All Ritmo Cancun Resort And Waterpark: Watch what you pay for!

All Ritmo it's a regular 3* resort so don't have high expectations! Be aware that resort it's not located on Cancun "zone hoteliere", it's on Puerto Juarez, isolated in between some local buildings, beside a local marina, in a small lagoon so yes, you have seaweed! The beach small but nice sand, plenty of shade, beach chairs, beach towels available anytime of the day. Food is relatively ok, not very diverse but homemade style, well cooked, bbq one night out of 7, seafood every dinner, juices [... read more] not the best, good cheese, plenty of local fruits - all kinds of melons, papaya. Rooms spacious, clean, bit outdated, fridge available, bottled water supplied every day but not bar in the room and safety deposit box available for extra 2usd/day. Currency accepted is usd or their peso, at their own exchange rate, not the best and even when paying usd, change is in pesos!!!! General staff ok, just doing their jobs! Customer service sucks, people at the front desk barely speaks and understand English! We still managed to enjoy the beutiful weather, and relax and take the good from everything but very disappointed at the end as on the last night "they" stole from our room two brand parfumes, and following morning when in fact we realized they were missing and we wanted to report the receptionist telling us very indiferent that there is no one available to address the issue, the management comming to work 9 o'clock. It was the morning when we were leaving 8 o'clock for the airport!!!!! I felt so frustrated, I felt like it was an organized crime, that didn't leave you any choice and I still regret that even for just 2 stupid parfumes I didn't call the police. So, I tried my best to find the best in everything around and enjoy my vacation but I would not recommend that resort to anyone!!! !!

Grand Oasis Cancun: Wouldn't go again

The bad: Check-in took wayyyy too long, and the front desk staff were largely unhelpful. No 24 hour bars, last ones close at 1am. The "health bar" was awful, they just mixed concentrates in gross jugs- no fresh fruit. No free wifi, and you have to pay for a lock for the safe. Had a leak in the ceiling in our room, but they did fix it fairly quickly. The good: The restaurants were great, as well as the coffee shops (included). Great beach. Moon Palace The Grand Cancun: The Best Resort!

The resort is very large and amazing! Service was great and food was exceptional! Staff are great and I would definitely return to The Grand again. Only disappointment were the water slides that were closed. This was one of the main reasons we came to the resort.

Riu Dunamar: Riu Dunamar

Very clean and simplistic. Hard working staff. Spacious rooms. Good food with lots of variety. Enjoyed the different food stations, salad bar, appetizer bar, Mediterranean,pasta, Mexican, meat fish and desert. Each had an abundance of choices.

Royal Solaris Cancun: Amazing Night Shows

The resort is extremely small. A LOT smaller than I expected it. It has two buffet restaurants and one a la carte restaurant. I would give the food a 2/5. The food was very limited and it kept repeating itself for breakfast lunch and dinner. The rooms are decent but beware- there are no balconies in the room. Again I didn't know this until I got there so I was disappointed. Also the lighting in the room was terrible. So hard to do your makeup. Moon Palace Cancun: What a place!!!!!!

Thanks to the excellent recommendation of Marnie Savic we booked in here for our 40th anniversary with some friends. We were not disappointed! We consider ourselves well travelled especially in the Caribbean and Central America areas and we have to say this is the best resort we have ever stayed at! Forget your preconceived notions of “all inclusive” resorts this place breaks all the rules!!!!Excellant food steaks and beef included, premier liquor, excellant wine selection, clean facilities, [... read more] well appointed rooms and above all the friendliest staff we have ever encountered!!! We would also like to recommend Marnie Savic for your travel arrangements. Moon Palace Cancun: The Grand is aptly named

This was our first vacation at an all-inclusive resort. We stayed at The Grand at Moon Palace. Check-in was easy and fast and the room was fantastic! Everything looks brand new (due to the fact that it is). Amenities and service was super! We met Nestor at the buffet the first day and he became our Buffet Buddy because he was so darn sweet and welcoming. The biggest bummer was that the waterslides weren't open. I would definitely would go back.

Occidental Tucancun: Amazing resort

Everything was exceptional just as described. Service was great. Handy to all attractions. Mall across street. I plan on going again. Three pool to chose from. It was never overcrowded. I just loved the two weeks I spent there during Christmas and New Years. I Traveled with my sister on this vacation and we both enjoyed everything about this trip.

