Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Riu Palace Los Cabos May 2014

Please note I did email a review on May 31 to my Travel agent Karol Charenza, see below, Hi Karol,, Thank you, Los Cabos is amazing, so much to see and do, people are nice, safe. We really enjoyed we the holiday. Yes, almost got swept away in the waves, The hotel was very beautiful, clean, very friendly staff. food in the Buffet was very good and interesting. I am sure many guests will post comments, or contact the hotel. But we would definitely return, location was perfect. Tours very fun, well organized. Sunwing reps were very nice, helpful. I would never travel with those flight times again though. Arriving so late, starved, just made the buffet before it closed, right off the bus. Leaving so late, no one had a late check out, change area much too small for so many. Thanks again for your help, Pam

Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel and Romantic Getaway: Not Nearly The Experience We Had The Year Previous

Pools were not clean. Food service was horrible at the restaurants with tiny portions. Food service at the pool was better. They ran out of beer. We had excellent service in Nov. 2012. It was our best vacation ever. We were so disappointed with the food service. You had to wait FOREVER to be served at the restaurants. One night after an hour wait time, they served us our soup twice. We were past hungry at that point and left to go to our room.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Awesome place!

Fun, relaxing, good food, fun atmosphere, amazing event team, modern rooms. They have a separate kids area so people without kids were able to relax. The beach was awesome. Alright service. Short drive from the airport which was awesome because who wants to sit on a plane for 6 hours than a bus for another 2? The only thing I would complain about is they pushed massages on you, they had people standing outside of the restaurant doors has hassling you, and asking you while your relaxing at the po [... read more]ol. We probably got asked if we wanted to go to the spa 20x and were only there for 5 days! Also a if your planning on tipping, bring lots of small bills, they do not exchange for 1's at all!! Which was soo frustrating.

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: great resort

Great, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool, good food. Would stay there again. Short distance from downtown. Close to local shops, clubs, and activities. Awesome beach. And amazing shows put on each night.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Clean Resort, Great Staff

This resort while in need of an upgrade was very clean and comfortable, a la carte restaurants were very good. Walking distance from Bucerias and shopping. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very large Adult pool.

Barcelo Huatulco: Good value for price

Rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. Grounds are well kept. Food is good. Staff friendly. Beach is clean & nice but watch the undertow with small kids or non-swimmers. Close to fantastic small town for safe real Mexican experience. Book boat tours on beach for whale watching, fishing, turtle spotting, snorkelling all in one.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Couldn't have picked a better spot!

Everything was above expectations. The service is spectacular. No bugs to worry about at all. Just fun in the sun. The food was great and plenty of it. Will definitely be returning to this resort someday.

Dreams Huatulco: Beautiful resort

Service was great! Drinks were a little inconsistent, food was pretty good. Only negative, aggressive sales people pushing the Dreams Club(whatever it's called). The resort layout was awesome, everything was close. I'm not sure upgrading to the preferred club was worth it. No wristbands or towel cards were nice too.

Catalonia Yucatan: Decent

Pools were excellent ,, that's where a lot of the action was at. Staff was excellent and volleyball ball was located such that it was never hard to find players there wasa beautiful little Beach area with snorkeling and calmer waters only complaints were that we had a leaky roof (but they upgraded or room) and that the main Beach area was rocky and not super functional

Bel Air Collection Xpu-Ha Riviera Maya: amazing resort

Is was an amazing journey for me and my fiance and I would go back with no hesitation. The staff was good and helpful. The food was different everyday we loved it. My fiance decited he will come back for sure .

Allegro Cozumel: Good resort

Well all, beautiful beach, normal food, friendly staff. We were in the same a resort in Playa del Carmen, which we did not like. Allegro Cozumel is much better! We'd like a variety of foods and softer mattresses.

Delfin Beach Resort Puerto Vallarta: love old town

apparently was once the best hotel in old town. . iI think it was built for president Kennedy. if you can afford the ocean front upgrade then it might be worth it. Would only stay there again if super cheap. Beds are horrible as is the food. Lunch might be ok> Usually go out for dinner anyway.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Beautiful Resort, bad service

We arrived at the resort around 11pm, we paid for the preferred club, but waited in line with everyone else. That was the start of the very disappointing service at this resort. The food and drinks varied all the time, one day it was good, the next day is was not good. The rooms were average, in need of repair. We were very disappointed!

Grand Riviera Princess: Very Clean Resort

We stayed here over the Christmas Holidays, so it was busy! Cleanliness: Excellent, one of the best I have stayed at for cleanliness Resort activities: I travelled with 2 teenagers. They enjoyed the sports bar, but besides that there wasn't a lot to do for them. If travelling with small children more activities for them. They did have a fabulous New Years Party!!!!!! Resort: Very large, but there are regular shuttles to move you around. I stayed platinum suite and it is a short walk to beach,  [... read more]but about a 10 min walk to restaurants. I found for the the most part staff were pleasant, let's face it you can get a grumpy person anywhere yu go! Beach: Nice sand, but in water it is rocky, like most of the coast here. Platinum section of beach, not enough chairs or staff for this section. Drink service poor at this area. Dining: Meals were average to good when yu got seated. We made reservations the first day we got there for most of the week. It seemed chaotic when yu checked in with hostess for dinner, and not always did they get your reservation, so make sure you have the slip of paper that they give you with your reservation time with you. Restaurants are not well labelled outside, so it might take you a while to get the right one. Rooms: Clean. Accurate pictures and descriptions online. Platinum worth extra $.

Royal Hideaway Playacar: Magnificent!

All i can say is that my husband and i take one to three trips per year and we never go back to the same resort but i can guarantee everyone that we will most definitely being going back to the Royal Hideaway Playacar. It is one the most best five star resort we've ever been to. Excellent food, drinks, rooms and beach.

Grand Riviera Princess: Horrible resort

Service is terrible as well as the food. Over priced resort not worth the value. Lobby service was rude and ignorant. Rooms were basic and not cleaned until late in the afternoon. I highly do not recommend this resort to anyone wishing to travel to mexico.

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Outstanding Resort

I could not fault anything, huge thought process was put into this establishment. Staff very accommodating, Gardens and landscaping were in process when we were down, when completed it will enhance the beauty of this Hotel.

Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Amazing family vacation

Our family visited this resort in march 2014. We all had an amazing time. The children's pool was our favorite spot! The food was fabulous and our room was gorgeous!! Wish we could go back My children aged 4 and 7 had the time of their lives and ask daily if we can return to mexico

Iberostar Waves Tucan: Great vacation

The hotel is well located . The transfer from airport to hotel was fast. It is à short taxi ride to playa del Carmen . The grounds of the hotel were amazing. We had an océan front room which was Worth the up grade. The beach is well maintained. staff are very friendly. Food was ok.

Marival Emotions Resort and Suites Riviera Nayarit: Nice grounds, beware of thefts

The resort was nice, friendly staff and had beautiful grounds. The rooms were a little outdated. The food was horrible, it seems they had the same food in the buffet everyday. The location is great not too far with a central plaza. We did have a theft issue, where my ny hat was stolen from the room and the management refused to take responsibility for its staff. I then did a little research after I came back and I realized that this resort has had theft issues in past and management has refused  [... read more]to take responsibility. I would not for back there again.
