Riu Tequila: Nice resort

Rooms are very Clean and good service on site , Lots of good selection for the food, but no Italian Restaurant on site. Please note that they need to have sharper knifes for the BBQ night at the Buffet.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Very nice resort. Excellent for Families

Very nice Overall. Beds a bit too hard. Friendly and Hardworking staff. Food generally very good. Liked Pool Areas and lots of chairs, loved the Hammocks. Beach very nice, need more shade on the Beach. Very Clean Resort.

Costa Club Punta Arena: great hotel

rooms were cleaned daily which was good.dining and food very good.staff were very freindly. spoke very good English swimming pools were very clean and sitting area was very good.staff were always keeping the place looking good.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Loved it!!

I loved this resort, Its not a huge one but thats another reason we liked it. The staff were absolutely amazing, they could not do enough for you. We went to all of the restaurants and loved them all. The only negative thing I could say is that it was still under construction but it did not bother us as we are early risers, we were on vacation so we do not spend much time in the room anyway. We will definately be back!!

Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Great resort

Great selection of food and good variety at all meal times. Staff extremely friendly from housekeeping to front desk and restaurants. Love the wildlife - flamingoes, peacocks, parrots, cats, turtles, iguanas..... Relaxed setting with two storey units with wandering pathways.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: A royal treat!

Loved everything about this adult-only resort! Room was comfortable. Food was great! Pool areas were clean and well maintained! Beaches were easily accessible by tramways or an easy 20-minute walk. Exceptional services provided by all staff! This is a place to remember.... It met our expectations.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Amazing resort.

Amazing resort.We had an amazing time at the resort and the weather was excellent.food was very delicious .the beach was amazing !I especially liked the communication at the resort.Rooms Were spacious and clean.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Great Hotel, Beach awesome

This hotel was awesome, we had a great trip, we requested rooms side by side and on an upper level, and we got them, we stayed in area 3, which was located close to everything. No beach or water view, but it was nice and quiet in the evenings. Entertainment every night, great food selection, and everyone in the hotel was very helpful. I would definitely go again. Seadust Cancun Beach Resort: Disappointing resort

Stayed at this resort several times , they have a new administration that is no were near as good as it was. Food arrives cold for room service, have to argue with room service staff to receive cans of beer in your oceanfront adult suite , mini fridge is to be stocked nightly but never happened. The bar and wait staff are great but don't seem to be treated very well by management. Housekeeping is not what it was, at the door at 8:00am to clean or calling @ 5:00pm to see if you want it done. We were very disappointed with this latest visit to the Great Parnassus and not sure if we will return. It's worth noting that we also have an RCI membership for this resort, but with recent changes I don't think we will return.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: great resort

Grounds and public areas were nice and were kept clean. the rooms were good except I did not like the idea of not having a closed door between the wash area and the toilet. Food was good except the out side buffet dining area always had to many birds that would land on your table peck at your food if you left for a minute. Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great Time at the Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda!

This hotel has everything you need for a great vacation! While the beach isn't the best I've ever seen the pool and everything else is amazing! We stayed in block 8 and our room was giant and newly renovated. Would definitely go back again!

Costa Club Punta Arena: Low grade

Staff were great, the food was very repatishus,grounds we're very well kept .very over run with Mexican people staying. No place to go for a little quiet time expect your room.roosters wake you up too early in the morning.

Grand Oasis Palm: overbooked??

The Resort itself is well kept. The Staff go beyond to keep the sparkle alive. Unfortunately when you arrive at 1:30 am and are told that your room is not available because they overbooked... Not acceptable, especially since they did the same to about 20 others who booked all inclusive. We were sent to an inferior hotel in the chain, downtown and no beach. We were hoping that it was a one time incident, and an actual error on someones booking process, but when our friends arrived the next night  [... read more]and heard a simular story and were relocated to a inferior hotel within their chain it was obvious that this was not a one time incident but reoccurring. The taxi drivers stated that this is a regular occurance with this chain of resorts. I have never written a bad review of any vacation resort that Ive been to, But I can truely say the I, nor my other 3 travelling couples will ever stay at another oasis resort due to the poor management of this one resort.

Catalonia Yucatan: Fun in the sun!

If you are looking for a stay and play week of fun, sun, food, booze, and meeting interesting people, look no further. The Catalonia excels at customer satisfaction. Gorgeous grounds, perfect weather, a destination I would look forward to returning to and recommending.

Royal Suites Punta Mita: Awesome staff. Beautiful setting!!

Arrived and were greeted by a warm welcome. The rooms are extremely clean and well looked after! The restaurant on sight had the best staff. Very attentive and eager to please. Hector thank you so much! Marcello the bartender you are the best. Alicandra you worked so hard to meet all our needs. We will never forget you!

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Exceeds expectations - lovely holiday

A thorougly enjoyable experience; resort has depth, and many options for things to do; location is good, within easy reach of a number of off-resort activities. Beach is lovely, and snorkelling right off the beach provides rich views of tropical fish and turtles. Staffing levels are high, and staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Riu Playacar: Excellent Service

Stayed the week of February 9th. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a clean, and well run resort. The beach is one of the best I have been to the water is shallow quite a way out and the sand is white and soft. Lots of lounge chairs and many Palm trees offer shade if you want it. The swim up bar was a lot of fun, the bartenders work hard to make sure you have a good time. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and there is plenty of hot water and nice clean towels everyday! This is the smallest of the Riu's in this area but I think that adds to it's charm and personal touches. We walked twice into Playa de Carmen to check out the shop etc. It is an easy 30 minute walk past some beautiful homes and other resorts. Plus added bonus there is a Starbucks right across the road!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Family vacation

Loved the resort! Travelled with my spouse and 18 month old baby. This is definitely a family resort. The kids water park was amazing. The lobby was a great hang-out place to have a drink or enjoy cappuccino and ice cream. The food selection and restaurants were all wonderful. The service was on the slower side. Our only complaint was the noise in our room during evening entertainment and disco when our baby was asleep. Costa Club Punta Arena: Family Vacation!!

Just spent a family vacation at this hotel from January 30- February 13, 2015. The hotel has made a lot of upgrades since we started going 6 years ago. The hotel is usually very quiet between Sunday to Thursday, but on the weekends the place comes to life with a lot of bus tours. But on those days you can always get away and experience other areas of PV. The staff at this hotel is very accomodating. They always go the extra mile to make sure your stay is great. He made special meals for our family and always made sure there was a table ready for 12 people at the restaraunt. There are a lot of great people that work at this hotel. But I would like to say a big thank you to Wendy and Pablo. Always quick to serve us with whatever we needed.

Pueblo Bonito Rose: great grounds but some problems

The Sunwing flight was changed last minute and added 2 hours plus to the travel time. We had worked very hard to avoid an additional stop and only wanted direct travel. This was very disappointing and annoying. Won't do sunwing again. The hotel grounds and the suite were really nice. The wait staff and cleaners were also very good. The food at breakfast and lunch were good but the dinners were not very good. There may be a problem with their bottled water which had a funny after taste but we dra [... read more]nk a lot of to avoid dehydration. All four of us had a couple of days of tourista. It could have been the water or we started feeling off after the seafood buffet. Not enjoyable for sure.
