Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: Beautiful resort

The resort was amazing and the grounds were well kept, and the staff very friendly and helpful. My only issue is that there was not a great selection of places to eat that offered food other than Fish to eat.

Sandals Grande Antigua: Very nice resort

The beach is amazing, room is nice but could use new pillows, staff is nice and always friendly, food is good but was expecting a little better. Not much night life, the resort is very quiet after 10pm. The sport activities are good.

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: Amazing Christmas getaway

Service was amazing, everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and made us feel no request was a bother. We want to give extra credit to the following staff for adding to our experience. From the Pavilion Restaurant - Jason & Marquis. The Pavilion Bar - evening staff - Joanne, Kerry & Darnel. Also Joanne who works during the day. Golf Pro- Dave. Cricketeers Pub - John. A word of caution - evening meal sizes are quite small for a man. The Surf 'n'Turf at the Pavilion was overcooked. Can't say enough about the meal in La Toc! Out of this world We needed the coffee pot replaced in our room due to a loose handle and while we were talking to the front desk staff they were calling housekeeping - incredible service. This is one of the best vacations we have ever had!

Sandals South Coast: A trip to remember

This was our first trip to a Sandals but it will definitely not be our last. The rooms were clean and well equipped and the housekeeping services were excellent (thank you Tiffany). The food was more than we could have hoped for both from the perspective of variety and quality. Our favorite was Neptunes and we returned for a number of visits (I highly recommend the crab cakes). The best I could come up with was Chocolate Ice Cream, rum cream, chocolate chip cookie, white chocolate chips and french vanilla liquor. The beech was not overcrowded and the staff at the beach bar by the Dutch Village were fantastic. For that matter, all of the staff were fantastic and would do whatever they could do to help you and make you happy. Would we go back - YA MAN!!! If there was any downside at all it was the drive to the resort from the airport. Being our first time, we did not know what to expect so the winding roads were a little stressful now and again. Knowing what to expect on the return trip, all was good!!

Sandals Royal Bahamian: Highly recommended

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation at Sandals Royal Bahamian. The hotel features English Colonial style, the grounds are immaculate, the beach small but clean with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. An outstanding feature is the Sandals off-shore island which you can get to by free shuttle boat from the dock in less than 10 minutes. The Island is quiet and peaceful and has its own spa, restaurant, and lovely treed walking paths complete with zen gardens. Snorkelling is great there are there a [... read more]re loads of fish and turtles to see. Sandals staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to provide you with what you need. Shout out to Ashanti and Tracy who were awesome. Our room was beautiful, clean and had a view of the ocean. If you use the spa, be aware they add 12.5% tip to the bill automatically which is not disclosed up front. All in all, we cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful resort and will definitely be going back !

Sandals South Coast: Great!

Great hotel, very clean, awesome service in all the restaurants, especially at Neptunes. Special thanks to Eshane and Davia for being so great! Always great service with high respect and beautiful smiles.

Sandals Grande St Lucian: Sandals Grande, Well Worth IT!

The layout at this resort is just perfect. Not too giant as some of the larger Mexico and Dominican resorts are, and not a tiny property either. Food is accessible throughout the resort and in the main concourse area. We stayed in the Massade building, with partial ocean view. This building is very nice and convenient to all amenities. Food is excellent and they have a wide variety of restaurants to suit all tastes. This is our 5th Sandals stay so we knew what were were getting into when  [... read more]we booked. I would rate this as a close second to the Antigua location. We would definitely return to this location again!

Sandals Grenada: good resort

Beautiful grounds and gardens. 5 minutes from the airport but a long check in period after a longer flight. Large, comfortable clean rooms. Spectacular food options especially the sushi, best we`ve had anywhere! Second choice was Butch`s, steak was heavenly, close 3rd choice, Le Jardin, romantic and dress up. Excellent food service ie Daniel. Wouldn't swim in the swim up bar pool, no fault of Sandals. Mix of a few people you`d see in the commercials and babba muggers, wide age range. Romantic, l [... read more]ots of newlyweds and couples reconnecting. Would prefer more dress up, only 1 restaurant required evening attire for dinner. You`d think that people spending this much on a vacation could afford some nice cloths. Diving very disappointing. Long wait times, disorganized, look after your own equipment if you take it. No nitrox, not a problem for us. Took 4 1/2 hours to do a 1 tank dive on the final day with transfers. Dive boat only leaves from the resort in good weather otherwise you are taxied to the marina in St. Georges. Spa was excellent, great service but unfortunately fell asleep 3/4 of the way through my massage, hate when that happens! Must do tour is the atv drive to the waterfall. 1/2 day blast. Beach a little disappointing with restricted access to open water with buoys and break-walls but nice sand bottom. Not a good location for snorkeling. Did not get the feeling of being 2nd class unless members/butler patrons had a smoother check in. Felt sorry for the butlers in formal attire with gloves in the heat and embarrassed for the guests requiring their service.

Sandals South Coast: OMG.....the most beautiful resort!

