Flamingo Las Vegas: Beautiful trip

Its was a decent hotel for the price, I felt secure and was treated nicely. The resort fee was a bit disappointing, I would try to find a resort that doesn't have that fee in the future since I didn't get any extra for all the extra money!! The ground was nice and I enjoy the Gran Canyon trip and so did the California trip. The flight was one of the best I had, both ways!! I would go back in a flash!!

Flamingo Las Vegas: nice location

Nice renovated room king bed clean,views of the bally,s,recommended for the area central to everything close to bellagio,mirage,treasure,ceaser,etc a lot of restaurant to choose from,good place at venitian bottom floor food court good pizza at reasonable price,good luck

The Cosmopolitan: I always stay here

The hotel is so central on the strip and everything is accessible. It's super glamorous and a five star with a younger crowd. Most other five star hotels attract an older crowd. You can find very reasonable pricing when there is a deal on. Very modern and glitzy decor. Love it!

Horseshoe Las Vegas: Nice stay

It was nice hotel..nothing fancy but my friends and I enjoyed our stay! Bathroom was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, the double bed room we had was big enough. Staff were super helpful and friendly :)

Golden Nugget: Awesome

Great time didn't find it noisy as others have commented the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on in years. Room keys did'nt so good and just a heads up why not put a few free K cups out for customers would go a long way are my thoughts.

Golden Nugget: Amazing Trip Ro Golden Nugget

We stayed at the Golden Nugget for the first time .Awsome room .very friendly people .All the amenities were great service was good defiantly stay there again .Fremomt experience was great .Would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone that would get a great experience .

Caribe Royale Suites: Great family resort

The room was better than expected with separate sitting area/pull-out couch. There were outdoor movies every night for the kids which was a great way to end our fun packed days. The Local Expert group for booking tickets was great.

Luxor: Great time at the Luxor

We stayed at the Luxor in a standard double queen room - we were surprised upon arriving that because it was my birth month, I was given some special coupons to use around the hotel and beat the line ups. The room was standard (nothing special) but we enjoyed our stay as we were out and about most of the time. We did not like that you have to pay $10 per person to sit on the less busy side of the pool. We did like that the hotel is on the beginning of the strip and is less crowded in the hotel a [... read more]nd on the street out front, it also made it easier when taking buses as they were empty when we got on them but became very full as it travelled further down the strip.

Encore Las Vegas: Fabulous Resort!

The Encore exudes absolute class. The décor, atmosphere and feel was total opulence. The staff made sure they had everything covered and helped to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely stay at the Encore the next time we go to Vegas.

The Kapalua Villas Maui: A little disappointed

The resort was beautiful and the views were awesome from our balcony. We even saw a pod of whales! Loved that there was a pineapple waiting for us in the fridge. Downside: The air conditioning was inadequate and our condo was VERY musty and milddew smelling, especially the bedroom. This did affect our sleep. I would be a little more forgiving if we didn't pay for an upgraded room. If this is a gold standard room, I would be cautious on what a standard room would be. The concierge desk was not v [... read more]ery helpful in suggesting things to do for those with some disability challenges. I felt that if they couldn't make money they weren't keen to help.

Encore Las Vegas: Beautiful hotel

We booked a panaramic view king suite and the view was gorgeous! With the free buffet breakfast/lunch which had delicious food. Checked out surrender night club its an indoor outdoor club beautiful. Loved the pools both encores and the wynn.

Caesars Palace: fairly good

The hotel is nice. We find the front lobby smells of cigarette smoke. Better ventilation is necessary. The shower is not powerful enough. The buffet in the hotel charges far too much comparing with other reputable hotel

Wynn Las Vegas: Fabulous resort!!!

Its very clean, beautiful design, nice staff, security everywhere, helpfull concierge, a lots places, cafe to chill out. Just one thing, it was long line at buffet for breakfast, need to wait 30 min to be seated.

Mirage: Our first trip to Las Vegas

This was our first trip to Las Vegas and won`t be our last. The Mirage was great, the room, service, and the food was outstanding. A little smokey in the evenings but that's when its busy. Great place will be back!!

Disney All Star Music Resorts: Fun family time

Good quality hotel for the price. It was inexpensive so it made it possible for our family to experience staying at Disney. The service was amazing and loved the kids activities every day. The room was quite small for a family of 5 (one was a baby).

