Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Amazing Vacation

The resort exceeded our expectations. The grounds,beach and rooms were outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. Lots of variety We will be going back again next year.

Sandals Halcyon Beach: Wonderful trip!

The grounds were just stunning! The lazy river was surrounded by tropical vegetation. Felt like we were in the garden of Eden! Always room at the pools, hot tubs and beach! A very intimate resort with very nice restaurants. Kelly's Dockside had such a nice ambiance and the food at Bayside was always good! We were a bit surprised with the lack of fresh fruit. Staff was very friendly!

Starfish Saint Lucia: A Great Resort

The Starfish is an older resort but it makes it a more friendly resort. The staff are more engaged and the resort is well maintained. The beach is beautiful, the food was great and we have already recommended this resort to friends.

Coconut Bay Resort & Spa: Great resort

We really enjoyed Coconut Bay resort. It was minutes from the airport, rooms were nice, food was excellent, and the staff were super friendly. The entertainment was amazing. It was a great holiday with our Family.

BodyHoliday Saint Lucia: Lovely Holiday with Family

The BodyHoliday Resort was one of the nicest resorts I have been to in the Caribbean. I went for a week with my family and we all had a great experience. There was something for everyone. The fitness activities were a great option but it was also very pleasant and acceptable to just sit on a beach chair and read/nap! The service was good and the people were quite friendly. The rooms were clean and updated. Sometimes the hot water took a while to come in the showers, but it just needed a little patience. The 'Deli' cafe with fresh smoothies and juices were amazing. This resort was a nice mix. You could spend one day doing a bunch of activities and then spend the next day at the spa and by the pool/beach.

BodyHoliday Saint Lucia: A unique all-inclusive.

The very high percentage of repeat guests to this resort is the proof. It was our first time. I'm a dad travelling with my daughters, ages 23 and 25. I wanted do-everything and do-nothing options for our small family and Bodyholiday did not disappoint. Lovely resort on a small, private bay. The pools were on the small side but beach wonderful. Special shout out to a man, Shivon (sp?), a beach attendant. Raise the flag beside your lounger and all our needs would be taken care--clean towel? Coconut? Bevie?

Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia: Great resort but very far from airport.

Great resort, beach is small but nice with white sand, some place has sand bottom some has rock. Beach reserved to Hideway guests is tiny. Beach chairs are so close to each other. Not very comfortable. Food in restaurants à la carte is average, buffet has a lot of choices. Service is great , very fast to react and even follow up . People in service are amazing. BodyHoliday Saint Lucia: Best resort trip ever !

Excellent resort with wonderful service from very engaged staff. The sports programming was also very well done - something for everybody ranging from very hard to beginner. Spa treatments were great. The FOOD was the highlight for me - off the charts compared to any other resort I’ve been to. A no brainer to recommend it to friends and family. We will be going back for sure.

Coconut Bay Resort & Spa: Very family friendly resort

Older resort with ongoing renos-- but very clean, nice comfy room with trundle beds for the kids and very good, friendly service. Great kids club with lots of activities and special events for kids up to 9pm most nights. Kids loved the lazy river and waterslides and many food and drink options including cotton candy and snow cones some days. Lots of food choices for all. Sandals Grande St Lucian: A little dissapointed

This experience is over-priced. I think you should get a lot more benefits for what you pay. I think tipping should be allowed in order to have better service. Service staff was often rude, would forget our drinks and would only provide good service if you complained. It seemed like everyone was expecting you to complain in order to get good service. The entertainment staff was practically non-existent. We would try to go to all of the shows but they were vastly disappointing, there was no area  [... read more]setup with chairs in order to enjoy the entertainment, you were left to moving large arm-chairs in the lobby in order to get a glimpse of the show (no stage setup). Day-time entertainment was non-existent, we checked the entertainment office where we were supposed to have access to board games 3 times and it was always closed. Front desk staff said it was open, and it wasn't. Biggest issue was all of the inconsistencies, things occurring at various times different from what is listed, no one announcing what is happening and where. Lack of smiles and hellos from staff across the board. The food was good but not exceptional, we were shamed by the staff when we were unhappy with the rushed meal at Kimonos and then went for sushi because the first meal was not satisfying. We often left the restaurants before our plates were cleared because they took so long to clear them.

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Fantastic resort

Rooms spacious, clean, with all necessary small things that helps to have like make up or shaving mirror, steamer and iron, hair dryer. Fantastic large shower with 2 shower heads. Separate tub for those who like baths and best for last, most comfortable mattress hands down!

Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia: Outstanding Vacation

We recently visited the Royalton Saint Lucia and were Hideaway guests. The vacation met our expectations and surpassed many. We have mixed reviews on the butler experience. We did not meet our butler until we went to the Hideaway desk and asked how it worked, which was the day after arrival (end of day). We then had 2 butlers, Monique was great, we joked that we knew when it was her day off when we didn't see a butler at all. He greeted us with a smile and many laughs at the end of each day. It is people like Chester and Monique that make a vacation very special indeed!! The amount of bars and restrooms throughout the pools and beach, and hang out spots were outstanding. No matter where you sat, you had both within a very short distance! A little far from Toronto to travel due to the 2 hours from Airport in Saint Lucia. We had delays at the Airport for both sides of our trip, which essentially made the trip almost 12 hrs....uggggg

Coconut Bay Resort & Spa: Very nice resort!

