Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Great Resort!

This hotel is really great! Our room was very comfortable, great shower and all the amenities needed. Our housekeeping lady, Isabella, was great - our room was kept nice and clean and we always had towel animals to come back too left on the bed. Food was good and lots of selection. Loved the beach bar (Julio & Johny, best bartenders ever) and the snack bar on the beach was top notch. The grounds are nice and we liked that we had access to 2 other hotels, The Beach & Del Mar. We were not travelli [... read more]ng with children, but I would highly recommend the Lindo for families as there was such a great kids club. Things for teens to do also, including their own disco.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Amazing Vacation

My partner and I recently stayed for one week at Iberostar Ensenachos. It was our second time visiting this resort and this time was even better than the last. We were greeted upon arrival, check in was smooth and our room was ready in keeping with the requests we had made.in terms of location,etc. The grounds were beautifully kept and we were amazed at the abundance of beautiful flowers and lush greenery. Both beaches were stunning and we enjoyed spending time at both Ensenachos and Megano beaches. They were two of the nicest beaches we have ever seen! The people were friendly, especially the wait staff in the buffet. The food was not spectacular but was certainly plentiful and there were lots of choices at every meal. We really enjoyed the Mediterranean restaurant. We also enjoyed the services of the spa. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we would return to this resort again!

JOIA Bavaro by Iberostar: Amazing resort

We have stayed there 5 times. Fantastic staff, great food. Beautiful grounds. Service unbelievable. Excellent drinks. Love the pool and beach. Butlers great . No complaints. We will go again.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: The Right Resort

Iberostar Ensenachos has two of the best beaches anywhere. The resort is just the right size, not too big not too small, with an adult area (Spa) separate from the family area. It's a little quiet but provides a very relaxing vacation environment. Always a reasonable selection of food at the buffets (it's Cuba) and they are well staffed with polite and friendly waiters and attendants. Rooms are spacious and maid service is very good. We've been here twice and plan to return!

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: nice resort

This resort was large and beautiful! Lots to do except the night life was not as hopeful as we were hoping for. The beach was crappy. So much seaweed and had a bad smell. Pool was nice though. Would reccomend.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Great Resort

The Hotel was clean and very nice. The food was amazing, a lot of seafood, which you don't get in most hotels.and the people were amazing, helpful and very friendly. I will be staying at this Hotel from now on when I travel back to the Dominican Republic in Puerto Plata

Iberostar Origin Bella Vista Varadero: Great Resort

The only problem the hotel has is elevators, they work every other time and every other day, the rest is great -fascinating balcony view, an amazing beach, food was very good, lots to choose from, the best coffee.

Resort was nice, not to big, not to small...beach was beautiful...Very slow check in, no order at all, but if you were a cute girl, you could jump in line....not enough customer service reps (25 couples checked in at 9pm) total chaos.... Arrived on a Wed, ran out of beer by Sat... No exchange towels for 4 days, Mosquitos galore.. Buffet restaurant didnt have air conditioning... too hot to eat, and was told it had been out for 4 months..Animation team really dotes on the younger crowd.... Food wa [... read more]s good for Cuba, didnt expect more..Rooms were just ok, was told they were renovated....Not sure about that....lol......Loved the horse back riding...My husband turned 60 while we were away, order a cake, paid 10 pesos to have it at the Italian ala carte... they couldnt find the cake... Took the surprise away from hubby, when I had to say wait for dessert, while they went and looked for it... I still dont think it was the one I ordered, I think they just went to the buffet and got a cake, and loaded it with whipped cream..Anyhow, it all worked out...Overall it was a great trip, Not sure if we would go back, still love the Melia chain...They take much better care of their patrons...This resort needs alot of tweeking to make it a 4 star, let alone a 4.5 to which it is rated...

