The Pyramid Cancun: Nice Resort

The dining was really good, the beach was amazing, and the pool area and grounds well kept. The rooms were clean but there was way to much noise after midnight and it was very hard to sleep. There should be an area setup outside for late night parties and not in the resort.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: A great stay

My daughter and I both enjoyed the resort. It was Well kept. There were lots of activities to do during the day and evening. I have a suggestion for the resort. Perhaps changing the music to “top 40” as they constantly played 50’s music which I thought was awful. Either that or they were playing hard rock music in the morning during breakfast! Also maybe time some activities, such as Zumba to earlier in the day as it was at 10pm inside the bar area. Grand Oasis Palm: Will not go back.

The hotel is located on a very small property. There are only two very small elevators for 10 floors worth of rooms. Never enough, always a line up. No A/C in the elevators. The room we got was very small as well. We had a problem with the water in our room. The shower kept switching from super hot water to super cold water. Nightmare to wash our kids. The restaurants were constantly half empty but they kept line ups outside due to the hostess having to check every guest in and sit them down pe [... read more]rsonally. Food wasn't good. Not a lot of variety. Restaurants were much better than buffet. Kids club was great but isn't designed for access with a stroller. Unless you're into carrying your stroller up and down flights of stairs.

Grand Oasis Sens: Beautiful destination!

The resort was as advertised so that meant few surprises if any that I would consider negative. We had an ongoing issue with the shower not working and had the maintenance crew attend to the issue on two separate occasion. In the end it was functional but never worked properly. The room was sold as a King size bedroom but in reality they simply put two separate double beds together and called it a king size bed. Doesn't really cut it if you're tall because not being a true king size bed yo [... read more]ur feet hang off the end of the bed. A couple of issues with regards to lights in the room. The track light inside, over the patio door flickered when turned on and felt like a cheap disco light, we left it off. The main concern was one of the outside wall mounted patio lights kept flickering and when I looked at it had been hot wired together and the copper wires were exposed, a definite safety issue. Other than that the room was awesome. Beautiful view and the large deck with private pool was very much a bonus! The restaurants were very interesting, much to our delight. I would caution folks to ask detailed questions prior to booking an evening at the Black Hole Restaurant. We found the methodology of how the seat you a bit awkward and thru us off the experience completely. On the other hand we cannot recommend highly enough to defiantly book an evening at the Benazuza Restaurant. This is a MUST if you are in any way a "foody". Loved it!! Over-all I (we) feel comfortable in highly recommending this resort. Further more we booked the SIAN KA´AN ROOM package and it was absolutely worth the extra!!! With regards to the "concerns mentioned earlier I will have to state that while this resort is a few years old, it is graceful and overall beautifully maintained. Go, enjoy and be your own critic. We would certainly consider a return visit.

Moon Palace The Grand Cancun: Amazing resort!

The Grand at Moon Palace is absolutely beautiful! The grounds and pools are incredible and very clean. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurants are incredible - we never had a bad meal! We did have some issues with a lack of communication on behalf of the resort - it was sometimes difficult to get information as we were told different things by different people. One suggestion, book excursions, spa treatments and dinners as soon as you arrive. It was often challenging to find times and I wasn't a fan of spending an hour booking things inside. We did use the Palace Resorts app which is quite helpful when we figured out we could book various meals and spa treatments with the app - they were very responsive! Keep in mind, the beach at the resort is not spectacular, but the pools and the resort itself more than make up for that. Overall a great resort and we would definitely go back!

Moon Palace The Grand Cancun: Unbelievably amazing!

This resort is incredible! We've been to many all inclusive resorts around the Caribbean and Mexico, and by a landslide, this one beats them all. Perfect drinks, amazing and tasty food, MASSIVE ROOMS, great service, and fantastic pools. No complaints about anything from us! The staff are friendly and always make you feel welcomed and special. Riu Dunamar: new resort great staff

lots of different things were offered. Everyone was so welcoming. We could play beach volleyball or be in the water with some crazy people from Montreal. We all had a great time. Food well can I say it was great everything anyone could of wanted it was there . Loads of fresh fruit and different restaurants that we could go to. Just be prepared nothing else around Cancun is 1 hour away. Great sand for anyone that wants to walk several miles.

Moon Palace Cancun: Amazing resort

We just returned from the vacation two weeks ago. This was one of the best time in the Mexico for us. Hotel is big, and comfortable. Lots of pools and lots of beds around them. You do not have to worry about the space. The staff is nice and friendly. They almost read in your mind.

Moon Palace The Grand Cancun: Great Vacation at Grand Moon Palace

The Grabd is a large resort with lots of pool and restaurant options. We travelled as a family 2 kids age 9 and 12. The resort is beautiful very very clean. Restaurants are excellent food was fabulous many pools to choose from somewhere heated and very warm. All staff were friendly happy and willing to help with anything. It takes a couple days to get to know your way around the resort but lots of golf carts offering you a ride to the lobby or wherever you need to go thanks to Moon Palace for a great vacation

Moon Palace Cancun: Great resort for the whole family

We stayed at the Palace section of the Moon Palace and it was fantastic. The resort was clean, the staff were friendly, and there was always a large selection/variety of foods to eat. The pools were heated which was nice on the cloudy days and lots of available pool chairs well into the morning (for the sleep in days). The kids area was appropriate for many ages with a lazy river, wave pool, and splash pad. Inside the playroom was an arcade, bumper cars, high rope obstacle, and many other  [... read more]games. The room was nice with comfortable beds, a stocked fridge, and Chi hair products! Overall I would return to this resort due to the close proximity to the airport and the wonderful experience we had.