We stayed in Harmony, in mid November. Harmony is a wonderful choice, if you don't have small kids anymore. You can really enjoy calm and serenity in this part of the resort. Plenty of sun beds, near the beach and two adults only pools - everyone will get one, even if you wake up late. Beach is narrow, but long - not a big deal. You can still go for a long walks. They do a great job cleaning it daily from seaweeds. Food - is great, especially breakfasts, lunches and at the snack bars ( great j [... read more]erk chicken!). Dinners - we were a bit disappointed with the smaller selection and not a lot of famous St. Lucia's fruits. A'la carte restaurants - great, gourmet food, unforgettable taste!- especially at Silk and Calabash. Too bad they are not open everyday - this should be improved. There is lots of bars, lots of great drinks you can try. We loved the tea/coffee station in the lobby available at any time. Staff - very nice and polite. Rooms - super clean. A bit outdated, but that's not a problem. And the ocean view! Wow! Entertainment: We really enjoyed live bands and artists performing in the lobby every evening. Reggae beach party on Monday was great. Chocolate night on Friday delightful. And here is the only small critique we have: Big, evening shows could be improved; bands are not so great, especially disappointed with the Caribbean night . Western Country night- I can have plenty of that in the States. Karaoke night - so, so. Lobby; spacious, with lots of comfy sittings, but very hot; no AC and/or no ceiling fans. With a low ceiling and small openings there is not enough breeze and it get really hot in the evening. Our room was SUPER COLD and you could not adjust the temperature. The thermostat was just broken. Nobody could help us with that and next time we would ask for different room. Also - we had blinking green light from the fire detector, right above our bed and from what we could see it also bothered people before us, since they were trying to cover it with the gum... Not sure if all the rooms are like that. Despite that; would we recommend the resort? YES! Would we go there again - Yes!

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Beautiful Island. Amazing service

This was our first trip to St Lucia and we enjoyed every minute of the week we spent at Royalton. St Lucia is absolutely beautiful and the people were so friendly. We stayed at the Royalton Diamond club and I highly recommend it, it exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing week. The staff are friendly, grateful and enthusiastically willing to help. Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia: Amazing Resort

Fantastic in every way but one. Hotel staff in all areas seem miserable and unwilling to help. Very slow, unapologetic service. The facility is amazing, rooms are spacious, food is all delicious. Bugs are outrageous. Way too many bites.

Bel Jou Hotel: Awesome vacation

This hotel was an unknown entity to us when we booked, we checked online reviews travel agent suggestions etc. and decided to try it. To our amazement the hotel got better each day!! the lower pool with the self serve bar was awesome never busy always a good selection of lounges. Food selection and quality was very good every day, ala cart was very good as well!! Dean the manager should be very proud of his staff as they take great pride in their hotel. grounds were impeccable, railings painted [... read more], floors cleaned and swept, pool areas always clean and water tested regularly. Staff from the front desk to the gardeners always pleasant and a smile awaiting you. as for the rooms we had the garden view room with a king bed, walk in shower clean and nice size room just by the lower pool. We took the shuttle to the beach and to downtown Castries and was only 5min.

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Best Vacation!

We just got back from Royalton St. Lucia this past weekend and it was absolutely fabulous! We travel a few times a year to all inclusive resorts and this resort was by far our best vacation ever. It is now our number one choice. The grounds and building were immaculate. Never any garbage out anywhere. We had a swim out room and it was amazing! The water temperature was perfect and a nice amenity to jump in after dinner for a quick dip. The pool attendant even asked how we were enjoying the water and if the temperature was to our liking! The food was absolutely amazing as well. The buffet had a variety of choices to suit every taste. We were always asked if we had any allergies or dietary concerns. Our favourite a la carte was Hunters. Great service! The one place I was looking forward to the most was the Sports bar. The service was beyond slow. A few families and couples even left with the slow service but that was the only thing we could find fault with. The cafe was great for a night cap or morning tea or coffee. Love the coffee machines that you can get your own coffee if it was busy. I highly recommend this resort to anyone. We were already trying to decide which Royalton to try next and can't wait to return to Royalton St. Lucia. Because of this trip Royalton is our new favourite brand! New loyal guests!!

BodyHoliday Saint Lucia: Wonderful experience!

Bodyholiday is a fantastic place to go for an all inclusive vacation. The indulgent spa treatments, variety of activities, beautiful beach and friendly staff all combine to make a terrific experience. My four girlfriends and I all really enjoyed ourselves - a unanimous thumbs up for this place.

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: Amazing unique resort!!!

We traveled to all sandals in St Lucia, we found La Toc was the best for us. The views and grounds out matched both other resorts. The Butler service is highly recommended, makes your stay more enjoyable and relaxing. We are planning another stay at La Toc.

Mystique St. Lucia by Royalton: Beautiful Paradise

We travelled Nov 2/19 for one week to Mystique. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff are all amazing, the beach is a 10, and the food and drink excellent. This resort is a place you can keep going bank to...planning a repeat visit next year.
