Catalonia Montego Bay: Great place

We had a FABULOUS time. Definately going back. From arrival to departure the staff was awesome....rooms were clean.....and the FOOD was amazing! The jerk chicken from the hut was hard to walk by without getting some and the bread was so yummy! The Italian restaurant The Serento was again fabulous-went 3 times!

Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista: Awesome hotel and staff

We totally loved the hotel and the staff working there. They were very professional and treated their guests with respect. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The Disney shuttle was also a nice plus for this hotel. The maid service was awesome.

Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Disappointed

Pros: beds and pillows good, enough loungers as hotel not busy. Location good half way to mega or San Jose center. Cons: a/c ok, hotel old, no breeze in lobby or walk ways to rooms. Breakfast good can't go wrong with eggs and toast, not a good variety, no option of champagne and orange juice, juices powered not fresh except one verde juice. Lunch: repeat every day no changes for buffet, the menu at beach restaurant limited but good if you want to eat the same thing every day. Supper was not [... read more] good, the standard very poor. We are out every meal for supper off resort. No good alcohol being used. Fridges in room not stocked and you have to pay for drinks. Music repeated by pool gets boring. Entertainment non existent for the most part. Closed restaurant when not enough people. Asked people to leave when closing. The staff did not help each other and stayed in there sections. We had to get our own coffee many times. Some servers pleasant others only there for pay check. No team work noticed. The pool man very good at his job. This hotel did not live up to the reviews we read and will not ever stay at a holiday inn again. We will never stay at this one for sure.

Holiday Inn Ixtapa: Relaxing holiday in the sun

Very clean , well maintained and well laid out resort for it's age. Much work is needed to upgrade this hotel to compete with the newer modern hotels nearby.The location and layout of this hotel is perfect.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Fantastic resort

This hotel was beyond what I was expecting!!! the food was great & the a la carte restaurants especially the Italian was fantastic. It was great to have a non-smoking hotel & also an allotted beach for smoking which was also an adult beach. this resort also catered to children & had a lot of activities for them. The place is so clean & the staff very friendly. The bartenders (Orell at the adult bar & Jodi at the lobby bar) were out of this world at remembering what you were drinking. Catalonia Montego Bay: Lovely

Nov. 26 - Dec. 3, 2017. The resort was lovely, clean and well kept. It is small and everything is close by, the beach, buffet, Jerk Hut, bars, etc. The staff were friendly and house keeping came into our room everyday. There are no mini fridges in the rooms but you can request one. The water is not recycled and you can drink the water from the tap in your room. No tummy troubles at all! The front desk even called after to make sure that everything was working properly. The beach water is clear and calm. Definitely kid friendly. There was a lot of weeds in the water. There was always something to eat. The breakfast buffet was from 7am to 10am. Then the Barefoot bar started serving food at 11am. Hamburgers, grilled cheese, and fried fish. At noon the Jerk Hut served jerk pork and chicken. So yummy. We will go back.

Catalonia Montego Bay: did not get what i paid for.

I booked this hotel resort because i was celebrating my birthday and I thought it would be a great idea to celebrate in jamaica. the entertainment is top notch. have had way better experience at a different resort. however to each his own,. I know that the staffs performance is mediocre. I noticed the way they treat a certain class of guests as compared to how they treat the other. not even an acknowledgement on my birthday wow. Would I stay there again? absolutely NOT. the staff need pro [... read more]per customer service and sensitivity training. i know that the staff are doing their best but need great improvement. If my friends book this hotel they would do so on their own choice. The food selections are the same not much choices. my experience at this resort was was not the best period. I am glad that I had rented a car. MY highlight was going to another resort for lunch which was awesome and amazing .

Catalonia Montego Bay: Excellent resort!

Enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. Friendly Jamaican people, accommodating staff, good food especially at Sorrento restaurant. The Carribbean as usual very beautiful. The resort is geared more to people with children so it is not for everyone.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Holiday Inn Resort - November 2017

Overall this hotel was a good place to stay in Montego Bay. Beautiful lay-out, clean rooms, good variety of food, friendly staff and good entertainment. Only complaint was the a/c in the room was loud.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim: Adequate Resort

We stayed 7 nights at the Holiday Inn; renting 3 rooms. What disappointed us the most was the lack of security. Our doors did not lock to our room (2 out of 3 rooms). There were no room safes and only a limited number at the front desk. We requested the doors be fixed and they were, and promptly. We waited 2 days for access to a safe at the front desk leaving iPads and cell phones in rooms until then (no issues there). Room keys went blank frequently and when getting them re-keyed, the fro [... read more]nt desk staff blamed us for putting the cards near cell phones, which we had not. On the last day, husband's shoes went missing while we at Disney. We were told that none made it to their lost and found. Not sure how it would be possible for them to leave hotel room on their own... Restaurant staff were very courteous and attentive. Good access to bus and in waking distance to downtown Disney. Kids eat free when ordering off the menu - not buffet.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim: Fantastic hotel!

The grounds around this hotel are very well kept! The rooms were clean and well stocked with supplies. The beds were comfortable! The staff were all very friendly! In the dining area the staff was very accommodating ! We were a group of ten and there was never a problem! They were all very friendly and really made us feel welcome! It made our stay very pleasant! Thank you all!

Holiday Inn Orlando Suites - Waterpark: Crappy resort

I will start by saying that when we arrived at 200 am we checked in and got taken to our room with a golf cart which was ok what wasn’t ok is the guy sat there and said well get in load your luggage and didn’t help nice service not .so rude.this resort for being a holiday inn does not offer anything they charge money for everything they can. It’s out in the middle of nowhere so if you didn’t have a car you were stuck buying food there.we ate the breakfast buffet one morning and my 10 ye [... read more]ar old nephew could eat free but not off the buffet that was a joke the breakfast they brought him for free could not feed a mouse they didn’t offer a continental breakfast or anything free coffee in the room there was 3 of us drinking coffee never gave us enough .we got told that the movies and lazer tag were free while staying at the hotel it wasn’t . The free shuttle well one night we waited for it at 1130 at night they didn’t show up we were all cold and tired we ended up taking a cab they gave us our money back but we had to go through all that for nothing .the only good thing about this hotel was Casey in the restaurant she helped us out with things .the last day we were stuck at the hotel we had to eat there all day very expensive when you have 3 kids they offer nothing I have stayed at holiday inns before and they at least offer free breakfast. We went out by the pool which we had to figure out on our own how to get into the area the hotel staff were no help .I do not recommend this hotel unless you have a car otherwise you are stuck there oh and one more thing they offered free wifi we didn’t have it till the last day brutal when you have kids and they are bored .dont stay here unless you want to spend lots of money .thanks sherry suthons

Catalonia Montego Bay: Great location and most friendly staff

Very clean hotel grounds. The room was a little dated without a fridge or any bottled water. However it was clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They treated everyone the same whether they got tips or not. They food was good. The drinks were ok.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim: Couples Disney Vacation

Loved this place! Our room was always clean and had everything we needed in it, even when we didn't leave the room til later in the day we'd come back to a freshly made bed. It's perfect walking distance from Disney, maybe 15-20 minutes. There's a Shell station right beside the hotel which is great for buying muffins and affordable drinks. Don't pay $4 for water in Disney, go to the gas station! Haha hotel staff was very nice and helpful as well. My only complaint, and it isn't really the hotel' [... read more]s fault, is the shuttle service they use for transportation to the airport. The driver was excellent but the dispatch overbooked her shuttle with 10 adult passengers when it is only seated for 7(plus driver)!!!! A couple that was supposed to be in our shuttle had to get out and find alternate transportation because we couldn't all fit. For $19 a person I'd expect more professionalism from the Karmel shuttle company.