Moon Palace Cancun: Excellent Resort

The hotel was very well appointed. Restaurants were better than most I have experienced in other '5 star' All Inclusives. Golf course is beautiful as is the affiliated course at Riviera. My only complaints are that it was frustrating attempting to arrange adequate tee-times for golf. As well was dissatisfied with the shuttle service back to the airport at the end of the trip. All in all though I would have to say that the trip provided excellent value for the price.

Riu Dunamar: Amazing Resort

From check in to check out, we were truly in Paradise. Check in was easy and quick....travelled with friends. We had requested rooms close in proximity and when we arrived, we were not given these rooms. We politely asked if available, and they were more than happy to make it happen. They were very accomodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The colour scheme in the rooms, and throughout the entire resort have a relaxing feel. The showers are equipped with shampo [... read more]o/shower gel combos and we never had an issue with water pressure or temperature. The a/c unit is kind of noisy, clunks when comes on or shuts off, but let’s be honest, you get that in Canada at a Holiday Inn or Sheraton, so not really an issue. Fridge and liquor are restocked every other day. The pools are crystal clear and warm. Lots of loungers and shade....water slides are fun and even have loungers and shade by them. We noticed a lot of little ones enjoying the kids slides as well. The food...do not even know where to start....breakfast buffet consists of normal choices, then more...soft boiled eggs, poached eggs, ready made omelettes, fruit is very fresh and plentiful, breads, jams, crispy bacon, meats....lunch consisted of pasta bar, cold meats, cheeses, salad fixings, taco bar and ready made subs, soup and crackers...main supper...so many options. We never ventured from the buffet as always great meals and options...roasted turkey, roast beef, roast chicken, lamb, fish and dessert bar and ice cream options great. We did hear people comment on the a la. Arts...no reservations required. Lobby bar always had fresh popcorn and peanuts for snacks. If you are looking for great service, food and seclusion and relaxation, this is definitely the resort to choose. Transfer from airport is approx. 45 min...not much around for way of day trips etc., but the area is being built up, so I would imagine eventually taxis and or bus will go that way.

Riu Dunamar: Review of Riu Dunamar

Amazing beach, can walk along the beach for hours. Turquoise water, in good weather. Staff are very friendly and attentive. We ate dinner mostly at the buffet because of the good variety of différent meats and fish. At lunch we ate at the Italian restaurant, the saumon was really good. Drinks were good and made to order. Our room was big, very clean and face the océan. The unightly entertainment was fun, and well attended. The coffre in the buffet is bad, but we just got our expresses [... read more] andetc. from the Sports Bar, where it was gréât. All in all despite, mostly a cloud and windy week, we had a gréât time.

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: Wonderful family trip

Resort is beautiful, lots of pools and kids will love the waterpark. Pool entertainment staff are awesome and the restaurants for dinner offer a wife variety, plus they have a coffee and ice cream shop

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: We liked it better last year

This resort offers a lot for kids to do and the new water slides were awesome but a few of the attractions weren't working and the service overall has seem to have taken a nosedive. Our room completely flooded by the patio door where the kids were in their bunks. The front desk service left much to be desired. The overall quality and variety of food was less than last year and this year our mini bar was never restocked without us ordering more to the room and having to pay additional charges  [... read more]even for drinking water. I don't think we'll be going for a third year.

Temptation Resort & Spa: New bash tower and area is best area of resort

New Bash tower and area around it was best area of resort. The old sections were cleaned up a little outside. Inside all of the rooms not so much was done to them. All of the bathrooms smelled so bad from drains in shower and under sinks due to sewage problems, which cannot be fixed unless they rebuild total buildings and tear out all waste pipelines. Main pool area has 100 people too many and overcrowded and dirty. 11am checkout is not acceptable. Too many people smoking in public areas. Moon Palace Cancun: Stunning!

The Grand at Moon palace is beautifully designed, and runs like a well oiled machine. They are also incredibly accommodating and planned out for disabled persons. We were given the use of a wheelchair 100% of the grounds and many of the pools were accessible this way. Food was amazing, and we didn’t even scratch the surface of restaurants and activities that were available to us. The resort is impeccably spotless, as was the beach. We loved it so much, our family booked for spring break while we were there, and we will definitely be back ourselves!

Moon Palace The Grand Cancun: Kids Loved it! Staff Were Awasome!

Great Resort, a little sad the slides were not open. The Spa was incredible!!!! We really did not like the scent they chose to pump through the lobby we had a hard time walking through there. The food was great! lots to choose from. The steak house was all booked up so we could not get into it. Everything was very clean.

Riu Dunamar: Accessibility

As a new hotel I was expecting everything to be in working order. However, the accessible pool was closed. It is also important to note that there are only two elevators. One at each side of the hotel. The hotel design is very open but if it rains the all tile floors become slippery. A lot of walking as the hotel wheelchairs were not always available or in good working order. The staff were awesome, very hard working. It would be a nice idea if guests had some spanish knowledge.
