Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Wonderful Resort!

The Resort was super clean, the grounds and Pool were very well maintained and over all the food was very good! The staff there were all very nice! The Room was dated however it was super clean and we were only in our room to change clothes and sleep! My only complaint was the beach did not have cover for their lawn chairs...I burn easily and so I did not spend too much time on the beach! Thank you.

Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana: Best vacation yet

All the positive reviews are true. This resort is fantastic and you will not want to return to your daily life. Don’t miss out on the water park (such a good time) and the entertainment activities they have during the day and evenings. The resort and rooms are also very clean and well maintained. All the staff are truly wonderful and set this resort apart from anywhere else I have been. Bring extra sunscreen. The sun is extremely strong and the gift shop is overpriced. Pros: - Options to use Zilara or Ziva amenities (if you are 18+) - Very clean and well maintained - Endless food options with food stands for lunch daily - Fruit stand at the beach - Waterpark - Incredibly kind and helpful staff - Overall design and detail of the resort and restaurants - Safety (felt very safe being in the cap cana community) - Travel to and from the airport is seamless and quick Cons: - I did not enjoy the food at Noodle and Thread, but the staff were incredible just like everywhere else - The beach has sargassum which seems to be more seasonal based on other reviews. The staff work extremely hard to clean it up, but I think trip central should note this somewhere so at least travelers are prepared if the beach is important to them. You can still swim and enjoy the water once you go out a few meters from the shoreline. Some days on our trip were clear and we could see fish. I would not let this deter you from visiting the resort as it has so much to offer. - The pools can be a bit of a "club" vibe but if you want a quieter vibe the beach is perfect for that

Jewel Paradise Cove: A great resort

The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. We especially appreciated the easy access to the beach. As seniors we liked that the resort is small so we felt comfortable in finding our way around. Just a word of caution to other seniors - there us no elevator and ir us difficult to get a ground floor room and especially one that us t off if the noisy pool area. It took us until the third day to get a quiet room on the first floor

Jewel Grande Resort and Spa: Incredible Experience

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Loved the food it was the best we’d ever had at a resort. The staff was incredible and super friendly. They went above whenever they caught wind that we we’re celebrating our anniversary. Champagne left in our room with some delicious treats. A special plate of dessert at the Asian restaurant and special fruit plate prepared for our couples massage on the beach. Thank you for making our time so special. Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Great Resort

The Jewel Palm Beach was a great resort and would recommend highly recommend it. The restaurants were amazing with no reservation needed, we did all once; Japanese food was great, Italian we did twice again food and service wonderful, Mexican great and French wonderful. The bars at both the pool and lobby were great servers at both were fantastic. There is a mixologist every night with specialty drinks. The rooms are clean and well stocked, with towels twice a day if needed. The bed was very comfortable we had a king, the pillows were not great but tolerable. Entertainment was great a singer every night followed by entertainment on the stage by the pool. Two nights we had silent disco which is so mush fun. We like smaller resorts so this was perfect. We’re not beach people but people we meet were very happy we loved the pools and had no problem finding chairs with umbrellas and if we didn’t the staff brought one to us.

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Great Resort!

I went to Jewel Punta Cana in early April and I have a quick summary of the resort below: The bus ride from the airport was about 45 minutes. The resort didn't feel full, I think it was under capacity so it was very relaxing and chill. The buffet is repetitive at lunch and breakfast (but I eat repetitive at home) but the food was great! For lunch you could also get food off the grill by the pool bar and there was a outdoor pizza oven that was great as well. First time I have been able to order a steak in Punta Cana and they cooked it properly to my request. The beach did have sargassum some days but I could easily walk over it. The water was warm, I was expecting it to be more rough than Bavaro beach but I found it the same or less rough. The ocean is rough first thing in the morning but by 9am it was much calmer. It was much quieter than Bavaro beach there were some vendors but they were not pushy. The pool is large but narrow, more of a relax and float pool until you get to the swim up bar. I found the staff very friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms were a little dated but it didn't matter to me as I didn't spend much time inside.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Wonderful Resort!

