The Venetian Resort: Las Vegas Venetian Hotel

Pros - beautiful huge majestic hotel with built in shopping mall - water ways inside and outside hotel add to mystique - large casinos on main floor - large rooms with sunken sitting area were kept clean - marble floors throughout - bus service is decent price - lots of sights to see inside and outside - no water saving devices, shower was great - bed was good - A/C and heat was good and not blowing across bed Cons - hotel was way over priced for what you get. - hotel charges an e [... read more]xtra $45 USD per day, plus 13.8% on top of that "resort fee". This is not disclosed until after booking - pools were mostly pay to sit seating and overcrowded tiny pools with sun only in select "pay" parts - two bath towels per day for two people - lighting in bathroom and main rooms were terrible, dark and just for show, not useful lights shining directly into your eyes and down the walls. One side of bed had all the switches. Other side had to walk around. Very hard to see what you were doing in rooms. - no usable fridge - no coffee maker or hot water kettle supplied. Coffee in the shops anywhere, was $5 USD or more. Bottle of water was $5 USD or more. - many snack foods, pick one up to read it and you bought it, no excuses - all Vegas restaurants are price gouging and attempting to rip off customers by adding "extras" to the bill. Cheapest hamburger was $18 USD, steaks at Outback started at $52 USD. plus food taxes - "the strip" in Las Vegas has absolutely no place to sit down, anywhere, unless you pay. You will stand on concrete, or marble, all day while browsing. - bus was not available on one side of the street due to construction. When bus would arrive the driver would yell, "we are full. Another bus coming in 8 minutes" which always turned out to be more like 25 minutes. Then you stand on the overcrowded bus also. - to enter any hotel you must walk through their massive casino containing hundreds of huge video games and cigarette smoke. - constant crowding while walking inside or outside, everywhere Luxor was much cheaper and you had the same service levels.

Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek: Nice resorr

Pros: close to Disney with free shuttle, delicious food, clean and beautiful grounds, nice rooms and variety of pools and hot tubs. Cons: some rooms have view of parking lot only, drinks and food are expensive.

Rosen Shingle Creek: The BEST hotel in Orlando

We have stayed here at least half a dozen times and won't consider any other property in Orlando. The hotel itself is stunning, the pools are clean and gorgeous, the staff are top notch and the on-site restaurants are delicious.

Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando: Need one of the swimming pools for adults ONLY

Hey, we enjoyed our staying at Rosen Inn, everything was perfect! the only thing we didn't like, is the swimming pools, they had 3 beautiful swimming pools YET its occupied by kids all the time, and didn't get a chance to enjoy Swimming due to kids and the noise by playing and jumping all over the pool, my suggestion, you need to have one of the pools only for ADULTS please THX Hana & Amjad

Caribe Royale Suites: Hotel was great unfortunately too many kids

The rooms were very nice and large, there was plenty of parking, the lobby was very attractively decorate and the staff were great. The pool area is nice however, they have signs everywhere saying that the lounge chairs cannot be saved and yet by 7:30 in the morning, you couldn't find a chair. People put their stuff on the chairs and then took off for hours. The rules really need to be strictly enforced. Food inside the hotel was extremely expensive however there are lots of restaurants near [... read more]by so it's not necessary to eat there. Rooms are equipped with mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave so it is possible to make or reheat food. It's a very nice hotel however, the experience was not that great because the hotel was overrun by screaming kids. Apparently the parents thought they were on vacation from parenting. I wouldn't go back.

Aria Resort: Aria

Poorly laid out, restaurants were lacking , resort fee of $51/ day turned me off . Prices for everything were out of line , if we wanted anything at a reasonable price, we had to go out and walk about 15 minutes to a Walgreens. I would not go back to this property

The STRAT Hotel Casino and Tower: Good overall

Very clean , room was ok. No coffee maker or fridge unless we "upgraded'. View was great! Staff good. One of the bartenders we're quite rude with us one night. The check in staff wasn't the friendliest either. Nice and quiet compared to other hotels. Not much to eat, most affordable was McDonald's. Overall 6.5 maybe 7/10

Flamingo Las Vegas: Flamingo Amazing Hotel

Clean and gorgeous Hotel. Location is perfectly located for walking distance. I would recommend Just one thing missing is the coffee machine in the rooms. Julia at Trip central is a pearl. she gave us all the information and help required to organized our first time in Vegas. Thanks again

Encore Las Vegas: Phenomenal!!!

The resort was super clean, friendly staff and so luxurious… would definitely stay there again!! The location was at the end of the strip but it was nice to be away from the busy end. Easy access to everything.

