes we had trouble finding plates for the buffet. I hardly doubt that will come back here again.

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Good resort

Overall we enjoyed our stay, The food was great, drinks were good. The only issue I had was with cleanness of rooms which was ok but not great. My other complaint is the check in process. We got there tired and thirsty and we didn’t even get a water, also nobody showed us around. Over all I would recommend the resort 8/10

Secrets Tides Punta Cana: Wonderful resort

Secrets tides have very good room service, clean. Food was amazing. Pools were very clean. I love the service I like the pool classes. Instructor was very nice. Coco bar was amazing . Breakfast and lunch buffet was wonderful
