Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Very affordable holiday. Nice resort but needs some TLC.

We stayed here about 16 years ago and the place was very nice. On this return trip, it was obvious that Memories Flamenco is an older resort. It needs a complete paint and plaster job inside and out to the rooms and buildings to make them more up to date and fresher. The bed was very comfortable. Very good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. Cleaning staff and serving staff were great and very friendly. The pool was well maintained with some newly added poolside beds and perg [... read more]olas. The food was some of the best we've had over our our several Cuban vacations. Didn't appear to be any supply issues like last year.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Amazing beach, best I have ever seen... Everything else was pretty sub par.

Beach was definitely a 5/5 beautiful, plenty of shade when wanted, plenty of sand bars. Rooms were clean, A/C worked well and plenty of hot water. Just dated and old... glass doors on the toilets was an odd choice... Food was extremely disappointing, I lived in the Dominican for 6 years, fruits and veggies are the cheapest best things on any island. Sadly the buffet was better than the a la cartes, the service was good but their attempts at Asian/Italian showed how little quality ingredients they had on hand. Booze was not of any quality names, no fun island drinks. Mixes were all from powder, and to top it all off the bars were fully stocked come 2pm but that's all the was put out when you drank everything on the shelf and was never replenished. We arrived to the hotel at 10:30pm the main bar had draft beer and gin remaining.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Loved The Experience

The staff was wonderful. The food was good and the accommodations were good. We had excellent weather, and somehow under an embargo, there were able to provide excellent service. Very good value for the money.

Memories Jibacoa: Cutest adults only resort

It's a small resort but very cute and the grounds are very well kept up, neat, clean. The beach is beautiful and amazing there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas did not have to fight for any of them. There is a beach restaurant with excellent food. There are three restaurants you need to book two of them are delicious. The Italian restaurant was awful they do not know Italian food or how to cook it. Memories Jibacoa: Another wonderful 2 weeks at Memories Jibacoa

This resort is well stocked, lots of food. We had lots of bread, ketchup, mustard, even had french fries and pizza. The room was great, water pressure and temperature is good. Staff are amazing, all of them are great! The beach is lovely, great snorkelling, plenty of beach chairs. We will be back!

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Amazing beach

Memories Caribe was one of the best resorts we have stayed at in a long time. It was so relaxing there and the beach was gorgeoso.us. We will be booking soon for my 65th next year, with about 15 to 20 ppl....can't wait....

Excellent beach, caring and dedicated staff, outstanding à la Carte Restaurants and abondant food choices at the Buffet (bœuf, chicken seafood/fish, vegetables and all kind of deserts). The only thing that i would like is to have hot water in my room….

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Had best time EVER

Can't say enough about this wonderful resort. We had the best time ever. The staff is beyond accommodating and will bend over backwards to ensure that your stay is perfect. We were surprised that the food was pleasantly good and we did not go without! We will definitely be returning!!!

Memories Paraiso: Not What It Used to Be

I loved Cuba years ago, but this visit to Memories Paraiso was disappointing. The resort felt empty and sad, with tired staff and poor food. Even after being upgraded to Grand Memories, the experience didn’t improve. The buildings are rundown, the beach was messy, and there was little for my kids (young adults) to enjoy. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Would recommend ! The staff were friendly and the food was decent, there was a flood in our building but our floor wasn’t affected, took them a few days to resolve it. Would recommend the Asian a la carte.

Love this resort. If I have one complaint it is with Sun wing and their flight times. If people are not leaving the resort till 5 pm then they should automatically get a late check out. People leaving at 12 noon don’t need to check out at 3 pm

Stay were great . Rooms were excellent. Loved our stay people friendly and aim to please. The amenities excellent. Butlers Carlos and Eddy were on top of things. Very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. Made our reservations for a la carte so we did not waste time doing so.

Memories Jibacoa: Fabulous Resort

Absolutely Love this resort . The staff is super friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and the grounds are kept nice. Food is great , lots of variety, with 3 a la carts and also the Buffett. The beach is really nice with lots of shade and sun for which ever you prefer. Totally recommend this resort . Excellent

Memories Jibacoa: Memories Jibacoa is our favorite all-inclusive by far

Amazing staff, amenities, food, and a feeling of being safe. We made friends there, and would happily return for another enjoyable trip. If you ever want to go to Cuba, this is the place to go. It is an adults only resort

Hotel was spotless.. staff good.. rooms spacious and beautiful.. ground beautiful, beach was nice very natural and food for cuba was OK.. lots of a la Cartes, butler service was an added worth while touch that we never had before.. thry went above for our anniversary, decorating room and they had a bottle of wine in our room and had booked us a special dinner for that nite. This was a great resort. Our room was located in the Sanctuary side building 34. Very close to the adult pool and the adult beach. Our butler was Dani(Danielle).She was awesome.Would send her a whatsapp message and she would reply promptly.In the room was a card to fill out when you wanted your room cleaned with 3 different time frames. Stayed at the Grand memories sanctuary April 6-13,2025. The resort is excellent. Staff extremely friendly. Food was pretty good for Cuba. No shortage. Other than bread for a few days but no big deal. Had an omelette every morning for breakfast. Entertainment in main lobby every evening was second to none. Very talented musicians. You can have quite beach or pool. Or you can have entertainment at either one. Plenty of spots to get food and drinks. Beach is nice and relatively flat at this resort. [... read more] Pools and swim up bars are nice. Lots going on if you want to be busy or just want to hang out. Choice is yours. I have zero complaints. Took my 25 year old son with me. We had a great time. Snorkeling right off the beach, if it’s not too windy. Went on a catamaran day tour. $85 USD each. Pick up at 9 and back by 5:30 pm. The snorkeling part was just ok but the rest of the tour was amazing. Nice cruise on the ocean. Amazing sea food and other food lunch on an island with an incredible white sand beach and 3 hr stop over there. Well worth the money. All and all I would rate the hotel and the vacation a 9/10. Went with low expectations and was pleasantly impressed. Would definitely return to this resort with Sunwing.

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Santa Maria: Outdated resort with nice beach

Great beach!!! The food was below average. In the buffet restaurant nobody takes care of hygiene. Rooms are outdated and beds are old. Usually bed sheets were stained as well as bath towels. If you don’t tip them, they will say we run out. Every single day you can expect different things to be missing. No bier, no caps, no gin, etc.

Great resort...rooms are dated but very clean and comfortable....staff very friendly....food at A La Carte restaurants very good, buffet good but repetitive....grounds and common areas well looked after.....good and close to airport as well.....would recommend this resort and will be going again

I didn’t have the best vacation because of the new Manager Sabrina who caused issues with the group I was travelling with. She was insensitive to special needs and ruined our trip. Also the chair wars for adults was absolutely ridiculous. I paid for premier service and did not receive what I paid for. Rooms were good, clean and the Cuban staff was amazing.
