Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Not near 5 star service
The priveldge club presentation said it all. They already have ur $$ and that's that. No babysitting services as advertised. No services for my son that I paid full price for even tho he should be free. Awful experience. Service was robotic and unreliable. Evident the training was to provide the minimum.
Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Excellent Choice
First time at this hotel and given it was an Iberostar we were confident it would be good and it was. The resort was lovely, nicely landscaped, pools were the nicest we've been to so far and the staff were very efficient. Yes, there is a lot of walking, but we didn't mind as the paths were landscaped beautifully and it was an enjoyable walk. There was never a problem finding or getting what ever we needed. Food was very good and bar service was nice, especially pool and beach bars which were wel [... read more]
Secrets Huatulco: Great Resort
Everything was spectacular. I cannot say a bad thing about this resort. Well one thing, second last day of trip we had a major spider problem in our room. Scared the bajeepers out of me!!! I went to front desk and they took care of it immediately. Sprayed twice that day and never saw another spider. Comment to the resort. Spray more often so guests do not have to experience this kind of scare. Very pleased that they took care of it right away. Top notch resort.
Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa: Amazing resort
Very satisfied with choosing Dreams Tulum. Highly recommending this resort. Clean, good food and great staff. We had very relaxing time. If we will return to Mayan Riviera, this will be our resort. Thank you, Rafael Porras, BD Travel representative for this resort, for you daily help.
The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Best trip!
The hotel staff, food and resort were great! We travelled with a large group and three little ones, staff were very accommodating. I would love to go again, everyone had a wonderful time! Azul fives is a great place to stay
Riu Emerald Bay: RIU EMERALD BAY TRIP, NOVEMBER 25, 2014
This was our third trip to Riu Emerald Bay and once again we had an amazing trip!! The rooms are great and the service & staff are always great!! The resort is still as well kept as when we first went there in 2010. It has not aged at all. Sometimes a few years later we've noticed other resorts have gone down hill but not this one. We also love to walk down the beach to the coffee shop & the little souvenir stores just minutes away. We always feel very safe there!
Moon Palace Cancun: Very nice place
I and my husband spent 8 nights in this wonderfull place. We stayed in the simpler room and it was magnifique. The service is great, as the food and the pools. Only the beach is not nice and we could not bathe.
Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great Resort
Room was beautiful, food was great, grounds were always tended to. Front desk were always pleasant and helpful, Beach was nice but was expecting a much longer beach. All together had a great time and would go again
Secrets The Vine Cancun: Amazing Resort!
We recently spent a week here and we loved everything about Secrets The Vine. The resort is beautiful and the atmosphere, service, food, facilities and entertainment were excellent. We will definitely be back!
Emporio Cancun: not same all-inclusive as other hotels
There are only 2 restaurants, and not buffet style , orders in the restaurants and bar must be signed for even if its just a glass of water. There is no show or entertainment offered at night. WIFI is very weak in room. hotel staffs are friendly and room is clean. view and beach are so beautiful. If you want relax and quite vacation , this maybe the hotel for you. hotel zone bus is very convenient.
Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Luxury stay
Very good resort, food is awesome. A-la carte restaurants are the best we ever had. Only negative thing about this resort is bad internet, I would say we didn't have internet at all.We will recommend this hotel to our friend.
Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta: Good small quiet resort
This resort was overall quite good. It is small and quiet with, in my opinion, better than average food. The food choices are limited. Close to the airport and downtown. 7.5 pesos for bus to downtown or 65 pesos for a cab. Our room was great with a partial ocean view but one of the other guests told us that their room smelled of sewar or mold. The staff were fantastic. Not the place to go if you are looking for a party.
Allegro Playacar: Average resort
Rooms were dated but ok, upper units had high ceilings, nice size balcony. Food average at best, greasy, not much choice, we both got sick. Wi fi @ $10 a day Viva Azteca next door is a way better option, friends stayed overthere.
Barcelo Puerto Vallarta: Luxurious and Lovely
Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Beach was private and clean. Swimable. The grounds were lush, tropical and well kept. Food was always good. We lived off the tacos by the beach. Excursions: go pet the baby tigers at the zoo (walkable from the resort), go swim with the dolphins (a twenty minute boat ride away).
Occidental Nuevo Vallarta: Fantastic Experience All Around
Checking in and out was well organized. The resort was very clean. The housekeeping made up our rooms beautifully every day. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, lots of variety, and very high quality. They had very well run activities during the day. The evening shows were amazing. I would definitely come back.
Barcelo Karmina: Absolutely amazing resort
Beautiful setting and not a bad view anywhere. I would have rated pools excellent but beach is lacking. We enjoy walking on the beach and had to take a bus to Playa Miramar to do that. Otherwise absolutely no complaints. Staff are beyond excellent and very friendly and helpful. Food was good and selection changed every day. Rooms were kept very clean.
Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: not what I expected
The blue bay was not what I expected at all. They rate this hotel a 4-4+ but from our stay.....I would rate it a 3. The pictures are a little miss leading. It is all depending on what your going for. This is not a romantic resort. I would recommend this hotel to single younger people who want to hang out at what they call there sports bar. There is no night life, no real shows. The shows are on a screen like a movie. Very dissapointing. There are no lounges, no activities all around a boring res [... read more]
Oasis Tulum: worth it 100%
The resort was amazing. The rooms where fine. Best trip I have had in long time. Amazing service. The staff remembered what we liked. I would go back tomorrow. My son loved that we where in the Casa Club section as we could use the bikes or ride in the golf cart. Lots of wildlife. My son really enjoyed it. Close to most activities.
Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Fantastic vacation
Overall an amazing place to visit. Lots to do, never boring. Great food and service. This resort had the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. I would love to take everyone I know there. There is something for everyone no matter your age or interests!
