Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Wonderful resort

Can't control the weather that's was our only issue. Made the room very damp all the time and made you feel that way to. But hotel grounds,food,service were great. We went in end of November. Rained a lot of the time...

The Pyramid Cancun: Would not return even if free

We went in Jan-Feb and it felt like we were in spring break. The resort it self is beautiful but not enough staff in any area. Check in was awful, it too two in half hours just to check in no drinks were served upon arrival and we could not go get anything until we had a bracelet, no apologies! Room was averGe, nothing fancy. All the buffet was blend, same every meal. The Italian n sea food was good. Would not return if it was free. Grand Sunset Princess: Beautiful resort!

The resort was impeccable! Spotless clean, classy atmosphere in adults only area. Food tasty. Bartenders were fabulous and pool staff great. Best jerk chicken. Only downfall is distance of swim beach. Quite a walk but all amenities are there once you get there. Resort is an hour cab ride to anywhere. Best day, we rented cab driver named Tyrone and he drove us to see towns, Blue Hole, for jerk, ochos rios. It was best family day ever! Ask for Tyrone at cab desk

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Blown Away.... Completely

Our stay at the Grand Bahia Coba will never be forgotten. The facility was stunning. The grounds were spotless, the food was amazing, our room was beautiful. The resort exceeded out expectations. The staff are what put this vacation over the top. The staff were incredible. Words can't explain the extra time and effort each staff member that made us feel like we were the most important people staying there. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Everything we hoped for and more!!!!

Stunning grounds, plenty of food, top notch service, amazing people. Mexico is one of our most favorite places. Pristine beaches, excursions were safe and enjoyable with many options to choose from. Would definitely return again!!!

Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: Beautiful resort but very noisy

The hotel property was beautiful. The room was spacious and luxurious and very clean. The resort itself was very noisy everywhere except the cafe on the main floor. Music played throughout the day and evening wherever you went on the property.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Beautiful resort!!!

The resort was very well maintained, and the employees were very nice. This was the second time I've been to blue bay and I would definitely go back again. I have suggested this resort to some friends as well.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Great Place

This is a very large resort. The grounds are very well kept. The tram running between the three resorts makes it very easy to get around. Lots of choices in where to eat; but book your alacarte meals upon arrival. Food was very good. Beach is satisfactory, but not the best we have seen. Pools are very good but too many people running down and staking out a spot even though it is posted not to. Rooms are great. Clean and quite comfortable.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Beautiful place would visit again

My husband and I went here and really enjoyed ourselves. The grounds are beautifully maintained the rooms are clean the people are very friendly. From the pools to the beach to the garden area everything is so well-maintained. The restaurants are very nice and the food is above average. What's really nice is the fact that they have a little golf cart rain shuttle to all the other resorts that are linked to this one. Grand Park Royal Cancun: GET SOME MORE UMBRELLAS'!!!!!

The hotel was nice but was no shade around the pool and no umbrellas with the exception of about 8 which of course people reserved early morning. I had two kids with special needs with me so they were nice enough to let them stay in the luxury beds- which most of them were empty anyway. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Food was good and all resaurant staff were great.
