Ocean Coral by H10: Great resort lots of fun! Really good people.

the hotel was beautiful. The food was great and the grounds well kept. The only thing they could do better is to have entertainment in the lounges. Example piano bar, guitars, or jazz. Just something would be nicer than nothing at all.

Bel Air Collection Xpu-Ha Riviera Maya: Great family resort

I wasn't sure what to expect from reading the reviews on trip advisor, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a small resort so if your going for the food there isn't the variety as at a large resort but what they have was great for my family. The rooms were great, the kids loved the jacuzzi in the room and the deck with the hammock and lounge chairs were great. They have a new attraction which for a fee you can swim with a sea lion, we purchased the cd which was suppose to have the pictures on but to my disappointment was blank:( but overall we had a great time.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: The Beautiful Contemporary Royalton

The Royalton Riviera Cancun.Wow. Stunning to look at. The buildings are clustered close together,so not a lot of walking to be done.Pools everywhere! Wedding chapel very unique,a must see even if you aren't getting married there. The pebble pool below pretty yet rustic,a departure from the rest of the contemporary style of this resort.The food is basically top notch,chefs are working hard here! Posada Real Los Cabos: Good clean resort

Great location and layout. All rooms have a nice view of the ocean and easy access to the garden, pool areas and beach. The resort provides access to bottled water in addition to purified water from the taps which was a nice feature. As per many other reviews I have read reviews that state the hotel could use a little updating which is true but it was a nice rustic feel and everything worked and was kept clean. All food was good but the only thing was the buffets got a little repetetive some times although there was always new dishes added each meal. The staff were fabulous, very curtious and helpful and for the most part great at english which was helpful due to my lack of spanish. My family and I would definately stay at this resort again.

Oasis Tulum: Nice Beach, a bit rocky.

Great beach and the little coffee bar was the best. Service staff was great, management was not quite as good. Shows were pretty good. We got an old room and a long way from the beach. It took a long time to get to the airport when you add 3 extra stops.

Ocean Maya Royale: Amazing Resort!!!

Liked the area of our room. The ground & the hotel and also the rooms were very clean.The entertainment was fantastic both at the pool & the evening shows. The a la carte restaurants were exceptional and had a good variety in the buffet.Employees were very helpful and friendly. My only beef is no beach - could not take long walks along the beach. Enjoyed our two weeks stay and would love to do it again.

Riu Palace Mexico: Best All Inclusive Resort

This resort is by far the best one that I have ever been to. It was very clean/spotless, the grounds and the hotel are beautiful, the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, the food was incredible and the restaurants have a great décor. The beach was perfect, beautiful white sand and lots of mature palm trees for some shade if needed. We will be going back next year.

Canto Del Sol: Friendly resort

I enjoyed my stay at this resort. The grounds are kept very clean and neat. The employees are very good at their jobs. Friendly and helpful when asked. Our room was kept very neat and cleaned daily. We had wanted a balcony but were not lucky enough to get one. That was a little disappointing. We also understand this is a chance you take. The only complaint we have is not receiving a ocean view room which we paid for. This is not really available at this resort where we were because all rooms fac [... read more]e the pool. If we had a balcony maybe could have gone out and seen the ocean but not from where we were. When you book do not bother to book an ocean view not worth the extra money. Food was good, a la carte very good, we tried all three. The service on the beach was very good. The beach was very nice but water is rough here. We have been to the Mayan four times so realized this would be rougher water. Overall enjoyed our trip and would return here.

Krystal Beach: resort was just ok

At check in we waited over an hour in the lobby without even being offered a drink of water because the could not find our reservation. We had mold running across the walls in our bathroom, and a very strong odor. Also the hot tub was empty and out of order the entire week. This was not a 3.5 - 4 star hotel.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Wonderful resort for families and couples!

Friendly staff, very clean resort, yummy food, great selection of drinks, very kid friendly ( includes buffet area kids can reach to serve themselves from) not to mention the waterpark. Most bars close by 11pm (other than a disco and sports bar which was a short tram ride away from main areas)... We appreciated this as we aren't into partying late or hearing other people partying late! Didn't take our kids this time but plan to take them back when they are able to swim...they will love it!

Riu Flamingos: Solid 8 of 10

Beautiful and clean. Rooms need coffee makers. Severely disliked having to hike through hotel at 6:00 a..m to get a coffee. Disliked check out policy and inconsistent information provided by desk clerk. hotel needs a secure room for guests to store luggage while waiting in limbo between 11:00 am and when your shuttle picks you up. The bellman room is open to the general public with no security whatsoever ever. Also the charge for a late check out is massive and incorrect information provided by  [... read more]front desk. Check out is 11:00 am . Our shuttle was not coming until midnight. 13 hours with no room and your luggage In an open room was unacceptable. Charge for a late check out was 1200 pesos from one desk clerk and 1600 pesos from another. Ended up having to pay an extra 1600 pesos to have our room for the day with our belongings secure. Bad policy. left a bad impression on our last day. Sunwing and hotel need to work something out to better accommodate the guests with late flights.