I am SOOOOO impressed with my recent trip to Sandals South Coast. My husband and I had a phenomenal time and were so sad to leave. We will definitely be going back. It was a perfect combination of having time to ourselves and spending time with the other people at the resort. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. The 'playmakers' were so much fun and really added to this experience for us. Furthermore....Julie, the agent that booked this trip for us was incredibly helpful. Thank you everyone :)

Sandals Barbados: Nice but small

The hotel is nice but small the beach was great but the service was terrible pretty much all around . Had to wait everyda at least 10 to 15 minutes just to get a glass of water or coffee in the morning . Swim up bae is vee small and again 10 to 15 minutes to get a drink . I will not go back to this resort ever

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: The Staff Work So Hard to Keep Us Happy!

The four of us were very impressed with how hard the staff worked. The pool staff, the Butlers, the bar staff, the cleaning and maintenance etc. Always friendly and asking if we needed anything. We were very impressed with how well the grounds were kept. Every morning the grounds crew were blowing the leaves of the roads and walk ways. The resort was immaculate! Thank you Sandals Ochi!

Sandals Barbados: Disappointing Honeymoon with Sandals

The resort was faxed our wedding invitation and acknowledged honeymoon specials we would receive while we were there. Once we got there we confirmed that they knew we were on our honeymoon and they advised there was a note on our room. Each day and night went by and there was zero acknowledgement of this. We did not receive any of the perks they said that we would not even the measly rose petals on our bed. Construction was going on every day at the Sandals Royal Barbados site right next doo [... read more]r which is right beside the main pool. All day you could hear drilling and other noises. There was always a 10 minute wait to get a drink at the pool bar The staff only walked around the pool to pick up empty glasses (and this was barely done) but never took drink orders. The staff did not seem interested in serving anyone, they were not overly friendly. Day time activities were sparse. The only thing they consistently did was pool volleyball. They advertised beach volleyball and texas horseshoes but when we went to go take part, it was never going on. The night time entertainment was terrible. The first night they had performers which were okay but the area they set it up in was very compact and crowded. Every other night they had a few people singing the same songs over and over again. One night it took 15 minutes to get through to room service. When we finally got through and ordered our food never showed up. Our Club Sandals advisors always seemed bothered when we attended to make a reservation or look for information. They advised they would help us book an excursion and when we went to do this, all they did was walk us over to Island Tours and left. One person even made a big deal about having to get change for American money that we used to pay the balance on our room, trying to insist that we just pay with a credit card as it would be easier. The food at each of the restaurants was great but at times, you were sat way past your reservation. The servers at the restaurants were professional. When we checked out of the resort, not one employee asked us our trip was. Overall we are extremely disappointed with our trip. Considering we spent four times the amount of money going to a Club Level Sandals 5 star resort than our last trip to Riu Palace in Mexico we would expect two times the quality and service. Unfortunately this was not the case. We would have been better off going back to Riu for our honeymoon as our experience at that resort was impeccable. I would never recommend this resort to anyone and doubt I would ever spend this kind of money again to attend a Sandals Resort.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Great resort

Sandals in ochi was awesome. They staff are amazing. So friendly and warm. The resort was clean and food was good. I felt bad for the cats on the resort I wish sandals would have a vet come fix and give them shots and sell cat food on the resort . I saw a lot of people trying to feed them. They all said they enjoyed the cats. We had a great relaxing time . The beach is so nice crystal clear water.

Sandals Royal Bahamian: Sandals Naussa

Excellent resort. Great service and food was exceptional. Would go again. Lots to do between the pool activities and other water sports. Great snorkeling and you must try the scuba diving. The instructors are very professional.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Best Couple Resort Experience!!

This hotel had everything we where looking for and more. This property was fun and exciting but also had privacy when we needed it. We stayed in the butler suites and enjoyed our own private pool. During the day we would go to the one of many pools or to the Oceanside and enjoy the beach. The food is above average and the service was incredible. With Sandals you pay a little more but get treated like royalty. Truly the best vacation experience we have ever had. Thank you Sandals for making our t [... read more]rip perfect!!!!

Sandals Negril: Just returned from sandals

The hotel is great as was the weather but the employees of this sandals are what makes it special. Beverley,and Kimbelee and Stephen in the loyalty office and Andrea in weddings made our stay exceptional . They made us feel special and an issue we had was solved immediately. We cannot say enough about these people . Thank you again.

Sandals Barbados: Great Value

Many choices for places to eat with great food - mimosa and smoked salmon at breakfast, shrimp and large lobster tails at dinner and the best filet I've ever had! Top notch liquors throughout the resort. Service at Mariners Restaurant was slow and not terribly friendly. Bed was the most comfortable we've had in the Caribbean.

Sandals Barbados: Good Experience - first time at Sandals

Our first time to Sandals celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. Weather and ocean are beautiful. Food is excellent ( I have to say its quality vs. quantity) not too many options at the buffet at breakfast and lunch (no buffet at dinner time) but everything that is offered is excellent. Staff very friendly and always greeting guests.

Sandals Royal Bahamian: Excellent Resort

The hotel was very nice,well kept, clean, great service. Beautiful resort. The beaches were incredible. The restaurants and food were just amazing the only thing we weren't impressed with was the Italian restaurant. The lamb was raw both times they brought it back to us. The sauce tasted like ketchup and was really poorly done. Other than that it was amazing. Maybe the entertainment could have been more versatile and more music played during the day. Resort was really nice. Food was excellent. Cleanliness was top notch. Wasn't too happy that when we arrived there was construction under way and our room was on the same side as construction so our view was a building site and noise started from 8am every morning. Staff very pleasant
