Couples Negril: Great Resort

This was our second visit to Couples Negril. The beach, service and food were great. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the evening entertainment needs to be updated. I would highly recommend this resort.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing Resort

This hotel is amazing the staff are so friendly and cater to your every need. The entertainment staff work so hard to ensure you are having a great time by the pool and on the beach. The grounds are very clean. Great selection of food day and night. Enjoyed having beach BBQ you don't have to leave the beach to get food or drinks. The rooms are very spacious and modern. Would love the visit this hotel again.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Excellent resort

Located about 1 hour and 15 mins from Montego Bay, this very large resort has beautiful rooms and views. Many dining options and using the hotel app to book them makes things slick. I booked through trip central and found them very helpful and prompt. Thanks!

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: we loved royal decameron cornwall beach the staff ,entertainment,housekeeping all involved were amazing

we loved the fact the resort was not too big,the beach was so close and again the staff were amazing.the entertainment at the pool bar was great along with the bar tenders the were so on top of their game all quite friendly made you feel like family.the buffets were good food was delicious .the nightly entertainment was great we loved the steel drum band,also did i mention jamaica is amazing i would love to go back to royal decameron the hospitality is out of this world,the ground keepers were g [... read more]reat at keeping everything done including raking the beach daily,the pool was amazing we enjoyed the daily aerobics it was good.gift shop on sight and travel agents were very helpful i would give this resort a ten out of ten already saving to go back,when we were leaving we all got a hug and a hand shake they wished us a safe flight and you could tell they were sincere we were not bothered at all by the vendors on the beach the security kept that under control at all times.the rooms were cleaned daily and the bar fridge was kept well stocked the view from the room was amazing not to mention we had the large room with a wrap around balcony what a bonus pool bar games were fun the guys kept everyone on their toes this surely is a resort i would highly recommend to my friends and family for sure.the walk up the hip strip was very safe and delightful no lack of shopping for sure we were treated with respect on and off the resort that means a lot when travelling never a lack of towels when you wanted to turn them in for clean ones that was great.

Beaches Ocho Rios: Dream family vacation

Our family vacation at Beaches was absolutely fantastic. Our only complaint is that we don't know how we will ever go to another all-inclusive again as our experience was incomparable to our other stays at 4 and 5 star resorts. Our children (ages 6 and 8) had the time of their life. The entire resort caters to their entertainment and the staff go out of their way at every encounter to provide exceptional service. The kids club was very well managed, and after a few days, we did feel comfortable letting our children roam a bit as the resort was so safe. Truly an exceptional vacation.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Was nice

Hotel was clean and nice. Not enough seating for dinner or shows. Ac was spotty. Food was ok but not enough. Pool and beach were beautiful. Quick ride from airport. Daily entertainment was enjoyable. Unfortunately they kept running out of things.

Riu Negril: Good until last day

Rooms are clean, oceanfront is perfect and food was great ! Day 2 we noticed a cigarette players was on the floor we thought it was our brother in law dropped impossibly, (didn’t think much into it) Day 4 noticed another so jokingly told my brother in law to keep his cigarettes in his room were not smokers) but he says no those are not mine don’t smoke these Day 6 found 5-6 again this time we thought it may have been the cleaning staff as people give gifts but this time we thought this m [... read more]any makes no sense. Obviously someone was coming into our room and keeping an eye on us returning to our room and almost got caught and rushed out?? Anyway we addressed our concerns and was surprised with the results and the conclusion. There was no staff that was in our room on Sunday when we found the bunch of them, called front desk and they definitely didn’t rush nor really care The beach area which is directly in front of the rooms is filled with locals who are continuously bothering you to purchase things from hats lobster and drugs We became aware and noticed how the grounds and beach staff are connected to the locals. We noticed a small amount of money was missing as our friends as well. We stayed in block 3, I would make sure to keep an eye out and set up your cameras if you can!! Hope they catch these people They were very smart but to take personal Items that would be noticed they were taking people’s cigarettes obviously and small Amounts of cash if left out they returned !! There was small amounts 9if money from our room and our sisters room It was very upsetting to end our trip on this note, the food and vacation was okay until we finally caught on to what was happening. Our privacy was invade and the staff just didn’t care !!

I like all good food great service pool are beautiful big room would be better if they would have more attractions on the adult side beAch is beautiful i would recommend it to everyone great value good location

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Nice place

We thought the hotel was very clean and well kept the grounds were immaculate and the people were extremely friendly and helpful. Also the food was very good and many activities for everyone. But the beaches were not very nice kinda ruff on the the feet.and as for room service if you dont tip then you do t get the best service some times such as no coffee in the room and no facecloths.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Amazing Resort

We loved this resort! Rooms were clean, grounds were very well kept. The pool was always clean. The staff at this resort were all amazing! Food was excellent. Overall an amazing experience! We would definitely return!

Couples Negril: Beautiful Jamaica!

My husband and I have just returned from 7 days at Couples Negril. This is a nice resort on a beautiful beach. Rooms are lovely and clean. Free excursions are a nice addition to the holiday! The activity team is a lot of fun and the variation of games etc. makes the day fly by. The beach is lovely and there is never a problem finding a chair. Evening entertainment is good.Options for food are quite challenging if you have any dietary issues but for those who can eat everything there is a lo [... read more]t of choice. It was a nice breakaway from the snow and rain!