Sunscape Puerto Vallarta: Extra relaxing

Very clean with freindly staff. Food was very good. Very good around the pool, no loud music blazing all day which for me, is what I'm looking for. They had a few games around the pool side but were not in your face to participate. The pool water was heated which I haven't much of in Mexico. I would go back in a heartbeat, that's for sure.

Selection Riviera Cancun: Wonderful service and modern clean rooms

We had a great vacation the grounds are immaculate & rooms well looked after One of the best we have visited in Mexico..only bad part we love the ocean and worst place for ocean goers. We stayed put as you are too far from any outings. The food and service was excellent. The buffet at spoons is all you need if you do not like fine dining. Shall return if they clean up beachfront.

Sunscape Puerto Vallarta: Our 8th Year!

This was our 8th year at this resort. Obviously, we are very comfortable there. It is a convenient location with buses passing by frequently to take you into town for a minimal fee. There are also taxis available at the hotel door. The staff in the dining room is exceptional, efficient and friendly. The beach is very clean and not crowded. The entire hotel and grounds are maintained in an excellent manner.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Not a bad Vacation

If the Resort was a bit smaller it be Better... Only if we could Go from Lobby to Lobby without using a Shuttle it be much better....waiting for the Shuttle to come is way too long . The Food at The Buffet must Improve a lot more....The Pool is a bit outdated on our last Day there we waited half an Hour for the Shuttle they never show up ? We were so late to Get onto our Airport Transportation Bus ...... Overall we would never go back very disappointed:(

Isla Mujeres Palace: Love the staff!!

We were treated like royalty. The staff made our stay perfect. We did not want for anything. The food, wine and tequila were fabulous. The rooms were tidy and wonderful. I recommend this place. Thanks

Royal Solaris: not recommended

Great location close to San Jose and transport to amenities. Rooms are very nice and fridge well stocked. Cleanliness in all interior and exterior areas is outstanding. Staff in all positions are friendly, helpful and go beyond all expectations. Reasons for not fully enjoying this hotel: Food- breakfast is great but goes quickly downhill from there. Tried buffets and a la carte finding all locations below average. Staff did not wear gloves or masks during preparation or serving. Entertainment- a [... read more]ll in spanish/very loud and dragged out/little or no enjoyment for guests. Noise- in all common areas (lounges/restaurants/a la carte) is way beyond bearable. Conversations must be shouted across tables. This appears to be a result of all areas are fully closed in and constructed from cement and brick with no sound suppression.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Treated like Royalyu

Beautifully situated right on the Ocean, surrounded by a Golf course, with everything/everybody needed to make your vacation perfect! My only recommendation, every room is exactly the same, other than the view, we were upgraded to the Jr Suite Ocean walkout, room 3003, other than our room having a walk out to the beach, patio with loungers, chairs, etc, protected by a surf wall, the room was the same size as others. By definition, a Jr. Suite should be larger. Playa Mazatlan: Not good for all inclusive holiday

Price for all inclusive vacation is too high for what this hotel offers. They may rely on locat business for their income. Rooms are old, no fridge, no safe, no drinks that should be included in the package. There is no good information for all inclusive vacation people.........and food is not healthy at all.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Better here than the pacific side, great vacation!

What a beautiful resort and great service from everyone! This place is huge when you count in all the other resorts within the property. Beach front is clean and full of happy staff ready to make your stay wonderful. We downloaded the APP when we arrived and booked all the A-la cart dinners in one go (don't wait till the day before, you won't have a reservation) Since we booked at the Akumal we are allow to eat at every place on the property, ie: Sian Kann, Premier, Tulum and Coba. Check out th [... read more]e sports they offer and take full advantage of the free ones, which will also make your day more fulfilling. Nightly programs are not the 5 star type but we were happy with most of the shows we saw. Rooms got stocked and cleaned and if you need anything done just phone up and request it. Staff are very friendly and will answer anything about the hotel and how to get around the place. If you happen to see some one trimming the coconut tress and you'd like to try the coconut water, ask if they can cut you one :) We had the pleasure of sipping out of a fresh cut coconut (just don't forget to tip them a little) Tipping is not mandatory but if some one goes out of their way or gives you good service please be kind. Location of the hotel is about 1.5 hours from the airport, it's a bit far but the beach is clean and beautiful. If you'd like to go adventure outside of the hotel just take the transport carts to the Hacienda and walk 10 steps to get on the collectivo. it's 20mins on the collectivo (aka local mini bus/van) to Tulum city or the Ruins, cost each person 40 pesos each way and 10mins with 25 pesos each way to Akulma Beach (best place to snookering for turtles) and 30mins with 70 pesos each to Playa del carmen.
