Riu Negril: Wow 5 stars

Don't wait to book your trip. I was so worried when I booked but did I ever get it right this time. The staff were friendly and efficient. They always treated us with respect and as family. The food and the restaurants were 5 star. My husband really enjoyed the evening live bands and perfectional shows the rooms and resort are kept very clean\ We are already searching for deals to return. Thank you Riu Negril and tripcentral.

Riu Reggae: Great resort

Resort was as most reviews said, great rooms, we had an ocean front room which was awesome , the beach right there below our room. The people were wonderful, hard working , friendly, very clean, food was good lots of variety and we loved that it was a small resort that everything was so close. It was our first time to Jamaica after being in many other destinations and this ranks right up there being our favorite so far, would definitely return

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: Will return!

This is such an amazing resort. Rooms are spacious and clean. The buffet was the best. The shuttle from the airport was ridiculous. We sat on the bus for about and hour before leaving and then picked up 2 locals on the way. Landing time to arrival at resort was 4 hours!!

Samsara Cliff Hotel: An OK Resort

We were greeted friendly by the staff..rooms are clean but could use a reno, food was ok but nothing to write home about. I think breakfast should be a bit earlier for anyone going out on a tour. Disappointed that they didn't serve Blue Mountain coffee on the resort. Even though we probably didn't pay as.much as some resorts it was more than what we got.

Riu Reggae: Great Vacation Spot!

You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location, 4 min. from the airport. Let the vacation begin! The grounds and beach are so clean and well manicured. The staff are beyond amazing! Even after working 12 hrs they always are full of energy and very interactive. The food... wow... something for everyone! All inclusive water sports were fantastic. This is the first time I didn’t do any off site resort excursions because I never once got tired of the resort in my 7 day vacation. This resort is also wheel chair accessible and convenient for those with mobility impairments. Small resort with a great layout. Book it, it’s a must! I highly recommend booking via Trip Central for all your vacations. They never disappoint!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful Resort

We stayed for two beautiful weeks at this resort and had a wonderful, peaceful vacation. Our room was in the 18 block, was very well appointed and was central to all amenities. The grounds are impeccable, pool was warm and clean, beach was calm and clear of seaweed and debris. We enjoyed our a la carte meals. Would definitely recommend!!

Catalonia Montego Bay: Good Resort!

The hotel was great- We stayed at Holiday Inn Resort for 5 days all inclusive. We had a standard room which was basic but clean, the building is not the newest or most modern but it is functional and good for the value; the staff is very nice and helpful. Great beach, pools and buffet especially breakfast!

Legends Beach Resort: Amazing Resort..

Well your first impression says it’s old and needs some TLC, but the staff are amazing.... The food also we no complaints we really enjoyed the food. There wasn’t a lot to choose from but you still had enough make your meal. From there to the beach, couldn’t get enough of the beach “Absolutely BEAUTIFUL “ would definitely return to this resort.....

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Our favourite resort

We love this hotel. All of the staff are very helpful and courteous. We have now been here five times. We would definitely return. The rooms are kept very clean. The food was excellent. The beach is fantastic.

Excellence Oyster Bay: Not a five star! Over priced!

Our room was very spacious! Housekeeping wasn't consistent. We had turn down service one night, slippers on the last night. Had to phone twice to get the room cleaned one day... apparently you need to tip daily for good service... not a the end of your stay. My husband waited for the bartender at the pool bar to restock glasses before he was served. Have never experienced this at a true 5*. Meals took 45 minutes to get.... Lobster was delicious!! I ordered a rib eye at  [... read more]"The Grill" that was mostly fat. It should not been served. It was, however, nicely seasoned. The resort was nowhere near full capacity, and we waited for a table most evenings. On a positive note! The buffet had a pasta chef that made the best white sauce I have every eaten!! Fresh parmesan, cream and white wine and perfectly spiced. Was eaten alive by mosquitoes. Bring Afterbite and repellant They sprayed Monday and by Friday we could not sit on our ground floor deck. Purchased a catamaran tour from the resort, not our tour operator (who was not there during posted hours), that was cancelled by the hotel after we had been on the road for 30 minutes! Apparently it was too many waves. My husband spent 45 minutes or more trying to get a refund from hotel staff.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Awesome vacation

Me and my husband recently came from a 5* vacation. Iberostar Rose Hall Beach in Jamaica has a 5* services. Room cleaning every single day, everyone is helpful if you get lost (yes, it happened to me), food is awesome and lots and lots of options to choose from. Cajun Jambalaya restaurant has the best salmon I've ever had. I don't recomand paying for photos taken there, it can be quite pricey. Zoetry Montego Bay: Gorgeous Spot!

