Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Good trip

To start there are pros and cons to this resort. First of all it has a great beach and the grounds are well kept. The staff in general were very good. The food was as what I expected for Cuba. Now the cons. The rooms are in need of a big face lift. The small bar fridge was never refilled. Choice of alcoholic drinks were very limited. All in all we had a good time

Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Amazing beaches but service was lacking

Beaches are amazing and rooms clean. Hotel how ever lacks upkeep. Chairs at buffet have cloth cushions which were full of stains. Food was blah with long lineups. Service was slow at the bars or non existent although there were a few employees that were excellent at there job.

Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Loved this resort!

The hotel was clean , beds were very comfortable, the only problem we had was with the toilet , it didn’t work One day but they fixed it while we were at the beach. The maids are great, room service refilled our fridge daily with water, pop and beer. The food was good , something for everyone one, the only thing was some chairs at the buffet were stained, and some of the beds in the pool area were stained as well. Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Beuatiful Resort

This is our 6th visit to Cuba, and the first time at the Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo. This is definitely our favourite resort. Very clean rooms and well manicured gardens. The layout of the property is also very appealing considering it is such a large property. Handicap room for my parents was perfectly situated to accommodate a short walk to the beach, pool or dining areas. Special thanks to the friendly wait staff in the buffet who accommodated our large group each time.

Gran Muthu Imperial: Great resort - okay food

The resort is brand new and beautiful/clean and is very close to Pilar beach. The staff makes this place amazing however the food situation is something else. Zero food safety standards in place nor is there any consideration for people with dietary restrictions (ex. vegetarians). Countless times did I see raw meat touching fresh vegetables. It seemed like the "cooks" in the dining area preparing your food are not really cooks as it felt like they didnt know what they were doing/making. The menu [... read more] was a little redundant with soft "tacos" and pasta being served every day. A la carte presentation was a 10/10 but the food portions were way too small. Other than that, the trip was a phenomenal value given the price you pay and what you get.

Gran Muthu Imperial: Beautiful Resort

The Hotel, pools, grounds and view where really nice. Local small market and store very close to it. Workers where very friendly, drinks where awesome. There where a few small issues with power, water, and maid service. Still had a great vacation

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Caribe Cayo Coco, Cuba

This was by far the best resort we have ever attending from Costa Rica, to Mexico. No issues with the food always lots to choose from and quality was top notch. Fresh vegetables, wide selection of meats. Beach was awesome and shows better then some cruise ship shows. Will be back again.

Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Somewhat fell short but overall not bad

We travelled with a party of 13. We had heard great reviews from a couple of people. We had high hopes that this would be a great vacation. I’ll start with the pro’s. Pro’s: 1) grounds very well kept 2) rooms clean and spacious and updated. Showers are great! 2) beach is nice not great. Seaweed not cleaned up daily. Disgusting and dirty. Not sure I would recommend this resort. There is a lot of potential to make this a great resort but they have some things they need to work out.

Gran Muthu Imperial: Fantastic holiday!

Just back from the Gran Muthu Imperial resort in beautifully Cayo Guillermo! We had an amazing holiday. The rooms were fantastic, with water and beer stocked daily, comfortable beds and lovely displays made by our room attendants everyday when we returned from the pool! The pools are beautiful - though a little chilly for my taste - once you were in they were lovely! I enjoyed the entertainment put on by the hardworking activity staff! The food was good - though no one goes to Cuba for the f [... read more]ood. I do have to give a shout- out to Hery at the omelette station and grilled delicious fresh fish at lunch. We tried all three a la cart restaurants as well and they were also good - my favourite being the seafood restaurant. The resort beach was beautiful, though I also recommend a trip to Pilar Beach - apparently one of the top 10 beaches in the world - it was worth the trip!

Iberostar Origin Playa Pilar: The food was amazing!

The resort was beautiful. I liked the pier on the beach that you could walk along. The room was ok, the beds and pillows are not the best. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing. The food was far better then I expected.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Great holiday resort

This year I went for the 5th time to this amazing resort. It is ideal for families with its 3 pools, including one for small children, 5 restaurants, spacious theatre, daily entertainment in the theatre and at poolside, also is next to the white sands of a Cuban beach

Favorite resort in Cuba. I have been here four times now and I will continue to go back. The beach and the staff alone make this resort worth the trip. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, couples, familys etc.

