Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beautiful Tropical Retreat

The Sian Caan is a lovely smaller resort. The pools are surrounded by beautiful trees, but lots of birds. Take cover if your chair is directly under a tree. We did have huge spiders and cockroaches in our room, so we kept out luggage closed. We know tropical surroundings are susceptible to bugs. We stayed on the main floor, but did find that a little concerning. Now for the food. AMAZING!! Sian Caan has amazing buffet meals. And the gala night with lobster was so good. We enjoyed the al a cart [... read more]e restaurants, but found getting decent reservation times a real challenge. We had many 9pm suppers. And that really is just too late. We did cancel one of the reservations because of that. This was my 2nd visit to Sian Caan. It did not have quite the charm the 2nd time. I am not so sure I will go again.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful Carribean resort

This resort has beautiful grounds and are clean and safe. The food was delicious at every al la carte restaurant as well as the buffets. I had asked for an extra a la carts dining and they quickly accommodated. The beaches were large and enough space for those that like privacy. The rooms were nice, a little tlc is needed but just minor things like loose shower drains and soap dishes. The staff were fun and energetic, Jamaican flair.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Absolutely continues to be an AMAZING RESORT!!

This is our second visit to this resort and we have no complaints whatsoever. The food is out of this world, amazing variety, quality and always so many options for adults and children (even a children's buffet at lower height for them to help themselves). There is a lunch buffet restaurant at the beach and a grill for bbq goods all day. The hotel was always very clean including the outdoor surroundings and the room was spacious. The entertainment was fantastic for the kids every night and we always felt very safe and welcome. I would strongly recommend this resort for anyone with children.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: excellent resort

We were there Jan 19th, 2020 and we had a amazing time The resort and the staff were amazing from the time we arrived until we left My daughter is vegan and the a la carte restaurant ensure that we was able to meet her needs I would go back again

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Beautiful resort, very clean ,the beach is amazing .

Loved it the rooms were clean , the staff are very friendly, the food was so delicious and they have a big variety of it,the resort is so clean, our grand children had a great time at the children shows and in the pools and the beautiful clean sandy beach, we love the entertainments every night. We were 8 in our group and Jose at the buffet was a great help to make sure we are sitting together. Cayo Levantado Resort: Lush Tropical Resort

Resort staff are friendly. We really liked the style of the development and all the greenery. It would have been nice to know that part of the beach was under construction and that the water is murky.

Bahia Principe Escape Samana: Great Resort

Enjoyed our stay at the resort. One thijg though. Upon arrival the room only had one king bed for 2 guys when we were expecting 2 beds. I approached staff who switched us 2 a correct room with 2 beds but charged us 5 Dollars US extra per nite 4 6 nites. I asked for that 2 be waived informing staff that this was my 5th or 6th visit to the Bahia chain of hotels. After confering with his manager I was told nothing could be done. I was disappointed .

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Good.

Take this as a grain of salt. Food was great. Beach was fantastic Pool was good. Room was good. Too much noise. Beach slightly rocky but not severe. Workers were very rude and pushy. Visit again....

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Great resort and staff!

The resort was great! The staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and good size. Food was good, lots of variety with a la carte, but make sure you ask about online booking fills up fast! A!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Amazing!

This was my third trip to this resort. We love the staff. They made us feel very welcomed and safe. Grounds are so clean. Food was great. Water sports fun. Waitresses and bartenders were fantastic. Our room was always well stocked. Room service was fast and delicious and the concierge/butlers were great. The infinity pool is beautiful but freezing cold (probably my only complaint). I will return!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Awesome resort

5 star hotel all the way. Staff is the best. So many and so nice. Could not have asked for a better holiday. I would go again in a heartbeat. Loved it from booking with tripcentral.ca and Cindy to our host Sylvan at air Transat at the resort. Everything was good.

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Not bad but can be improved

Small and quiet so one doesn’t need to fight for beach chairs. A bit disappointed by the buffet seafood choices (only fish and squid). The shower only has warm water, so don’t expect to take a nice hot shower. Lack of facilities for kids. However overall an enjoyable trip and j will give it a 4 /5.

Great Beach and Pools! Food was fantastic and great selection. Great presentation! Plus you have special thened restaurants to reserve. Staff was friendly and accommodating. What more can you ask for ! I would highly recommend this resort !

Hotel rooms- a little dated but still ok Food- only ate at the buffets but was happy with the selection and quality Beach- busy but fantastic Service- impeccable if you tipped. Extremely friendly staff Insects- only at dusk and late evenings at the lobby. Bug spray helps. No issues with sand bites at the beach. Entertainment- very good. Chez GBP Aquamarine le services est irreprochable, la plage etait propre et les membres de l'equipe du GBP s'assure que vos vacances soit memorable et sans soucis. la Nourriture etait excellente et le restaurant a la carte Portofino nous a offert le souper le plus delectable de notre vie! Somme toute nous retournerons forcement dans un GBP pour une troisieme visite l'an prochain.

This was our second trip here and we would return! Good food, nice beach, staff friendly and very clean! Only small complaint is there WiFi, it was not user friendly at all and many trips to front desk to rectify!! We have been to many resorts and never had this problem as we did our first trip here, not a game changer but, fix it!!

We just got back from a glorious week at the Bahai Principe fantasia resort. It was absolutely amazing. My husband and I traveled with our 2 1/2-year-old daughter and they did everything possible to make her feel special. It really was a kids wildest dream come true. Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Resort is great,

Just had a week stay at this most amazing place which I highly recommends for a great vacation. Great personal, Has an amazing buffet, highly efficient transportation throughout the resort, plenty of swimming pools, the beach was great. However, there were a few drawbacks. The bath room should be upgraded and modernize, such as humidity fan and bathtub assisted rail installed.

Room service needs improvement as in response time. 2 orders were not even delivered to our room. A la carte restaurants need lots of advace booking as there is only one open restaurant per evening. Very difficult to find a spot at the pool or beach unless reserved with a towel by 7 am. Shower in room also only had a half wall which allows for water all over the bathroom floor which also has no exhaust fans in the suite bathrooms.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing resort!

The staff are amazing and so helpful. The Luxury Bahia is clean, great food and the el cart restaurants are delicious, beach is great and loved the swim up pool bar. Highly recommend the Luxury Bahia Resort.