Oleo Cancun Playa: Good resort at this price

hotel is good, but far form real hotel zone staff were excellent, food was OK, not much choice for vegetarian under construction beach was good, service at beach was very good 1

Moon Palace The Grand Cancun: Great resort

Golf, great weather amazing for all ages and familes. Adult pool. Top shelf liquor. Room service. Huge rooms. Planning on booking next year with the entire family. Nightlife was also amazing. Huge resort with so many fun activities

Grand Oasis Cancun: Okay vacation

This resort is directly centered around tips. We had stayed at Grand Oasis, and I can say that the service we received was just below par when the employees felt they deserved to be tipped more. Being that we've spent all of this money to enjoy an ALL INCLUSIVE resort, I would imagine service would be one of the things included. There were always lines, everywhere you wanted to eat, at every restaurant. At lunch/breakfast and dinner, 15 minute waits minimum. The nightlife in the hotel ended at 1am, which my group felt was too early, especially for a resort that was rated top for that. I stayed here 4 years ago and it is a much worse place 4 years later. I remember being amazed by the food, always greeted warmly by staff, etc. Too bad this place has changed for the worse.

Resort is a great place for the whole family. Excellent staff and immaculate grounds. Food is amazing and well flavored. Even with a garden view room, we could still see the ocean. I even loved the way the resort smelt :)

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: No a 5 starts

We been to playa mujerse 5 times in the last 3 years. We had stay at the beloved and the finest. We were VERY VERY disappointed with the hotel. Food: The quality of food is bellow a 3 starts hotel.. they put margarine everywhere, the menu is made with the same ingredient place to place . Service : was okay, we had to wait around 45 minutes every night for a table at the restaurant... so much for no reservation restaurant resort. The only restaurant we fell welcome was Guccho the mana [... read more]ger really nice from A to Z and Luise the waiter was super nice Room : are great and clean The hotel had over 5 wedding the week of + corporate event... very loud music in main pool, drunk peoples ( a lot) in the main pool all day long and full blast music... Its was definitely not a family oriented resort as we where expected. Kids club : they did not let us come in with our kids (5 years old + 3 years old) its a drop off... no wonder they only have 2 to 3 kids a day when we pass in front. We coming to have a nice family vacation, if we would like to go in the kids club to make a puzzle or face painting with her kids we should have access. Selling team : they woke us up the 2 first morning to invite us to private breakfast to give us some free coupon and show us the resort... and please don't forget bring your credit card (what a traps) we had to lets them know the second day to stop calling us at 8h30 in the morning for this we where in vacation and if we fell to have a selling pitch about the resorts we will contact them. Your best publicity should be take care of your client from the begging to the end...and they will be back for sure. D'ont arrest them with this in the first 48 hours of the vacation Beach: was nice and clean. We got stole 100$ in my husband pants. Beach and pool service : very fast good staff... but to much staff they should put more staff at night and less during the day time.. staffing is definitely not well manage

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Awesome resort

This resort is very clean, people extremely friendly. I really like how there is an adult only floor with an adult lounge. Also an adult only area in the buffet, as well as an adult pool. From what I have seen the families also have a great time with numerous activities going on and lots of variety of nightlife I have been twice to this resort and will go again

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Second Visit to EPM

We stayed here two years ago and had a great time then and now. The resort is well laid out and the staff are friendly and courteous. From the check in staff to waiters, servers, cleaning staff and groundskeepers all were happy to say hello. The food is exceptional at most of the restaurants. We travelled in a group and although we didn’t eat all meals together they accommodated us at the breakfast buffet every morning and sat us together. Service is slow at dinner, however, it’s vacation and we had no where to go. The main pool was not heated during the first two days of our stay but by the third it was fine. The lazy river is not heated. The only concern I had was that the mattress. I had a hard time regulating my temperature. I was either melting or freezing. The nights were cool and the A/C was on when the room was made up and the room didn’t warm up on the cooler nights. Otherwise a fantastic experience at a highly recommended resort I hope to have the opportunity to visit again.

Moon Palace The Grand Cancun: Great Resort!