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: Great Resort

The rooms were very clean. There are no fridges in the rooms unless you rented one. We asked several times for one but they said there were none available. Others had fridges in their rooms but did not request one. The food was good with a large variety of dishes. The grounds were well kept. There were a few maintenance workers that kept bugging for us to get them beer. The check in and check out were not very organized at all. We were delayed getting our rooms on arrival due to housek [... read more]eeping, as we were told. Who ever assignes the rooms should look at the resort maps. We asked to be close to our friends we were travelling with we had room 132 and they had 131 but they were in separate isles. All in all it was pretty good.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Family Trip April 2019

Amazing week away to Grand Palladium Jamaica. We traveled through Air Transat and stayed on the Jamaica side building 14 - room 1430 from April 6-13. We had booked a one bedroom suite and was so pleased to have a full ocean view from the living room balcony. Phylicia Haywood was so amazing at check in and was able to give us a third floor room and also helped us get a late check out on departure. Like others have mentioned - the rooms are very clean...but could use some refreshing. We were always comfortable and never spent alot of time in our room. We ate at the Negril and Mo'bay buffets, the Jamaican, Mexican, Italian, and Poseidon restaurants. We loved the Poseidon the most - all the food was amazing and always hot/freshly prepared. The view was also amazing. We enjoyed the Mojitos from Charlene outside the Italian/Asian restaurants - she is the best Mojito maker yet! We found we always had amazing service from every staff member we talked to - everyone from the gardener, the kids club staff, the maid, and front desk - all were eager to help find our way around, or make our stay better. We were asked if we wanted a massage etc as we walked around, but never harassed or bothered with extras offered by the resort - all staff took a "no thank you" politely. We did travel with our 7 year old daughter who loved the resort and all staff were eager to engage with her and teach her about their culture. She even got brave enough to order her own treats from Ms Lou's and slush at the bar. Some other great staff we would like to acknowledge was the bartender Paula...who worked at the infinity pool bar and at the sunset beach during our stay. She was so great with drinks and customer service. Always a huge smile. We also really liked the bartender at Poseidon at lunch - he had curly hair and I think his name was Alex. The lifeguards were great when our daughter was (we think) stung by a jellyfish one afternoon after a heavy rain day. We never had the issue again but they were calming to her and provided lidocaine jelly to help. This is the first trip we experienced, after staying at many 4-5 star resorts throughout the Caribbean, that we fully intend to return to. We would recommend this resort to any traveler but would try to book the Lady Hamilton side due to proximity to our favorite spots (sunset beach/Poseidon). When we visit again, we will be sure to bring an extension cord, as the rooms have limited outlets available. As a side note - we used the club mobay for arrival and departure. We wouldn't use it again for departure, but was great for Arrival to get through customs quicker.

Melia Braco Village: Amazing vacation

April, great time to visit the island of Jamaica. My wife and I just got back from melia braco village, and we were amazed by the staff, the grounds, our room, the food, I am not sure but I think this is one of our best experiences so far, for us.I have to give them five star for service and hospitality. Riu Ocho Rios: Beautiful resort!

My boyfriend and I just returned from a beautiful trip to this resort. We enjoyed our time there, the beach was amazing, food was very good. The entertainment at night was great, probably the best I’ve seen yet at any resort. Only complaint we had was the rooms are a bit outdated, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, tolerable but not great by any means. Our “King” bed was 2 doubles beds put together. It was a bit pricey to go here, so a nicer room would be expected. Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: One of the best resorts I've ever been to!

Such a great experience! The staff were very nice, the hotel amenities were very impressive, and the restaurant and buffet were better than I expected! I'm fact it is hands down the best buffet I've ever seen. Rooms were very spacious and had great views. The pool and ares were great, with poolside waitresses offering drinks at every turn. My only complaint about this hotel would be that the "24hr" room service food was really below par. It was nowhere near the same level as the buffet  [... read more]or restaurants. Also it's worth noting that they do stop serving alcohol throughout the entire resort around 2am. All in all, it was my best all inclusive experience and I would recommend it highly!!

Couples Negril: Couples Negril - Best Gem in Jamaica

First time at this resort but had stayed at Tower Isle in the past. We loved this resort so much. The beach is so beautiful and never had an issue finding a chair or shade. Did not find the vendors pushy. We enjoyed walking the long beach. Sunsets were amazing. Hotel size is just perfect if you are looking for something a bit more intimate. The grounds are lush with lots of foliage so very nice to look at. Everything is nicely grouped together and you never have to walk far for anythin [... read more]g. One reason we enjoy this type of resort is that you keep running into the same people day after day which makes it a friendlier vibe. Food-is superb. I found the food to be top quality and many healthy options rather than all fried food like other resorts. Food did not upset our stomachs at all so that's saying a lot. Alcohol is all top shelf so drinks were so tasty. Entertainment is our favourite at this chain from all other resorts we've been to. We love that they bring in local entertainers. We love the morning violin/guitar players for breakfast, we loved all the after dinner entertainment but have to say our absolute favourite is the singer at the bonfire. The piano bar sing a long is such a blast and a must do while you're there. Our room was on the first floor which I don't normally like but it was a lovely garden view room and since there are no elevators at this resort was perfect for us. I do not have a single bad thing to say about this resort and we look forward to going back again.

Hedonism II: Hedo Redo

The resort is stunning and very well maintained and clean as a whistle. Tons of fun to be had for all types of people alike never a boring night and tons of great entertainment if you can find the time to fit it all in. The staff is very friendly and always able to help and assist with any needs you may have

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Great visit to Jamaica!

We enjoyed our stay. The resort was dated but very well kept. The beach was beautiful and the water park kept my child very well entertained. The food we thought was good with a lot of variety. We would return.

Secrets Wild Orchid: Great experience

My wife and I loved the resort we had a wonderful time and everyone was really helpful at the resort. The food was great and drinks of course were awesome. The one thing we really liked is how close everything was we didn't have to do a ton of walking to get to any restaurant or bars.i highly reccomend this resort to anyone who is planning on going to Jamaica.