Disney All Star Sports: Orlando's Disney & Universal trip

Hello Sarah Jean, So we're back and all in all we had a fantastic time. The Magical Express Transfer made our pickup from the airport to resort go flawlessly. We went straight to the shuttle pickup which was clearly marked, (I was also sent a map), they picked up our luggage which arrived a few hours after us. This had to be set up well before we left to get the luggage tags sent to us, we just made deadline . Check in only needed my ID none of the paperwork. The resort was fine overall, the roo [... read more]ms could use a little repair and upkeep.We always forget how Heavily chlorinated their water is at the parks and resort. You can taste it in the beverages and dries the skin terribly. In regards to the food well I have nothing positive to say, fried chicken nuggets ,fries or pizza gets old fast. I survived on yogurt, bananas, oranges, & California rolls( I'm glad we didn't buy the meal plan). You are totally dependent on them, I had brought hot chocolate so I could have a hot drink in our room at night and early morning but unlike at most hotels Disney does not have a coffee maker in the room so you have to buy a cup of hot water- $3. My first 'real' meal was our 5th day in at Universal 's Island of Adventure, Harry Potters Three Broomsticks, Fantastic menu! Roasted- chicken breasts, corn on the cob & potatos and Butter Beer, (it's like caramel/butterscotch cream soda yum ).I danced in my seat - I missed my veggies and it was hard to choose the selection was great. The Disney park tickets were on our wrist band so we didn't need that paperwork either. I was randomly selected at Disney for body screening but then that happened at all the airport check points and I believe at Universal too, it became a running joke. The Disney parks were awesome, but the Universal parks blew me away. Both parks have a Harry Potter village that you can spend your entire day there alone! The car rental went fine- needed the paperwork for that. The only thing I'll note is that the pick up time is important, no leeway, we tried to get it an hour earlier 8am but was told no can do. Drop off was fine and we were 30 minutes after our returning time,( time we lost finding the Bates motel). So yes that brings us to the Travelodge Inn and Suites Orlando Airport, 1853 Mccoy Road Orlando. So their large sign & carport was not lit- the entire building was hidden in the shadows of a busy roadway, we drove by twice and could not find them even with GPS- even passed by it when we got directions at a garage only a few buildings away. Robyn thought that some of the room doors that were left open were shady and not in a cool way. Rod saw bugs and would not change for bed or sleep under covers, if he slept. We kept our suitcases closed .. The room was not well kept, the smoke detector light was not on and the toilet was running and semi flushed very 20 odd minutes. Many of the lights and electrical plugs were fussy or just did not work. I myself was suffering from a compound migraine for the last 24 hours and nothing in my stomach as a result of that, so that night I just wanted to stop, the next morning I just wanted to leave.They did arrange a shuttle from the airport to hotel for Rod and Robyn after they dropped off the car and arranged a shuttle for us to the airport the next day. Regarding Air Canada and airports. The Halifax is well run and well staffed . The Orlando Air Canada section was Terrible! So understaffed only 4 checkin/baggage machines and one ran out of paper. Only one staff to semi help people with said machines if you could get her to come over.We did ok -have done it before but the rage from others was getting unnerving. Then after the process the line ups were very confusing and I helped more people then the one staffer. I may send Air Canada a note regarding that mess, improvements would not be hard to do. In short: So papers were needed for the Bates hotel and for the first day at Universal( I thought I didn't have my ID- they quickly took Rods though, same last name and address). Papers were needed for the car. No papers needed just ID for Disney. So the resort/parks was restricking regarding food and we made sure we bought bottled pop/water because of taste. Shuttles to the resort and parks awesome and we used the extra hour on certain days to decide which parks to go to on what day. Not sure if we would do the Disney resort next time because of the food and water alone. I would look into Universal or a hotel close by and see what shuttle is available for the Disney parks. All in all the trip was awesome! When I get my photos/videos arranged I'll send some to you. I discovered I have the movie maker on my computor and used it to put the wedding videos together and am very happy with the results. I'm hoping this helps with future clients. Luxor: It was good

It was My first Vegad trip and loved to stay in the pool. We stayed in the paid access pool it was quiet and pool was heated it is located At the end of strip so need to a little walk to the main strip but good to walk weather was nice

Mirage: First timers

The Samba restaurant was amazing, highly recommend. The location is fabulous; central to shops. Mirage has our favourite casino slot machines. The Mlife staff and front desk are so kind and helpful. Comfortable beds, nice decor, bathrooms a little small; prefer a walk in shower. We can't wait to return to the Mirage very soon!

Aria Resort: Beautiful Hotel

We loved this hotel. The rooms were really nice and everything was very high tech. My only complaint would be that after we left I discovered a mistake on my bill but when I tried to contact them, I couldn't reach a live person and had to submit an email inquiry which takes 7-10 days for a response, which is s bit ridiculous.

Castle Inn: Great location for Disneyland

Castle Inn & Suites is so convenient for walking to and from Disneyland and California Adventure. It is also on the ART bus route and there are an abundance of nearby restaurants to choose from. Having a min-fridge and microwave made preparing bagged lunches for the parks and re-heating left-overs an easy way to keep our trip on budget. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and priced well. Staff was friendly, attentive and very helpful.
