2nd More than sureal!

This is our second time at the Valentin Imperial Maya, The resort is beautiful, extremely well maintained, the service is excellent, and the food is above delicious...We will certainly be back next year. Entertainment was excellent, especially The Tenors...just amazing, we loved them!

Excellent vacation

We were there in early January with our friends. Four of us in total. Our friends have been to many properties in Mexico and they both agreed that this property had a lot going for it. The beach was excellent, clean warm water, powdery sand and enough chairs for all of the guests. The restaurants were have great services and food and since there was no reservations necessary, we were accommodated with out the restrictions of a reservation. Great Resort

The hotel was great, the staff were very accomodating anything you asked for they tried their best to accomodate. My husband ordered something for the menu he didnt like it and the head waiter immediately came to the table and said no problem order anything to replace it. The rooms were big and clean with beautiful views. The pool and pool seating area always clean and never had a problem getting a lounge chair by the pool. The entertainment team were always on the go with pool volleyball, pool  [... read more]biking, biking tours, pool zumba and nighly shows. Fun in the evening with karaoke in the sports bar then a night cap on the outside patio. We even had premium plus seating on the plane with snacks and champagne. We will definitely go back.

MORE THAN EXPECTED!!!

We can't say enough things about how wonderful this resort was. The pictures can never do it justice. From the beautiful rooms, lavish grounds, pristine beach and gorgeous entryways impressive all around. The food was amazing and kept incredibly clean, there were gluten free options and many restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful and the resort had so many activities to participate in. We will be back! Thank you Valentin for an unforgettable experience.

Fantastic resort

The grounds at this resort are amazing and very well maintained. Stayed in a golden suite which was beautiful and very clean Food and drinks were exceptional. Pool areas are fantastic, lazy river was very relaxing. If you want to whop it up then the main pool is the place to be. Special thanks to all the staff at this resort for making our stay very enjoyable. So happy to see so many people smile every day and a big hello.

The best place ever!!!!!

OMG, we had the most fantastic time at the Valentin Imperial Maya. This was our first all inclusive resort vacation and we were not disappointed. From the first minute to the last we enjoyed our time. The people who worked there were beyond amazing. The food and drinks were never ending. The accommodations were top rated. Execellent Resort!!

Would highly recommend this resort.... especially if you are celebrating a special occasion. There is a wonderful selection of restaurants and they accommodate to people with allergies. The rooms, beach, pool and landscaping are beautiful. Bring your walking shoes - there are lovely walkways throughout the resort - bring your camera along in case you spot a Coates or one of the many species of birds along the way. Fantastic resort!

From the moment we checked in we knew that we would be back. The resort is beautiful, the service is outstanding and the pool and beach are spectacular. Lots of activities pool side if you want to participate, or a quiet pool if you don't. The restaurants did not disappoint - a wonderful selection.

Beautiful property

The grounds on this property are very will kept, work being done every day. The wild life was interesting to see, the cotes, iguanas and racoons.The property is large, from our building we had close access to the restaurants but a five minute walk to the beach. The sea was rough some days but we managed to get in and enjoy the waves. Several restaurants to choose, no reservations required.

Excellent Resort,

Overall, the resort was very enjoyable. Good quality entertainment and lots of activities. The food was spectacular and service was fabulous. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Our room was very large and comfortable

Amazing place

the hotel was beautiful from the start,it is a huge place.7 days not long enough to see it all. but the resort is unbelieveable very relaxing,great staff orlando at the mar,isaac at la hacienda.the beach amazing,the food amazing as well.we recommend this resort,you have to go there to experience what we did.the lazy river was the high light you can just float around on a rubber floater.the weather hot,hot.we are planning on returning next oct.

Nice resort

We had a real good time at this resort. I would not class this as a 5 star but more a 4 plus. Food was good but it could be better. Would have liked to have the opportunity to do a la cate, when not feeling like dressing up for dinner. Our room was oceanfront, which was great, loved it. Real nice beach and pool. We do travel alot so will definitely keep this on our list, overall enjoyed the resort.

Great Resort!

We went to this resort for our honeymoon and it was great! Rooms were nice and clean, the food was great and we really loved the plaza españa! Would definitely go back to this resort for another vacation!

Luxury!

This hotel was beautiful and luxurious. The grounds were extremely well kept and clean. The exotic flowers everywhere were so colourful and amazing. The beach was very well maintained and the sunrises were extraordinary. The restaurants were fabulous. The food everywhere was delicious and fresh.

Super happy staff! Incredible food!

Surprised by quality of food. French restaurant is the best by far! Staff is super friendly and nice about everything. Beach and pool are clean and refreshing. Pool is a little warm and the breeze at the beach is much more enjoyable. Shows and entertainment are great, we didn't do a whole lot, mostly relaxed.

Amazing Resort

We spent 10 days at this resort and loved every minute of it. The resort is very clean and our room was more then we expected. There is always something going on to keep you busy or you can just relax and do nothing. Both the pool and the beach were the nicest we've seen in the Mayan. This was our 4th resort in the Mayan and we will definitely go back to the Valentin.

Great resort, amazing food!

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon and it was amazing! They gave us special honeymoon treatment with rose petals on the bed and a special dinner. Amazing food at all of their restaurants. We especially liked the french restaurant! The seafood was sooo good!

Absolutely beautiful !

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary this past July at this amazing resort. We enjoyed part of our stay with good friends and the four of us had a most enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and so very accommodating, paying close attention to my husbands nut allergy. The food and drinks were very good. The Italian and French restaurants were our favorite. Our very favorite part was the exceptional house band The Imperial band which provided us with a great time each night [... read more]. We loved them!!!! Lester and the entire band , you rock! The beach is gorgeous. Waves rough but swimable. Could use another beach bar due to size of beach. The massive pool was unfortunately way too hot and taken over by some very loud and rude guests. Overall we loved the resort and will definitely want to go back. We do recommend staying in the Silver club rooms, lovely and perfect location. Thank you to all staff for providing us with an absolutely beautiful vacation.