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Amazing resort

All staff were friendly and tried their best to understand and Accommodate any questions/ requests. Beach was not great (lots of washed up seaweed) but pools were gorgeous and it was large resort with lots to do

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Good property

Great hotel and wonderful maid service. Food was ok. Seemed Friday and Saturday we were in a different resort. The new group of men that came in for the weekend were constantly harassing girls including my daughter. She was unable to walk or even sit without feeling uncomfortable. We heard worse stories of sexual advances occurred with younger girls. The bar service became really poor if you were not pushy as the bartenders did not try to service in any order. Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: It was ok more of 3-31/2 star

We have been to aberostar in Veradero it was much better This resort was lacking staff they were hand washing dishes,cups and glasses. They did not have clean towels for two days. The food was ok could have been better

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Fantastic Resort

Very clean, the service perfect, the food was excellent and the fruits was always very fresh. I travelled alot and I think this hotel was in the best I visited. I was with my mother of 83 years old, and she really enjoy staying at that hotel also. Thanks Iberostar for everything.

Hotel Mojito: Good resort for the price

The room was awesome. No musty smell great air conditioning. The beds were the mist comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The room was very large and all new furniture. Food was ok great breakfasts and snack bar food at lunch time. Staff amazing and the resort has many repeat guests Beach was awesome

Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda: Amazing guest service but eh overall

We had a 7 days stay at this resort, the guest service and staff was excellent but the overall resort experience was not up to standard and I wish they would not rate this resort as a 5 star it was more like a 3.5 star. In the rooms the sheets had a bad smell to them and if the 2 beach/pool towels weren't returned you were charged 15 cuc each towel, and there wasn't free wifi you had to buy internet cards for 1 cuc for 1 hour and it only worked in the lobby or pool side. Iberostar Selection Varadero: AMAZING RESORT

Everything about this place was spectacular, i absolutely loved it and for sure i will be going back. Everything is clean the rooms are big and beautiful, the food was excellent with lots of different choices. The people are the best always ready to help with anything and everything the very best thing about this place is the beach and the set up they have down there, it was awesome.... like I said 100% i am going back I would go every year if I could!!!

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Amazing Stay

The hotel was wonderful! A little outdated but well kept and the grounds were stunning! It was very easy to navigate to the pool and beach am the restaurants! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and spoke great English for those who needed it! I really enjoyed the buffet as it seemed that there was a lot of European influence in the cuisine and the a la carts were great also but make sure to reserve as soon as you get in! The diving excursions through the hotel was on point a [... read more]s was the catamaran without Dolphinarium. We also got a bus into Havana for one night and he staff was helpful in getting us there and back! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Amazing beach

Overall this resort was ok but wouldn’t return. Beach is amazing but the resort and staff have a way to go if you want to feel really comfortable and welcome. Pool is just ok and food is blah at best. The grounds are maintained very nicely so if you appreciate flowers and greenery you’ll enjoy this resort.

Very clean resort grounds, small resort that you could easily access all facilities, they even had wheel chair accessible area at the beach. Couldn't spend afternoon on the beach as wind picked up and felt like you were being sand blasted. Would recommend getting a garden view room if you're interested in a quieter room. Luckily we were able to use resort credits and extra cash to upgrade to ocean view room otherwise we would have been facing service buildings. Buffet and pool were very crowded on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a lot of locals .. perhaps empty rooms were rented out to locals??? Staff were out early on beach collecting seaweed that was washed up on beach. You typically had to go through approximately 1 or 2 feet of seaweed when getting into the water, although we usually found a path through it.

Iberostar Origin Bella Vista Varadero: Great resort

This resort is great. Grounds and rooms are clean. Beach is amazing and pool is just as good. Close walk to the beach which is a bonus. I have found a difference between last year to this year with the service and food. Food is very repetitive and not enough staff to accommodate the amount of people at the resort. But I must say all the cooks and staff did there best. But we go to Cuba for the beach. I would return to this hotel in the near future.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Will visit again

Resort is clean, beach is beautiful, food is eatable,staff is awesome, great home feeling, second visit for us and hopefully not our last, looking for next year already but to early prices ate not out yet