Overalll, this resort is absolutely lovely. The vibe is professional, happy, and well run! I found the grounds and property to be super clean and well run. There was always ample staff around to take care of any requests or needs. The food and drinks were top notch. There are always certain things that need to be improved but overall, this resort will definitely please.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Amazing Resort

We stayed here for 2 weeks (Feb 25 - Mar 11) with 3 other couples and had a fantastic time. The staff was amazing and so friendly (Whitney, Marvel (can make a mean Coco Loco), Akello, Amoy to name a few). The resort is the right size for getting around, loved that there was a swim up bar at every pool. Food was awesome. Rooms were clean, fridge was stocked daily. (parrot fish, moray eel, barracuda etc.) We went out fishing on the glass bottom boat, that was fun. What we caught and kept we were able to bring back and the chef cooked our fish for us to eat for lunch. Tie die was fun as your own personal souvenir, just remember to bring your own white shirt, hat etc. The dinners on the beach or the one on the main pool desk was nicely put on with live bands playing. We would definitely stay here again.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Don’t go here!

This resort smalls so bad from all the Rotten seaweed, that washes ashore. You can smell it as soon as you enter the resort. The resort has no beach the swimming pool is small and there is never any chairs and as soon as you arrive, they hit you with timeshares for the Hilton. The bars don’t open and will not serve you until after 11 o’clock. The Buffay is small and has the same food almost every meal. The beach that is accessible is a public beach and always locals bumming and bothering y [... read more]ou. Don’t waste your money go somewhere else.

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Fabulous Resort

This resort did not disappoint! The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained, the pool is huge, food was great at the buffet and a la carte restaurants. The staff was amazing at all of the bars and restaurants and our room was cleaned well every day. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We would be happy to vacation there again!!

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Great Resort

The Hyatt Zilara lives up to expectations. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. As well, the restaurants provide a variety of food which was well prepared during our stay. But what I liked best was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. A special thank you for wonderful service to Jesus in the Spice restaurant and Diane from the recreation department.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Perfect but

Location was great as was food in all locations. Pool was heated and large.Loved the coffee shop and all the staff.I loved everything but the resort needed 1or 2 more washrooms and because I have mobility problems perhaps a carpet on the beach. The place was full of warm friendly staff.

Excellent hotel, very good room(could’ve improved the bathroom), excellent people, all employees very nice and courteous, activities and vibes team were just top. Jewel Paradise Cove: Amazing Resort

We stayed at The Jewell Paradise Cove from Feb 25 to March 11 2023. We have travelled for over 15 years and this is the best resort we have ever stayed at. The food was unbelievable, if you cannot find something delicious to eat then you should stay home. The chefs prepared the best chicken and curry dishes everyday. The beach is calm and clean, I did miss the ocean waves to play in but not enough to change my mind about this resort. The water sports were available and the staff were so helpful. I highly recommend this resort.to any adult that wants sun, heat, relaxation and appreciates such wonderful staff.

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Hyatt Ziva Riviera Cancun 2023 Vacation

Excellent service, awesome food, drinks, entertainment and accommodation. The grounds were well maintained. Beach is mediocre but we can’t complain. Many don’t get to travel thus we appreciate and are grateful for it all. We had a wonderful experience with beautiful memories. We will definitely return.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: 2 Star at best

Standard rooms are so tiny. No windows for natural light other then the shower window in some. There wasn't a place to even put our suitcase. The toilet backed up overflowing sewage all over our room. Desk manager offered to switch out the toilet that would be a 4 hour job or switch to another standard room but it wasn't clean yet so we would have to wait hours for cleaning. Ma [... read more]nagement idea of a resolution was a 25 minute massage with the signage of a social media silence disclaimer. I felt this was a huge slap in the face. I wasn't looking for any compensation only for the resort managers to do better for the guest.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Great location!!

Location was amazing and staff was amazing. We got a standard room and it was a little room in a corner, nowhere to put our luggage. If you are going here upgrade your room. Buffet was small and not much options. You need to be up very early to get a chair as there is not enough and people reserve by 6am and door come back down until 10am. There is no beach and the little beach on the north corner is rocky. So if you love beach then this is not the place for you. Jewel Paradise Cove: Perfect size. Beautiful location

This resort was a perfect size with superb staff and great food options. The beach is small so no walks along the beach however the ability to take out a kayak or paddle board anytime was nice. Loved the jerk chicken hut and yoga classes.
