Live Aqua Cancun: Amazing experience

Amazing view from the room. The food was great, a lots of variety. The service is very good. The peoples are really nice. The hotel is near a beautiful shopping mall. But if you want to see Mexican culture, perhaps this hotel is not for you.

Sandos Cancun: Never go there!

Food is very limited (same every day) room service is awful, we were there for 2 weeks and even with daily tips they never mop our floor! Hotel is very dated. When you go to the beach you have to exchange a card to one beach towel!!! Loose towel or card - no more towels... In the buffet no salmon on the breakfast, the juices are deluded, same with tequila and wine. Terrible! Terrible hotel!!!

Moon Palace Cancun: Something for Everyone

Big is an understatement. This resort is made up of three separate residences: the Sunrise, the Nizuc and the Grand. A stay at the Grand allows you use of the two other resorts but not vice versa. We stayed at the Grand which is still in the process of being completed. The construction left is related to aesthetics with respect to landscaping. The restaurants include Le Chateau which is a French restaurant for adults only, Mexican, Italian, Lebanese, Asian, CJ Steakhouse and the general buffet. The other two include a Peruvian restaurant and a Carribean restaurant. The resort has three nine hole golf courses which are spectacular, a bowling alley, two sets of tennis courts at different locations, a teen club or lounge, two children's playrooms, a waterpark with a lazy river, use of bicycles, a health wellness pool, an adult only pool, an Olympic size pool, a family pool and several other pools, mini golf, an outdoor theatre and an indoor theatre. Since the resort is spread out into different buildings, they have their own transit system using golf carts. The rooms are spectacular and are opened with your resort bracelet. The standard room includes an espresso machine, a fully stocked fridge, a bar, a bottle of champagne, a bottle of wine and a candy drawer. There was never an issue finding a chair, obtaining towels. Staff was always pleasant and helpful.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Noise Rooms, Party all the time - SpringBreak fraternity type of hotel

- Rooms: My room was not clean when I arrived. The bathroom floor was dirty and unclean. The room is pretty noise with drunk travelers screaming in the corridor all the time. The bed is awfully hard to sleep on. Cheap and uncomfortable pillows. One guest open the door of my room with their card and I was disturbed in the middle of the night. I couldn't feel safe in the hotel, specially since I was a woman traveling alone. - Food: All restaurants had a line and a waiting time of at least 20 min [... read more]utes. Drinks were cheap options and the food was not good quality. I've requested room service because I didn't want to go out and they forgot the guacamole that I've order. Service overall was ok, since you're seeing the staff work very hard given the conditions. - The resort is very big and has lot's of attractions, however I felt pretty uncomfortable having a pole dance and sort of strip dancer in the nightclub. - Type of hotel that you feel in a college fraternity. Frat boys and young models all over the place. Guests weren't very friendly overall. I thought that I would experience a bit more of Mexico, but it seems that I book a package to Miami.

Hyatt Ziva Cancun: Absolutely Fantastic

This resort exceeded our expectations at every turn. We are definitely going back. We stayed in the all adult Turquoize Tower, 11th floor. View was phenomenal, Butler service was a new experience for us, it was awesome. Can't say enough good things about this place. Also, Trip Central had the best price for our trip over many other sites.

Riu Caribe Cancun: Very good experience

We had an excellent time in this hotel, the only thing missing is that we didn’t know we need to book seat for Christmas dinner. It was a long time waiting and we even didn’t get to go to the restaurant we wanted

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Amazing Reaort / Bad food

This Reaort was amazing and beautiful but the food was terrible and there service for preferred was also terrible... would not go back to this resort and paid 12.000.00 for this trip was a waste of money.

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: Wonderful hotel!

It was a very pleasant experience. Overview the hotel is pretty nice. The room was comfy, food was delicious, we loved have a dinner in Mariz. The pools are amazing, we really enjoyed. If I come back again, will book the same hotel for sure!

Riu Palace Las Americas: STELLER HOTEL

I would give this hotel a 5 star rating and here is why. first of all check in went so smoothly got the room we wanted and were welcomed with champagne. The room had everything you could ask for large bathroom double sinks walk in shower soap dispensers shampoo body wash fresh towels and robes. The room also boasts a stellar ocean view with mini bar king size bed which was very comfy, fridge fully stocked with water pop and beer. There was also a mini bar with four different kinds of liquors in  [... read more]it.WOW food here was outstanding, you had your choice of steakhouse, japanese, italian, fusion, or the buffet which we went to the majority of the time because they had something for everyone and no reservations required.Pools were very clean great bar staff and entertainment and service around the pool.The hotel was recently renovated so everything was pretty much new, bathrooms around the hotel cleaned spotless, lobby was amazing and wifi was free all around the hotel.There was lots to do here water sports, excursions, nightly entertainment shopping near by and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. You must go here trust me you wont be dissapointed loved it.

Beloved Playa Mujeres by Excellence: Skip this property. Disrespectful!