Harrahs: Disappointing hotel

Very disappointed in hotel. This should be top of line being owned by the Caesar group. Nickel and dime don the rooms that never got cleaned everyday. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone, nor will I be staying there again.

Rosen Shingle Creek: Absolutely perfect!

It’s simply a perfect hotel/resort we stayed there March 15th to the 19th clean safe ( Caribbean feel ) tons of restaurants 3 large pools great for kids and family’s I would stay there again in a heartbeat we truly had a fantastic family vacation thank you so much !!!!!

Royal Kahana Maui by Outrigger: Excellent Clean Resort

We stayed in a one bedroom suite with kitchen and lanai. The suite was spacious, clean and had everything you would need. The bedroom and lanai faced the ocean where we often saw Humpback calves breaching. There are several BBQs in a covered area by the pool which were cleaned daily. The staff were courteous and helpful. We had only two issues. We had reserved this suite 7 months prior through our strip Central agent. We were suppose to get a king bed which we never received. They stated we coul [... read more]d have one but no sheets guaranteed. Odd so we declined. We said that we made the reservation months ago and couldn’t understand why we didn’t get a king. The other issue was the hefty cleaning fees. Over $600 CDN. I don’t understand this cleaning fee now that COVID isn’t such an issue and that the fees should be worked into the pricing. This wasn’t an inexpensive stay. We didn’t receive a deal. Our agent was excellent and managed to have the fees reimbursed. We did t get overly upset. We loved the resort. We just didn’t feel that these fees should be extra. As well, our agent and ourselves were not aware of these fees prior to booking. We new a few Resort taxes would need to be paid. Other than that, be aware and ask questions prior to booking. It is a fantastic resort and Maui was beautiful to explore.

Caribe Royale Suites: Great Resort

The resort was amazing. It had everything you would expect from a resort. The staff was super nice and professional. The pool area was kept clean and there was more than enough space for all the guests! The rooms were kept clean and looked like they were newly renovated. Overall a wonderful experience.

Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach: Excellent hotel

We had a lovely, relaxing seven nights at the Alohilani at the end of February. Wow, was it a windy week, but otherwise it was delightful. The pool bar area is spacious and comfortable, and we spent more time there than at the beach (remember: windy!). Like a lot of Waikiki, food and drink can be a bit pricey, and the resort fee is also fairly steep (US$48 a day). But the rooms, services and amenities are all very good, and the huge lobby oceanarium is a great touch. Melia Orlando Hotel at Celebration: highly recommended

This hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean. Pool is clean and at a nice temperature. lots of parking for vehicles. Nice feature that it has fridge, stove, microwave, toaster in the rooms. I found the drinks to be expensive. Food was good and reasonably priced.

The Venetian Resort: very convenient room

The Venetian was excellent. Checkin was easy, rooms were huge, clean, and quiet. Be forewarned that as soon as you touch anything on the food and drink tray, you are charged for it. I did notice that since the last time I was in Vegas, it is much more expensive. Alcoholic drinks are $25 each and there are very very few blackjack tables for less than $25 bet. I didnt really notice anything relating to COVID. The Fashion Show mall was really lacklustre, this could be to still catching up from COVI [... read more]D. One thing I did not like was the smell of smoke. We found it permeated our clothes by the end of the trip. When you are used to smoke free environments, its hard to take. I had enough after three days.

The Venetian Resort: Great time!

We thought The Venetian was beautiful! The rooms were incredible and location was reflect! The hotel staff was exceptional … even in the middle of the night when there was a plumbing issue in my room. It was handled quickly and with resources that corrected the issue immediately. I was very impressed by everything and everyone at this hotel. I’m not sure I would book anywhere else on my next trip to Las Vegas

Pacific Monarch: The Pictures Are Misleading!

We debated between the Monarch with kitchen and a regular hotel set-up. Having been to Maui, we knew eating out is very expensive so we chose the Monarch. We were hugely disappointed with the room they first assigned us (terrible!) and got a new room the next morning luckily with little fuss. The second suite was still dated and the mattress literally on springs but the kitchen was functional and less scary. If not for the fabulous view and nice staff, this place would barely rate a star! The [... read more] windows are cheap so you hear everything even 28 floors up and there is a lot going on all the time. Location is only a couple blocks from the beach so that was good. We would NOT return!

Planet Hollywood Resort: Amazing time !!

First time using trip central, Evetything went smooth, Zero complaints, Had a amazing time, they upgraded my room while i was there,The pools in vegas was closed cause it was feb but it was as cold as canada

Best Western International Drive: Poor service from staff

Our first room was very worn down and dingy. We asked to change to another room. Our phone was broken and cleaning staff showed up each day close to 5 pm. Front desk staff very unfriendly. The staff member that worked in the restaurant was very friendly and happy to help.