Gran Muthu Imperial: Great vacation at grand mutha imperial

Nice hotel, food is good for Cuba, personnel is friendly. Beach is nice but with some small rocks and seashells in the entry of the beach. Close to Pilar beach which is paradise... we did the snorkeling tour on a catamaran and it was a great outing.

Hotel Vigia: Worst I experienced in Cuba

The resort is really old or appears so. Small. Service almost non existent. No plates, glasses, no variety of food. All the same. Waiters would not offer water or bring it when you ask them. Snack bar would run out of ingredients all the time. Could not even get a burger or hot dog. Bars would run out of red wine every day. Toilets didn't flush. Air conditioner was leaking leaving a puddle on the floor. Staff would not bring water to rooms. No clean towels unless you ask them. Same for toilet pa [... read more]per. Didn't sweep room or change sheets. Entertainment was poor. No variety, no daily live shows. Only had 2 shows in a week. Restaurant was closed for 4 days. When tried to book, the staff gave us confusing messages. As a result even when we tried to reserve it, they did not have us on their list.

Hotel Mojito: Absolutely Amazing!

We had an amazing time! Staff was super friendly and helpful! Rooms were nice and the resort is clean and absolutely beautiful! Food was really good and drinks were always cold!! We did a few excursions off the resort and found everyone very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Gran Muthu Imperial: Was a good trip overall - but will not return

The resort was clean, view was really nice, lobby was lively and staff was friendly for the most part. 4th time to Cuba - Buffet was poor - of the 4 Cuba resorts we have been to this was the worst - They had Cristal for only the 1st day - rest of the week was Bucanero which is a horrible beer - extremely disappointed in this as Cristal is the beer of Cuba and easy to drink. Force to drink the 5.4% crap beer - We had water pressure issues and power issues all week - Shower did not drain pro [... read more]perly and over flowed. Called for maintenance and no one came. We tried to fix ourselves - Housekeeping - poorly stocked fridge, had to ask 2 times for bath towels - Beach in front of resort was not swimmable - all rock. Small sand area to the left of the resort was shared with another resort - Lack of Market/Places to purchase trinkets. There are 2 on the resort and depending on the day the prices changed. We were leaving on a Friday- Wednesday they said all hats were 15 CUC. I wanted to think about it - purchased one Thursday and she said 16.95 CUC. When I mentioned it was 15 the day before she said no. Different person the day before. My loss I guess We took a tour of the resort next which was the Rainbow - was new and modern. Might be worth the extra money. For me - just because of the Cristal issue alone I would never be back but that is just me. They kept saying it was Trumps fault which I thought was funny.

Great resort we enjoyed it so much! Only suggestion is to get first aid kids handy. Cant ask for a better vacation and would reccomend to my friends and family for sure! There were more than enough restaurants and the service was quick and friendly! Great resort for cuba and happy to go again!!

Melia Costa Rey: Great resort

Best resort been in Cuba everything was great except do not recommend beach front not worth the money you do not get any sun all day and the view is not great night entertainment is the best, food is great lots to choose from and it is clean

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Great place to vacation!!

We, my husband and I enjoyed our stay at this resort. Rooms a bit dated but were cleaned every day, the lady who had this job was friendly, efficient, and professional. The grounds and beach were maintained. There was a wide variety of food at each meal, so you could always find something, lots of fruits, vegetables, breads, pasta, pizza, fingers foods, meats, etc. The staff was delightful, courteous and welcoming. We would recommend this resort!!!👍👍

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Amazing White sand beach

Memories Caribe beach resort in Cayo Coco Cuba. We enjoyed the size of the resort no over crowding. We joined the Diamond club so our room had a lagoon view and was a 1 minute walk to the beach.We could always find chairs at the pool or the staff would set you up. Entertainment was top notch. The Beach is so long and stunning white sand with turquoise water no seaweed. The staff are very pleasant always ready to assist you with anything. We could always find something we liked to eat no issue a [... read more]t all. Ely on the entertainment staff is a great guy who educated us about Cuba. In the buffet the cooks are fantastic preparing your breakfast lunch and dinner to your liking. One of our favourites was the fried rice station customized to your liking meats, veggies, eggs wow just great! The deserts are not only beautiful to look at but taste unreal, so pure with out all the artificial junk in our food. Our room although a little dated was cleaned beautifully everyday. We can't wait to return and reccomend you go yourself Canadian's especially from Ontario are everywhere!
