Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Good Resort

The staff were great, food was good and the location of the hotel was amazing. The biggest issue was the room would run out of hot water and the water would shut off for up to 20 mins while showering.

SeaGarden Beach Resort: Great food! Good location.

3-star resort grounds very well kept, rooms clean. Older resort with some new additions. Great buffet selection (chefs on site!) with plenty of choices at all 3 meals. Wait staff very friendly. As the resort is near the end of Kent Ave., it is less busy with traffic than on nearby Glouchester Street. Three small beaches available across Kent Ave. with some decent snorkelling outside of the beach area. Beach bar/grill very busy. Pool snack bar not the greatest variety of food. Our room (40 [... read more]7) in a great location (corner room facing garden and siding parking lot and Kent Ave.), however, as it is close to road, noisy drivers/car music/car alarms (horns?) sometimes noticeable. Jets landing mainly in late morning to late evening noticeable but not irritating and didn't continue into the night when we were there (Feb 26 to March 5). Bed (queen) very comfortable, shower weak and needs work. Fridge was replaced the 1st day with a new one. Nightly entertainment very local and good. On two nights food was served outside, around pool. No vendors on private beach. Good choice for adults.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Awesome resort

It was very clean our room was very nice people were amazingly friendly. Food was delicious.no straws for frozen drinks but we survived lol a lot of activity to do very organized Loved our stay we will be back

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Incredible!

The Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort was simply fantastic. Clean facilities, super friendly staff, delicious and varied food options. The entertainment staff was energetic and hilarious. We couldn't have asked for better service. All staff was extremely helpful. Grill and bar on the beach is fantastic! Clean water, clean sand. They were always working on something, cleaning something, even if it already looked clean!

Hedonism II: Excellent Resort

The beach is great , the staff is Absolutely perfect, the food has an excellent assortment and always great choices. Rooms very comfortable. Pools well up kept and great Times to be had by all. Night shows different 7 days a week and like being in Vegas. Piano Bar always a super time never know what's going to happen...lol. Recommend with A+ Good Times and Super People.

Catalonia Montego Bay: the resort was amazing !!!!

The staff was awesome.....such warm and welcoming people !!!they made are time there so much fun .. cry when I had to leave . I have soooo many friends there now !!!! will be back ! felt like home .. The stage shows were off the chain...food was phenomenal! it was like being in heaven. .

Dreams Rose Hall: Great resort

Very safe, lots to do, friendly staff, lots of variety in food/restaurant choices. Close proximity to airport. Lazy river and water slide were great to have. Pools & Grounds very clean. Very hard working staff. Interesting location with Rose Hall mansion and old ruins of the sugar plantation aqueduct nearby.

Couples Negril: Resort was great

Our first impresion was disappointed with the front desk. It looked like a effort to be there. After that things improved greatly and the rest of the staff made up for the front desk, beach was great with all the sand.

Great location on 7 mile beach rooms kept fairly clean Since it’s not a all inclusive resort (only breakfast included) there are many restaurants to choose from on the beach or just a 10 min cab drive to the cliffs Food is amazing

Booked 1 week with Eliana to holiday inn Montego Bay she was amazing the hotel was super staff could be more helpful and friendly maids and garden was the best when u went to book dinners they could not care less bartenders in the lobby very rude casino lady was great

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Awesome resort

Gran Bahia Principe is an awesome place for a vacation, staff is very friendly, food is good excellent beach and Jennifer Brown with Trip Central was awesome she was very helpful by being very knowledgeable about the resort and very prompt with the paperwork

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: absolutely loved this resort

I pretty much loved everything about this resort and can't wait to go back. The staff are so friendly and fun. Food was delicious (could work on keeping food in the trays hot would be my only complaint). The hip strip has so much going on and is right there. I never once felt unsafe. Loved this place.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: What a gem

Love the location and all oceanfront rooms. Food was delicious, resort was clean and staff friendly. Rooms were modern with flat screen tv, bathroom was large with rain head shower and maid did an excellent job. So convenient being right on the hip strip.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Less than Stellar

We have been at a number of Sandal resorts and quite honestly were disapointed with our Ochi Rios experience compared to others. Food and service were both less than satisfactory. There certainly seemed to be a lack of communication amongst employees and management. In summary, this was not a typical 5 star Sandals experience.

Riu Montego Bay: Amazing stay!

I had a phenomenal time at the Riu Montego Bay. ALL the staff are so entertaining, kind and helpful. For someone that went alone, I felt safe, comfortable and was completely satisfied with my entire stay.

Melia Braco Village: Quiet Resort

Unfortunately our vacation started on a very sour note with Sunwing delaying our flight from 9am until 4:30pm. When I originally booked the trip flight departure was 6am and return was 9:40pm, this changed two days after I booked our package with Tripcentral. Flight delay was due to "mechanical or technical" issues with the plane, which I find very hard to believe. I was very disappointed with the poor compensation from Sunwing for this delay. As for the resort, we have been to Jamaica 6-7 times, never to this resort. I enjoyed that it is very quiet. The layout and gardens of this resort is absolutely amazing. Rooms were ok, first given a room with two doubles and thankfully they were able to move us the following day to a room with a king. We had no problems with hot water which I was very happy about after reading previous reviews. Beach is rocky in parts, did bring water shoes but just ended up swimming in areas that we were ok without them. Food was good, enjoyed the Japanese restaurant and the steakhouse. Great service at both spots. Lunch we did the buffet and grill a few times both were fine. Ordered room service twice, nice to have the option as we had such a late arrival our first day there. Service was great at the bars as well. Do feel the drinks are watered down however we usually had wine in the evenings and felt it was good. Was very windy a few days, disappointed could not do any water sports. Overall resort is nice, enjoyed that it was quiet but again feel it was hard to enjoy it to its fullest due to the negative start by Sunwing.

Shaw Park: Freindly staff, quaint and comfortable resort.

I've recently returned from my 1 week stay at Shaw Park Resort. It exceeded my expectations in terms of guests traffic and customer service. Though quaint in size, the amount of guests coming and going was perfect for us. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating creating a family and friends atmosphere. The resort is literally on the beach shore which was one of the main booking features we were looking for. What's even better, is that Shaw Park Resort is located near quite a few [... read more] local attractions, Dunns River Falls being just one of them. Needless to say my daughters and I were very sad to leave and would definately stay at Shaw Park Resort again. Cheers ;)

Riu Reggae: Great Vacation!

Just came back from the Riu Reggae in Montego Bay Jamaica. We had one fantastic time from start to finish - didn't want to leave! Everybody was so welcoming and friendly. Food was fantastic and entertainment I can not say enough about. Every night these dancers put on quite a show after working hard all day entertaining guests with different activities. A big shout out goes to all of them for a job well done! Special mention to one fantastic dancer that I could not keep my eye off of when  [... read more]he was on stage (Short Boss) and to the choreographer for creating fantastic shows each night. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone thinking of travelling to Jamaica.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing resort

Hotel, resort, pools, food, staff all top notch, would highly recommend this resort to anyone!!! Great entertainment all day as well as every night!! Lots to do in the village shopping and entertainment. Great jerk chicken!