The resort is huge, which is nice, because you will never get bored, but it is unfortunate that you cannot see all of it. The Grand was amazing, kids club was the best I've seen. Pool water is warm at 3 of the Grand Pools, which is nice. Ice cream at resort is hand made and very good. Beach could be better, too much seaweed. I would only stay at the Grand, the other two resorts were not comparable to the Grand.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great resort

Would recommend this resort to families for sure. So much to do and you never have to leave the resort. Spent 5 days snd still didnt see/do it all. Food wad reasonable although the baked goods could use some help. Rooms varied. Looks like there were a few newly renovated rooms that were perfect but the rest were just okay. Oceanview was breathtaking.

Moon Palace Cancun: Wonderful time!!

Beautiful resort with lots of things to do. Staff is amazing and the rooms are incredibly clean. I did not c one bug and they have a pot purri in the building so no mouldy smell. Regretfully we had a room with a tub in the middle of it with no privacy which was weird with my 13 year old son. The king size bed was way too soft as well. The food was good for our one week stay but some restaurants were very difficult to get in2 especially the Japanese restaurant. Regretfully the beach was ruff  [... read more]with a lot of seaweed. Grand Oasis Palm: Decent Resort

We stayed at the Grand Oasis Palm Dec 22-29, 2017 with our 11 and 10 year olds. We did enjoy this resort, and there are no major issues, but there are no frills either. First off, the beach is beautiful as is typical of Cancun. There is a bit of seaweed, but even in the water they have trails made for you so you don't have to step on it. We brought our own snorkeling gear and saw a Sea Star (Starfish) one day. There were a few other fish (one that looked kind of like swordfish but were very [... read more] small) also. We saw pelicans every day. The staff put out hammocks in the morning along the water so you can lay on the hammock in the water. The safe is not included, and it is a lock with a key, not a passcode. When you are checking in, you will get a lock to put into the safe and a key. You pay at checkout. I don't remember how much it cost, but it wasn't much. Maybe $30USD? I am not sure. There are elevators, but they are small and slow. We often wouldn't be able to get in because it was full. We were on the 5th floor, which was 90 stairs, so I wouldn't have wanted to be much higher and use stairs. About 7-8 people max can fit in the elevator. We didn't spend any time at the pools at all as they were far too cold to swim in. I prefer the ocean anyway. The servers and bartenders were good. We tipped one server about $10/day and she was great. She kept our drinks full, although we don't drink a lot, but she kept drinks coming for the kids as well. Our room was not restocked with water daily, and we actually did tip the maid $5/day starting on the first day. We didn't figure out the pattern for getting water. There is a coffee bar near the lobby. It was great. There were many great hot/cold coffees. The kids liked the iced coffees. There is a sushi bar and snack bar by the beach. We ate there for lunch most days so we didn't have to go find the buffet. There is a snack bar by it which has hot dogs, fries, nachos, etc and a bar. The rooms are fine. The beds were not overly comfortable, but the rooms were clean. This resort is a sister to the resort beside it, the Oasis Palm. If you stay at the Grand, you can use the facilities of both. If you stay on the other side, you cannot. They put a water trampoline into the ocean every day. The kids enjoyed that. The resort is right beside the Captan Hook ship. We did that with the kids, and upgraded to VIP. Well worth it. The entertainment staff were amazing! Actually, all the staff were fantastic. Laura, our server on the beach, was so sweet. We walked along the beach most mornings. It was beautiful. The weather is consistently good in Cancun. The ocean is gorgeous and the sand is white. The resort was fine, but nothing spectacular. The food was fine everywhere. We were never hungry. It is a good value for the cost.

Moon Palace Cancun: Not persuading at all!!!

Trip overall was fine but way below our expectations. Flight was OK (we paid extra to get exit row!!), pick up & drive to destination and vice versa were well arranged. Reception and check in was good and we were happy with the rooms and their cleanliness. Food quality was terrible (Except for the Asian restaurant which was pretty fine) and same or worse than the mid-class Cuban resorts. In general, hotel staff in part were not welcoming and sometimes very rude. I relayed three matters (Buggy  [... read more]drivers & restaurant staff) of misbehavior to hotel PR staff. Hotel had three lobby and the "Grand" was much better than ours (Sunrise).