Honestly my wife and I expected way more than what this expensive property offers in the way of genuine service and giving their patrons the feeling of appreciation. The smirks that the staff displayed while thinking the guest was not looking. But other guest were. The disrespectful comments in Spanish when the staff “thinks” that the guest does not speak their language. “lamentables” With the properties available in the region you would be better served to Skip this Property. [... read more] Very disappointed. Riu Dunamar: Riu Dunamar Excellent!

The Riu Dunamar just opened. We were concerned it would not be really ready, but nicely surprised upon arrival. The check-in was quick and efficient. Our room faced the north side of the resort and we could partially see the ocean. The rooms were modern, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was a dream. We went to the italian restaurant, we did not need to reserve before hand. First come, first served. Meal was excellent. The Sports Bar offers big television and there is a food counter where you can get a salad, a fruit salad, a prepared sandwich, hamburger, hot dog. There is also a nacho warmer. Microwave is right there for your convenience. The pools were really nice, enough chairs for everyone. The Beach is fabulous, you can walk an hour in each direction. Would we go back? Certainly. Do not hesitate and enjoy your vacation

Riu Dunamar: Riu Dunamar

This looks like a Sandals type resort with free wifi throughout the hotel and grounds, optics, mini bar and tea and coffee machines in the rooms. Although 720 rooms, the grounds are massive and well laid out - there are five pools and a vey large stretch of beach so it should not feel crowded. It is at the tip of the peninsula so quite isolated but very self contained so other than trips, there is no real need to leave the resort. Riu Dunamar: Great trip

Clean, brand new. Excellent place to go for a vacation. Food was great, the beach was very clean. Would go again and wish I could of stayed even longer! Good place for families with small kids. The staff are always ready to help with anything and do a great job of maintaining the resort.

Riu Palace Las Americas: We didn't want to leave even after 2 weeks!

The rooms were great. Clean, modern, elegant with a comfy bed, large bathroom and beautiful balcony. We had Incredible views that we loved waking up to every morning. We also ejoyed our evenings with the shows dancing and having a nightcap while staring at the upside down big dipper :)

Paradisus Cancun: Fantastic resort!

We were so impressed with Paradisus Cancun! Definitely the best all-inclusive we've ever experienced! Fantastic service-friendly and very quick to respond! Stunningly beautiful hotel atrium and wonderful beach. Top quality drinks too!

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Fun family vacation!!

Our family had a great time celebrating my nephews wedding at the resort and enjoy the warm sunshine on the beach. There were a few hiccup with the wedding venue that I believe got worked out. In the end we all had fun . My suggestion would be to have more entertainment at night ( dance club) and also food served at the beach. Not everyone wants to be at the pool area. With all the new Reno I'm am sure in time it will be a great resort to visit again.

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Well worth the money

Very clean, great food and we felt very safe. Renovation are very nice and the beach is spectacular. Guest rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Order the special coffee in the Italian restaurant

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Fantastic stay!

We stayed here from December 9-18th and from the minute we arrived the service was wonderful and staff friendly and helpful! Our room was a standard room but was large and clean, comfy bed and beautiful tub and shower. It seemed as though almost all of the balconies faced the pool or ocean so there weren’t any bad views. The beach and pools were beautiful and the pools nice and warm, and hot tubs actually hot! The gym was great, new equipment and Victor was by far our favorite staff member [... read more]. He was extremely helpful for being the staff assigned to the gym....he was like a personal trainer!! Thanks Victor! Food was great and drinks were fabulous; the French restaurant had the best French onion soup I have ever had! You will not be disappointed if you stay at this resort!!

Grand Oasis Sens: It was our honeymoon and it was one of the best vacations we have had!

We stayed at Temptation from November 21st to the 28th for our honeymoon and we were not totally sure what to expect based on the online reviews. First few days we partied hard and made some new friends. The whole place is amazing and we loved the new décor. General We stayed on the fifth floor in Bash tower, our room was large with a huge king size bed, there was a walk in shower, the room was a very clean and modern. Food What can we say about the food, it was all excellent. Loved [... read more] the daily sushi bar at the buffet. As far as ala cart's go "She" and the Italian were our favorites. Staff The staff were amazing always willing to help make you feel welcome, Very friendly and always smiling. The third day we were there they decorated our room with rose pedals, chocolate strawberries, towel swans on the bed and a honeymoon banner on the door. Overally The place is truly amazing and we will definitely be returning, but there was one thing we'd like to see: Other than the honeymoon decorations there were no other days they did the towel are and my wife truly missed that.Foam party was so much fun, we loved every minute of our stay, the entertainment team made it that more special. We came prepared with costumes and took total advantage of the theme nights, this was my favorite part! They could possibly consider changing the theme night line up from time to time. This was one of our best holidays yet, we partied like rock stars and had so much fun, we miss all of our new friends already. We are looking forward to another Temptation Vacation in 2019, hopefully the new one will be open in Punt Cana. We will be back., A & A

The Pyramid Cancun: Fabulous Resort

Ocean right outside the doors. Long winding pool with many wetbars along the way. More restaurants and bars to choose from. Entertainment bar none. Also a casino on the premises!! Beautiful vrounds to walk along.
