Riu Palace Paradise Island: Not the Best

The grounds were nice food was great . Room was not good . Windows were full of mactac glue No balcony Facing parking lot One bar only . Very noisy .no entertainment at all Front desk was rude and unacomadating No shops to look at Very boring resort

Riu Flamingos: Best Vacation

Everything was very clean and well organized. That includes the rooms, beach front and pool area. The food was great, there was a wide variety to choose from! All the workers were welcoming and helpful, there was always entertainment to attend. Never a dull moment, honestly wish I could have stayed longer. This was an amazing trip, I cannot wait to come back!

Riu Guanacaste: Love this resort even more the second time around

This resort is amazing! So clean. The garden is beautiful the scenery is gorgeous and the people were so friendly. I went with my mom who uses a Walker to get around and the staff took the time to help her when needed. I would definitely go back a third time. Maybe to get married

Riu Guanacaste: Wonderful stay at Riu Guanacaste!

Riu Guanacaste is surrounded by beautiful mountains and lush forest. The beach is breath taking. All the area of the hotel is extremely clean and well kept. The grounds are amazing and well manicured. Dinning areas are also well looked after. Very tasty food and good selection of fruit and vegetable. Service in the dinning rooms are excellent. Riu Santa Fe: good and the bad

well I had read a bunch of reviews before booking the good and the bad .. people were right that the place is beautiful and kept as clean as possible ..the pools were good there are some for every one and the water slide park was pretty cool.. check in was simple . The booze is cheap and gross gotta tip well and ask for some better stuff .. It is a party resort .. i would suggest for families to stay at the palace next door .. the food was absolutley nothing to brag about ..

Riu Reggae: Very good

Staff were awesome from Reception to waiting staff. Down point room was not cleaned twice. Had to call to be done. Did not like beach as feet sink into sand too deep for me to enjoy the ocean. Could have been more variety in the choice of food.

Riu Santa Fe: Great View

This is huge property but very well maintained. All ages would enjoy this hotel. The food was some of the best I have had. The staff does their best to make your stay a great one. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Amazing vacation

Grounds were so tidy and resort employees were always willing to help. We felt so welcomed at the riu palace paradise island and we will be back. The food was also delicious and lots of options to choose from.

Riu Republica: Rui Republica

Had an amazing vacation at the Riu Republica. Would recommend this resort to friends and family. Great balance between partying and relaxing. Beach was incredible as well as the service. We can’t wait to go back next year

Went here for my honeymoon and the resort was amazing! Great staff, clean, yummy food, beautiful beach and pools. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation! We will definitely be back here

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Very little to complain about

Let me start by saying this was my first time in Mexico and im very glad I chose this resort. The hotel itself is gorgeous, very modern, our room was nice and spacious, it was very clean, we never felt unsafe and the food was very good. My favorite was the buffet because it had a little bit of everything. Second favorite place to eat was pepe's, the bar b q was perfect when you want a quick bite by the pool. Only bad thing I really could say is this resort is not really wheelchair accessible.  [... read more] Elevators were pretty far away from eachother, not enough ramps, and no automatic doors (from what I can remember). Other than that I really dont have anything bad to say about this resort.

Riu Playa Blanca: Great resort

I wouldnt call it a 5 star but I would still recommend a week there if youve never been to panama... as well as a week in Panama city. I added this sentence to get to 200 words. It still wasn't enough.

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Great trip!

Thanks to Candice Anger for all her help with our Bahamas trip! The Riu was a great hotel, all inclusive, the food, beach, pool and resort does not disappoint! I would definitely recommend for a four day getaway!

Riu Republica: Good place for young people

We had a good time here, but it’s a party resort. You can find a quiet side too if you want to relax, the beach is amazing but a little bit wild. Food was okay, you can find something to eat. I’m Not sure I’d come back since I like the previous hotel we used more so probably I’ll use those hotels in the future.

Riu Bambu: Rui Bambu

I was so excited by going by pictures of this beautiful staircase that i was told was there. To find out the place has been totally remolded days looking for this staircase and no longer there. And even the people working there said they dont like the new model. The food was same everyday and brought out for days old and not fresh. The intertainment was horrible. And some staff were getting people to sign and lie on a petiton saykng there pink party and white party they had was good. But no one  [... read more]went and as we were sigiing this sheets the guy drank all our drinks. And we had to wait long time for them the first time. The plane going there should not even be in use. The seats were all broken and fall to the side. Window edge coverings where cracking. We got no complementy champaigne and we paid 100 for these seats. It was disgusting dirty. The swim up pool was to be adults only out of 5 pools and kids were destroying our drinks repeadily. Tooms were teo beds put together so we slept apart or fall between cracks. I would rate this 2+. I was not happy for 3000. Spent. And on he way hime flight again no specualty at all.

Riu Bambu: Very nice resort

The resort is laid out well and has lots of eating areas. Only thing that was bad was swim up bar close to the front. There is not supposed to be children in swim up bar area. Place was packed and kids splashing water in your drink. No signs up to tell no kids either. An announcement was made but no one listened. The entertainment at night was non existent and terrible lol. They had the entertainers going around getting people to sign petition saying it was good. Then they would take your drink  [... read more]and go to next table. Also when I went at the end of May is pretty much full of locals on vacation.

Riu Playa Blanca: Nice resort

Hotel is okay. Staff need to know more English for proper communication as this is a tourist location. Not a 5 star as indicated. Facility is clean. Food is good only for those who eats everything and does not have restrictions.

Riu Palace Baja California: UNBELIEVABLE!!

Amazing resort. Loved the infinity pool and the view beyond. Buffet was great. So much to choose from, but the taco bar at lunch was the best.Staff is amazing! My cup runneth over, Lol. Entertainment staff made it so fun. Can't wait to go back.

Riu Montego Bay: The beauty of the people

I was able to visit the Riu in Montego Jamaica along with my family in May 2019. We arrived mid afternoon with a welcoming smile from sunswing staff and she was able to guide us to the front desk to check in right away. Then a kind gentleman took our languages and walked us to our rooms, on our walk he asked us our name, where we from, is it our first here and so on. I travel often and see people doing there jobs just because they have to but you can see that they don’t want to be there. Everyone of the staff from house keeping, dining, bartenders, landscaping, towel attendee, lifeguards and especially the entertaining crew were AMAZING. I would call a few names but I don’t want to leave anyone out. They were friendly, kind, approachable, helpful, supportive, open to communicate and interacts with all there guest of all ages. Another thing that I loved about the staff is that they never made you feel that you needed to tip them and when you did they appreciated it. I didn’t give each time but I got them same kind smile which never changed. The food was good but the environment brought me and my family such joy and I would recommend anyone to experience it. I hope whom ever is reading this will share my review with the staff and express to the how great of a job they are doing. I will continue to brag about my trip to everyone I know n don’t know. Riu Guanacaste: Would not go back

I was truly disappointed in the resort and in sunwing We booked more than four months out asked for a room close to the elevators as I just had surgery and was put on the fourth floor room 4019 facing the trees so no view and half way between both elevators Grounds where kept up beautifully Rooms where clean but nothing over the top Food well I can say was just ok There was no place to get a snack inbetween meals Any music that was played was always so loud and there was very little day [... read more]time entertainment and the night entertainment was way below par As for sunwing we where more than 60 out and the price than started dropping and they would not even consider price match or room up grade when all was said and done one week before we left the price was more than $ 500.00 down each person This was not one of my best vacations with rui and sunwing