Catalonia Montego Bay: great vacation, wonderful people

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was very pleasant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our deluxe room was on a corner, second floor and over looking the ocean. Pauline and the other housekeeping staff ensured the room was clean and were quick to supply anything that was needed. We were there while Hurricane Irma was devastating the other Islands and Florida. While we had a little bit of rain and it made some larger surf, we were very luck to miss the full force of the storm. Staff at the  [... read more]hotel were paying close attention to the weather and seemed to be prepared to act if necessary. The storm did wash in a large amount of seaweed to the beaches, which was quickly cleaned up by the beach staff. Those travelling with children would be happy to know that , smoking on the grounds is limited to one smoking area, and that there is laundry rooms available free of charge for guest to use. It was our first visit to Jamaica and we certainly will go back. Thanks Heather at Trip Central, once again provided us with a great vacation.

Holiday Inn Munich Centre: Nice hotel in a nice location

This is a 4 star hotel in the outskirts of Munich, very easy to get to by Subway or Taxi. It does cost $90Euros to take a taxi from the Airport, but that cost can be split amongst several travelers. The rooms are functional and the Hotel Managers are attentive to your needs

Catalonia Montego Bay: Thoroughly delighful resort

My husband and two kids spent seven day at the Holiday Inn Resort in Montego Bay. This Resort is well worth the price. It's perfect for a family with children. We would definitely go back. The resort had a wonderful Jerk chicken, ice cream and hamburger huts. The bars opened at 10 am. The Jamaicans were not shy with the RUM MAN. Lots of selections at the buffet something for everyone. Good Free internet. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Holiday Inn Montego Bay, Jamaica

This economical Hotel is showing its age unfortunately and is in need of a facelift. Pleasant and clean it was very dated. We changed our room because my other half wasn't happy with the rust he saw around the corners of the bathroom. They changed the room and it was better but still the shower faucets/bathtub/sink had no shine from too much age/cleaning. The sink is behind the door making it difficult to access. Why would they built it this way is beyond me. The extensive grounds are well ma [... read more]nicured with flowering plants/bushes/trees. The private beaches were nice but you couldn't go walking along them as all 3 on the property were too small for walking. Although this kept out beach vendors. The water was clear with stones for a few feet starting on the shore, then the grass seaweed began, this for me was not safe to walk on as some patches you sunk and there could be sea life hiding underneath...I was not comfortable walking on this. It was shallow for the 1st 100 ft if you are not afraid of the water and no undertow. The Island directily across the main beach had shallow water making it easy to cross. It was lovely but, too windy for us. There are 2 pools: 1 for family/children with a lazy river encircling the main pool, where all the daily activities were being held. The other pool had a swim up bar with railings surrounding the perimeter for adults only. The "jerk hut" had another bar with delicious Jerk Chicken. The buffet was fabulous with a variety of gluten free/dairy free foods, fresh fruits, extensive array of veggies day and night. Meats were flavourful; lamb/goat/mutton/chicken/beef/pork/fish: stews, grilled, sauced, curried and low in salt. The 3 restaurants were expertly staffed and the foods were delicious. The chefs accommodated my lactose free diet without problems. The only thing missing was Espresso!

Holiday Inn Resort Aruba: Paradise

This is the second time we have stayed at this resort. The grounds, pool and beach area are beautiful and one would say one of the nicest on the Island. They are very generous with their liquor when making drinks and the food is plentiful and very tasty. The rooms are nice however we had issues the 1st night when we arrived with bugs in the room. Not 100% sure as to what type but I had my suspension . When we call the front desk they were more then accomdating and moved us to another tower t [... read more]hat morning. They were very apologetic and sent a bottle of wine with a cheese platter to say sorry. This is a good resort however i would be open to trying another location. Do your homework and read reviews before you go and suggest to stay in the ocean tower.

Catalonia Montego Bay: It was everything we were told it would be. And more.

The hotel staff were amazingly friendly. And went out of their way to make the group comfortable. Especially the Buffett workers. The food was excellent and very tasty we had one food allergy person with us and they made sure she had lots to eat. The smoothy bar was a great choice in the morning. The Italian restaurant was my favourite. The only thing I would recommend would be a coffee bar for the nonalcoholic drinkers like myself.