This small resort offers superb customer service, gorgeous, spacious bedrooms and lovely open-air restaurants and lounge. Small means that you get to know some of the staff - even if only for a short stay - making it personal and very friendly, and everything is just steps away. The food was v. good and healthy with nice portion sizes. The pool is lovely and the beach, though small, is fine. If you are looking for lots of amenities (tennis, golf, beach volley ball) this is not the place  [... read more]for you. If however, you want to relax, destress and feel pampered and well-fed, I think you'd be hard-pressed to do better. The fact that it is a short ride to the airport is a bonus.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Increable Resort..Amazing Views!!!

Overall a top resort!! The grounds, facilities beaches and rooms were well maintained. The staff were amazing! the L la carts are not so good except the steak house it was really good. The Buffet was perfect breakfast, Lunch and dinner.. some stuff the same but a lot of different things each day. really enjoyed their jerk chicken and taco night. we were treated like royalty. Looking forward to go back with the kids next time!!! Couples Swept Away: Fantastic resort

Grounds were very well kept. Beach was amazing. All inclusive snorkeling etc. was great. Best fitness centre I have seen on any vacation. Outstanding! rated a 4 star probably because it is not user friendly tor people with disabilities. No elevators and wheelchair access so that could be a problem for some people.. Dining at all restaurants was great. Resort was full so only got into the 2 specialty restaurants once.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Great stay!

Great food, clean and friendly staff! Service was good and overall great resort for cost! Sunsets were amazing! Beach clean and chairs accessible at all times! Fast check in. A good variety of drinks and food.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Wonderful vacation

We were very happy with this resort. It was immaculate, even the public washrooms. The a la cartes restaurants were easy to get into and delicious, a couple of times we had to wait for the 8 o’clock seating but that was fine with us. The buffet was just ok. The drinks were delicious and not a long wait to get one. The beach and sunset was amazing. They didn’t have any cabanas so you had to find a palm tree to pull your lounger over too to get some shade. Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Great food and Jamaican hospitality!

Iberostar Beaches Exceeded our expectations of our Group of 6 who travelled there on April 1. My wife I were looking for the sun, sand, relaxation and that special vibe that Jamaica is known for. Cleanliness was evident everywhere , excellent friendly staff that were very pleasant. Rooms - were more than adequate but some things were a little dated. Vendors are certainly visible but all you have to do is be respectful- say is no thanks - they are approachable, very friendly and just trying to make a buck. We normally vacation in Negril and missed the sunsets over the water, the endless beach walks of long bay and the restaurants and local bars and entertainment in the Negril area. But this is ideal location for your Jamaican holiday If good food, clean everything; friendly staff and close to the airport are your objectives for a good holiday - this place should satisfy your vacation needs. Grilled lobster tails and the longest buffet table I ever saw, complete with lighting and tables and chairs that was all cover with linens was set up for their Friday Beach Party night. Complete with Fire eater- breather- all on the beach. Also had a great snorkelling trip with Dressel - again staff on boat were great. Reef was not in the best shape but lots to look at and the first time I have ever snorkelled where the crew were satisfied to let the 8 of us that day to snorkel as long as we wanted.

Riu Ocho Rios: Great Resort

The Food was really good, a lot better than I expected. The rooms could have been a little better TV wise, but I wasn’t there to watch much TV. Beach was fun, great time playing volleyball. Staff was friendly got the hockey game on for us Canadians in the sports bar

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: LOVIN JAMAICA

Great resort, run by staff that work extremely hard from top to bottom.. The food is top notch.( fresh and hot) .Rooms are well equipped for a comfortable stay. Lots of chairs at the beach and pool without playing the chair saving game. Beautiful grounds and very clean' Pool is very well laid out and clean.
